This is the best auto parts store by far! I could name others I've tried in the past, who kept selling me the wrong headlight or whatever, even though I gave them make, model and year. But the guys/gals at Napa not only know their parts and inventory, but several times they have installed the part for me! And they do so with a smile, and they won't even take a tip! Went above and beyond! Called everyone on the island with a dying battery. They were the only ones who helped me and even installed the battery for me. They saw me with a baby in the back. I don't think they usually install things but they were truly a lifesaver for me that day! Good people exist and they work here. read more

Five-star customer service! My wiper blade split on a sleeting and freezing rain morning and these Guys were great. I actually said I had an Outback and not the Crosstrek I actually have and so the first pair of blades they brought out and tried to install didn't fit. The very nice associate tried to say it was his fault (Chivalry!), and we got the right size and he even offered me the NAPA brand at a lower price. Back out he went into the snow and popped them on! Dale and Brian (Manager) spent a good hour overcoming a very difficult task of removing the old battery and installing a new. I cannot thank these guys enough. Professionals. Do yourself a favor. After a very bad experience here, I decided to give it another try.. I was hesitant but everyone deserves a second chance. My car isn't even 6 months old, so I wasn't in need of any car parts, but winter is coming (eventually.. no rush on that one!) so maybe it was time to pick up a new bottle of windshield washer fluid. So I went in and was greeted pleasantly (good sign) and asked if I needed help, I replied that I was fine and found my windshield washer fluid, walked around the store which was very clean for an auto parts store.. listened to the employees interacting and noticed they all seemed friendly and got along well. Much better than standing in Burger King and listen to the employees fight (although that was entertaining!) I paid for my purchase, the man who rang me up was very friendly and courteous and I left much happier than I did last time. I won't hesitate to go back there if I need to. read more
