Get in the zone...Autozone Great staff at this location. I've been here a couple times (in my mind I'm a great mechanic; but I just listen to car talk). Either way, there is rarely a time when theses guys aren't outside helping someone with a battery, wipers, or other job in the parking lot. They are very knowledgable and kind. The only issue is that it can sometimes be a pain to pull into coming from east main st. This is due to a four lane intersection about 20 feet from the entrance. read more

The staff in this place is super nice - I've only gone in for routine maintenance stuff, but they've been consistently on the ball and helpful. Most recently they dug through their goodie box to give me a free attachment to fix a broken wiper blade that I had, which I thought was kind of them. A little hard to get in and out of, but at least you won't regret the trouble you took to do so. read more

I go here overtime I have an issue with my Mercedes. The employees I've delt with are honest, kind, patient and help resolve my car problems saving me HUGE costs from taking my car to the Viti dealership where I've been seriously screwed over 3 times. They can run a scan that reads your codes telling you what's wrong with your car. They can have a line of people but aways take their time helping me out. I've bought several parts from them and taken my car to a place that will install them saving me over thousands of dollars to date. read more

He was not only rude to me he was rude to woman who was behind me also. This jerk needs to be fired! If you don't like people you shouldn't be in customer service. Yesterday evening I decided to stop at this local autozone to pick up a replacement rear view mirror which I had recently broken myself. The sales associate working told me he would be more than happy to try and reattach it back to my car, and in the process of doing so he proceeded to completely crack my windshield. Now I understand it was an accident, but I was offered no remorse or apology and was basically just immediately told "well if you call your insurance company they should be able to cover it". What I didn't understand was why I would now be paying some several hundred dollar deductible to fix a problem I did not cause. When I stated this to the leader on duty I was treated beyond rudely and basically told it was my fault for letting them help me. The Sales Associate then had the audacity to lie to me and his manager and say "I told you I was going to break the windshield if I kept trying". First off, that was never mentioned. I was never told he wasn't supposed to touch the car. Obviously if that was the case why would I stand there and let him continue? The entire experience was baffling to me. I work in retail as well and I could never imagine treating a customer the way I was treated by both the sales associate and leader on duty, especially after causing major damage to my car. Trust me I will not be returning to this autozone, and I will be telling all my friends to do the same. read more

I had a check engine trouble code on my Mazda 3. I drove in to the Middletown Auto Zone and they read the code: evaporative control system leak. Friendly young man who checked the code said most likely cause was a leaky gasket on the gas cap. I checked it out--looked questionable, so I bought a new cap for 17 bucks. Trouble light is out and I avoided a minimum repair chop charge of at least a hundred bucks. 10 minutes and money-saved--what's not to like? read more
