I just got off the phone with a lady from this location and immediately had to jump on here to make sure I wasn't the only one who was mistreated. For starters, this woman answers the phone and I explain I wanted to check on a warranty for a flat tire that I just got. She places me on hold for several minutes and then answers the phone again like I was new customer and I repeated myself. Her response was "if you have a flat you bring it in" whom ever this lady was I spoke to on the phone had a hard time communicating with me in English. It presented as if she was annoyed by me to ask such a foolish question. So I immediately apologized for my stupidity, which then her demeanor changed and she tried to help me figure out if I still had a warranty. LUCKILY I didn't not purchase my tires from this RNR. Which she did explain that at least. Bottom line. Her attitude has inspired me to plug my own tire and drive 2hrs to the RNR in Sebring where I purchased my tires from and deal with them instead for the sheer fact that they are more customer friendly. read more

I was very happy to see honest and professional people. I highly recommend this place. My experience...I called last week and made an appointment for tire rotation and wheel alignment. I had already paid for it through Groupon. I got there for my appointment, driving 35 minutes in stressful traffic. The man at the desk says the mechanic hurt himself 20 minutes ago, and went home. They only have one mechanic? Okay, stuff happens. What really ticked me off, was when I asked him "why didn't you call me", his answer was that "the gentleman that made your appointment wasn't in today, and I was unaware of your appointment." Did he not log it in, or what? No apology, no options, just unprofessional behavior. They did not follow up the next day, as I guess all's good with them. No big deal, I guess? Over an hour of my time wasted, and gas wasted, apparently no big deal to RNR. read more

I hate being hackled.... First the staff claim the tire was never patched by previous tire shop. Once the tire was off they discovered the patch. Three minutes later I am shown my tire that now is considered completely irreparable...... of course I now can conveniently purchases brand new tire from you all that is not even in stock. I took my rim and left. Now I'm riding on a spare tire. I hope and pray the staff would operate with ethics and integrity. read more

I normally don't do reviews but I had to this one. I had surgery August 18 and I've had a lot of complications since then, malnourishment, dehydration and then some. My boyfriend recommended RNR Tire since this is his to go place to get "good quality tires" since I not collection 100% of my payment and currently on short term disability I said let's do it - I trust his judgment (especially when he knows about tires) I went into the West Palm Beach location - the environment was nice - very sweet employees, there was a bit of miscommunication through text but it got resolved no big deal. The finance lady was sweet - I explained to her what had happened to me since I had just recently was discharged from the hospital and was in a lot of pain. I signed my papers, got my tires and went on my way. I made my 1st payment through text -- no problem. This weekend I was released once again from the hospital on Thursday I get a text on Saturday that I need to make a payment -- I texted back advising that I was released from the hospital can I make a double payment on the 3rd of November -- I was immediately told no and that i need to call on Monday to make the payment even after I explained I was released from the hospital. I called RNR Tire and spoke to the once nice finance person who continue to ask me "if my health issue was going to be a continuation problem for me not to pay the tires..." not that my health is an excuse but the insensitivity in her part to represent a company had me in complete shock!!! I am a very down to earth person I don't like conflicts at all but to get that reaction after I even made the attempt to pay twice?! Had me in complete tears. I advised her to please provide me the complete amount of the tires so I can find a way to pay them in full even if I have to be short a check and even if I have to continue to be behind on the rest of my bills not just the tires. And now I pull my paperwork I am paying almost $2,000 for tires for a small car I don't drive an F150!!! They are a rip-off - my boyfriend currently regrets even recommending them to me. read more

this was my a excellent place to shop for tires two years ago when it was a mix of men doin a job and women doin there job.rose is not it for the front at all the guys that were there were everything to that place.rose is rude and if your cards are in there system she still tries to do a hit even if you are not auto pay which is illegal to do.she called while I was out the state handling a emergency I explained that to her and all she was concerned about was the payment if I wanted to take they're tires I can it's that simple.i bring buisness there but the ones I've sent will be paying out and finding another location to use as this one is goin in the whole with the people who were left to run it.also rose told me only cooperate can remove my cards as I asked her to and I ask her for cooperation number she told me she needs to email them to Remove my cards which is a lie cause I rotate card usage regularly before she came out that office to screw everything up.well fair to say I will be paying both my vehicle tires off and never using them again read more
