I have been coming here for years at the recommendation of my colleagues. They have a number of awards displayed on their walls for their accomplishments. It's also convenient that they have a waiting area which includes an array of magazines, a vending machine, coffee, and tv. If you are down the road and need a lift, if one of the mechanics is available they can take you. Today, I came in for an oil change and because my car was making a funny noise. It was discovered that it was a result of the alternator. When I came to pick up my car I noticed that the sticker with the mileage had not been changed on my windshield. I was informed that they hadn't changed my oil. Moe apologized for the oversight and they took my car back right away to get that taken care of. Still excellent customer service and one of the most trusted and honest auto shops out there. Do yourself a favor and come check them out. You won't be disappointed. They will take care of you!

Staff is friendly, knowledgeable. Easy to walk in and overhear an in-depth conversation about some arcane subject, and get sucked in and lose a good half hour. Only downsides are the disorganized layout, the very dim lighting, and the usual auto-parts-store layer of grime over everything. It's hard to get anything with ending up with black marks on your fingers. But what do you expect when mechanics fresh out of the garage are shopping alongside you?
