Being I live in Ft. Lauderdale and the shop is in WPB there was no way I could just drop it off, I'd have to wait. Parts were ordered and confirmed when they arrived. Install date/time was set. Job was completed in less time than expected and Brandon ensured it was done correctly. Return 9 days later, as requested, to make sure all nuts & bolts were still at proper torque. Great experience! Brought my 2022 Ford F150 Raptor here to have Eibach Pro-Lift-Kit installed to "level" my truck. Brandon responded quickly to my online inquiry with an online quote and made sure to include all details other shops left out (like cam bolts) that may be required. He responded quickly to my email questions and soon enough, Tyler called me to follow up for the appointment. They accommodated me on my schedule and the work was completed in the time they stated. I've got to say I read the yelp reviews which I think are a bunch of silly folks. The Google review last are much more indicative of this shops attitude and performance. Brandon, Tyler and team made me feel at home. I spoke with the mechanic in the shop several times. They were completely thorough and made sure my suspension was perfect and torqued all nuts and double checked everything more than twice, especially with two road tests. I couldn't be happier. The truck now sits level with these 1.0" springs and the ride is outstanding. I also watched and listened to Brandon, Tyler and team interact with customers in-person and on the phone. Update: Despite their outreach to "make things right," the steering issues are unresolved and I refuse to spend more money there. Being charged $100 to install and "lube" a $120 battery, free at places like AutoZone, is blatant overcharging and far from quality customer service. If spending my time comparing their invoice prices to online prices for parts and tires would result in a price match or refund of the difference it would truly reflect exceptional customer service. My usual strategy is to shop online and have parts delivered to a trusted mechanic to avoid dealing with shady salespeople and scam garages. Spent over $20k in 5yrs there on my F250. Was great when Rob was the store manager but he left, it's really gotten bad and the culture is uncomfortable and toxic. I was charged $1800 2 days ago for some work and it wasn't completed properly, went back 3x and still wasn't done right. The 2nd time I dropped it off, they called me 2 hours later and said they couldn't even get to my truck that day (even though I just dropped it off), and wanted me to come back and pick it up - then reschedule. The front desk staff are always on their cell phones, eating food or telling stories and not responsive to customers - it's really a weird and odd environment. Took truck to a different shop to get fixed finally. Called corporate to talk it through but they wouldn't call back. The new staff and Brandon the old service and now new store manager is not helpful. I'm never going back there - suggest you go somewhere else and save yourself some frustration. Been buying from this store for many years. Walked in a couple weeks ago to order some wheels and tires for my truck and had a great experience with Ryan at the counter. Spent about 20 minutes picking out a set of Fuel Forged wheels and Toyo tires. He said I couldn't pay for them to place the order because he had to add something in their computer. Which I thought was odd but he gave me his card and said he would call later that afternoon. Well, several days passed and no call. So I called the store and was told he was with a customer. Repeated this process for the next two days until I finally asked the guy who answered if he could place the order for me. To which he explained it had to be Ryan because he was the only one who could create the order in their system. But he promised I would get a call back. Apparently they don't need the continued business because the call never came. Just finished placing my order at another shop and won't be back. read more

I truly do not like leaving bad reviews. But this isn't a restaurant where I'm spending 50 bucks. I'm shelling out $2,200 dollars. (Previously $1k on another vehicle). This place is always swimming in staff. But they are always just staring at their phones or sitting on their asses. Meanwhile, a job I was quoted as taking 3 hours max is turning into 6. Lots of shoulder shrugs, "it is what it is", "do you want it done right?" comments. When asked basic questions about the quality of installation you get responses that are shrouded in technical jargon designed to absolve themselves of responsibility. I think the only reason these employees work here is so they have access to the shop to do upgrades to their own vehicles. Customers are an after thought here. I guess it's back to independent shops with owner involvement where they care. 4WP has become the Applebees of aftermarket off road fabrication. I realize these guys are gear heads and I don't expect Ritz Carlton customer service. But I do expect that they act like they give a sh*t. read more

If they don't have it, they will get it in quickly or even ship to your home. Their warranty is absolutely worth it - just make sure you wash your vehicle before bringing it in for warranty service lol. Warranty on the tires and they rotate the tires for you at no charge. They have great specials and are easy to work with. read more

Highly recommend! The place is very professional. I had tires replaced/upgraded, and put on a leveling kit on my Tundra. Ryan was my salesman, and he was great! gave good guidance, the tires arrived within 2 days, and the truck was done within 4 hours just as Ryan promised. From start to finish, was an all around bad experience and should have not given my business nor money to this company. I wanted to do a very big surprise for my boyfriend and I's anniversary. Boyfriend who works out of town a lot was trying to find time to lift his truck himself. I took advantage of a week he was gone and decided to have this company do the job for me and lift the truck 6 inches and put new tires and rims on. Well long story short on that part but they ruined my 5500 surprise and called him to tell him "his truck was ready". All I got was an "I'm sorry" . Now to the actual issue Picked up the truck drove it home so that my boyfriend could see the ruined surprise but now test drive a truck he didn't need to spends a day lifting. He got in it after day 2 and it started pulling real hard to the left and when breaks were pushed in would pull to the right. We looked under truck and break should have been relocated because they were so tight they looked like a guitar string. Hopefully no biggie we would tell them plus they stated we needed to come back after day 10 for a check up and alignment. Took it back told them about breaks and alignment. Stated they would fix the alignment and that they did everything by the instructions to lift and rerouting breaks wasn't needed. Argued and shows them they stated they would fix it. After them having the truck 2 more days for a couple hour job. Called and said that they cant align the truck (they tried 5 times) because the ball joints are bad and "supposedly" fixed the breaks. Said they would try something else. Got a call literally 5 minutes later saying truck was ready and everything lined up to the best they could do? Got in car and they DID NOT FIX A DAMN THING. Still pulls hard to the left, still pull hard to right when breaks are pushed in. Your a shop that specialized in suspensions and lifts? Obviously your mechanic who does this for a living knows very little about "GEOMETRY" of trucks and didn't realize he wasn't talking to an idiot who doesn't know anything about his truck. Truck was fine when it went in and did I mention truck was bought 6 months ago and the ball joints are bad? Sounds to me like you guys are a price gouging non mechanic shop. Techs and service writers don't know what they are doing. They have turned into a worthless shop that is not for off-roaders and jeepers. All they want to do is sell you some un wanted products at an outrageous price. Went in for a driveline vibration and they just wanted to sell me ball joints and steering stabilizer for over $1000. They had my jeep for a day and all came up with was that it is my tires. I will not be spending another penny at 4wheelparts and will be telling all my jeep friends to STAY AWAY. read more

I gave a deposit for tires that were on backorder. I ordered from here due to the price. tires arrived after a couple of weeks. Came in for install.....got me in that day. Install didn't take very long. great service. The only issue, which I think is the biggest impact is the price of the tires quoted was great until I drove an hour to have them install and then there was mount and balance charges. EVERYONE else quoted out the door. I paid 120+ more for the set out the door. $1600+ with a warranty, while a couple others were around $1480. I just didn't like the "oh...then there is mount and balance to add". Others include the same warranty and it's not an up charge like here. I don't have the time to sit there an haggle, but I don't like the surprises. AS the others did....should have an out the door price when quoted. I guess I can understand this as there isn't much money in tires, but I doubt I'll be back for another set of tires here. Once and done due to this tactic. read more

4 Wheel Parts really knows their stuff and have a huge inventory. If they don't have it today, they will get it tomorrow. How cool is that? I use them for 75% of the parts i buy for my projects and they are always friendly and helpful. I have used them for service as well and they were always on point as far as sticking to the quote. In one instance where there was a worn out part on my truck, they recommended replacing it and got my ok before doing so. I wish more local shops were as reputable as they are. I tell people all the time to go see Pat, Rob and all the guys at 4 wheel parts whenever they need parts and repair on their trucks. read more
