The workers are friendly appear knowledgable about automotive maintenance, and are not pushy about products. AutoZone performs free installs of batteries and windshield wipers with no charge or complaints. Wow! I receive such great service when I came here yesterday morning searching for a new battery for my car. They went above and beyond to help me out and I had no doubt about the information I was given. I was their first customer at 7:30 and they were ready to assist me as soon as I walked in the door. The manager Mark was extremely knowledgeable and he really took the time to explain some different aspects to me. It's hard to find people with good work ethics and integrity. He had took over for another gentleman who had first started to assist me then explained his background which provided the comfort I needed to trust someone I did not know with my car. I had a really ... interesting experience when I bought a new battery for my vehicle. The alternator had died, and my SIL is the one who went and bought the new one, and apparently had quite a chat with one of the staff. The guy remembered him and told me all about how he told my SIL how to do the install (which of course he had already found on YouTube!) So when they said they'd install the new battery, although I had to wait several minutes, the employee was very pleasant and helpful. The whole business was a tad slow, because he dropped a bracket into the engine compartment. My vehicle has a protective cover under the engine, so it didn't get all the way to the ground. Bless him, this man went back inside and got a rain slicker, which he laid on the ground and then crawled underneath to retrieve the bracket. This is where it gets interesting. I stood out in the sun because it felt wrong to sit in the SUV while he did the work... and I ended up handing him tools. He barked, "Give me the socket" and "give me the ratchet, no the other one!" The capper was when he finished putting the protective cover back on, held up his hand to me and said, "Help me up!" LOL! I didn't mind it nearly as much as when my ex-husband used to do it. ;) Anyway, we get great service here and prices are about like any auto parts place. And it's close to home. read more

Came here to purchase brakes for my car. They're pretty cool. Just a regular car spot. I like that at auto zone, you can buy new brakes then bring your old brakes back that the mechanic takes off of your car. They'll give you your money back that you paid for the new brakes, so it's like you're only paying for labor (free brakes)! :D read more

Customer service was pretty good. But I came to auto zone for a battery install... the have commercials and everything. But I come to get an install and I'm told they can't do it. Because it's in the back of my car. Or because it could take 30 minutes. Or because they might mess up wiring. Or because of the weather. The lady had so many excuses. All I said was "that was interesting," because literally two weeks ago I got a battery install on a Kia Optima no problem at another location. So are all auto zones allowed to screen battery install!? Is there a notice or something. I paid $200 for something and had to immediately take it back. This location is great and the staff are extremely helpful! I went in to get a new battery after having my car jump started. The old battery was extremely corroded so there were concerns with replacing it (due to the possibility of the corrosion destroying the metal around the terminals). Edwin was still kind enough to replace my battery despite the corrosion. He not only replaced it but also walked me through and explained how to change a battery. I really appreciated him going the extra mile to do that. I've been to this location a few times within the past six months and each time I've had a great experience. This is a good AutoZone to come to. The people are always friendly and they greet you as soon as you walk in and ask if you need any assistance. Danita is also friendly and helpful. Mr. Edwin Vega is also great. This was a great experience for me even though I made them work a little harder. I went in to place an order for a part and then realized I had place an order for the wrong part, went back in and 45 mins alter walked out. The staff was very friendly and helped me through the entire refund process and helped me attain the correct part. Then the next day was able to pick it up. The service was fast and the group in there was exceptional. I live around this auto zone and frequently drive by it. I had to stop in to get windshield wipers. I immediately went to check the book that's located in the wiper aisle. The clerk saw me flipping pages and said he could look up my car in seconds. So I gave him the make, model, and year. He immediately gave me the sizes them walked to the aisle with to explain some of the differences. Higher price does not mean better blades. In fact, he probably saved me from buying the wrong type of blades for my car. I would use this location again. This autozone is terrible. The staff doesn't care and most of the time they have no idea what they are doing. The last time I came up here was for a battery. The website showed they had 4 of them... when I got here how many did they have? You guessed it, zero. Today I called (and the employee answered with hello) and asked if they could run a check engine diagnostic and that I would be there in 5 minutes. The guy told me "uh huh", so to be clear I asked if they meant yes? He said "yeah man". Needed a part for our Toyota Camry on Friday, February 23rd. Called the store and spoke with a nice gentleman named "Kelvin". He informed me the part was not physically in their store but at a hub/warehouse right up the road and it would take less than an hour to get it here. I agreed to place the order. My husband drove down to Hanover (we live approx 50 minutes away) only to wait an additional 2 1/2 hours before I told him (yes I had to call to ask what the delay was) that the part would now not be in for another 2 hours or so--at the earliest-- because of bad weather. Ok--inconvenience #1 but hey--its the weathers fault, so we let it pass. Was told we would receive a call between 2:30 - 4:30 pm when it arrived. We never received the phone call and we ended up buying from another store to get the job completed. A week goes by, nothing...my husband calls back and is told they cant find the part it must have been placed 'back on the floor' but they cant find it right now. we requested a refund because this is unacceptable. The sales rep just tells us if we come back by he can give us the part or order it again. Are you KIDDING ME?!?! My husband asks to have it shipped to a closer store. they cant do that. Ask to speak with manager whose name is Patience. She tells us that she cannot process a refund because he used a bank card (she has to give us cash back) and we have to come into store. After much back and forth and threatening to call corporate, she agrees to send it to another store---but she cant do that until next Monday...well its now Wed...and Monday was two days ago...and NOPE we haven't heard a thing!! :( read more
