For a reasonable price, you get access to his lifts, tools, and knowledge/experience. I went in to do an oil change and tranny fluid change, and Matt was helpful in assisting when using equipment and undoing bolts that were difficult for me to remove. Overall, Matt was very nice and personable. I really like his concept of allowing people to be empowered to learn how to repair their own vehicles while charging very reasonable prices. After visiting the shop and meeting Mike, I was impressed with his honesty and approach during the sales process. We agreed on a price including any other possible extras, and to his credit, that's exactly what the invoice came to. It took approximately 2-hours and I decided to wait. All along he kept me posted on the progress, and in the end, it came out looking like a factory install! Nothing was out of place, the wires were hidden properly and everything worked as it should. In this day and age of ordering "online", it's rare to find a local business (especially in his line of work since so many closed beyond the pandemic) who does exactly as they promise.
