I was pressed for time and did not have the time investment to address this appropriately. However, as I researched Advance Auto return policy, I realized the associate and the supervisor provided inaccurate information and at worst simply treated me as an inconvenience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this store, and I will influence others not to patronize this store.

I was able to get a lock for my bike, which was my motive for going to the store. If you have a motorcycle, dirt bike or such similar you will be excited to know they more then like will have what you need or could get it fairly quick for you.

Craig and his staff were installing tires for me. Everything went as planned in a reasonable amount of time. As I'm about to leave, a lady stops me in the parking lot and asks if I can help. I figured she needed help loading groceries but I discovered an elderly gentleman on the ground trying to hold himself up with a door handle. I tried lifting him up but he couldnt stand on his own sadly. Figuring I would hurt him or both of us, I went to the auto center and asked for help. Craig and another service member sprung into action with a few other people in the auto center and were able to help the person into a wheelchair. It was one of those "restore your faith in humanity" moments that we don't see all that often. I doubt Craig and the other person will ever be acknowledged for the great way they helped in this situation but they deserve to be, along eith everyone else who helped in the situation.

This isn't my favorite location from the city has I have to drive through tolls but ordering the tires was easy enough. You have to know your tire size and you order them online to have them delivered to your chosen location. The tire center won't make orders over the phone. You have to either come in or do it online. I got my Bridgestone Weatherpeake tires for $750+ all in including instal. I also learned you get free tire rotations for the life of the tire which is amazing. I went on a Sunday as I heard it was the least busy. I took and hour and a half for instal.
