Within the last two years, they were able to diagnose problems that nobody else could. Most of my appointment scheduling has gone through Bob, who is really helpful. Today I also got to deal with Eric during the payment process, and he was very kind. As far as the mechanics go, I've never had any issues with their work. They really try to handle your car with care and precaution. (Today Jon worked on my car and did a great job). And what I mean by that is they are... A)Are highly proficient in their work. I was not familiar with Riverside Auto Repair, but on a recommendation, I checked them out. I was told that it was best to text Larry, the owner. I did, Larry immediately responded and said to bring the car over Saturday morning. My expectations were exceeded. Lary performed a full safety check on the car and pointed out a few items that needed attention. He sent me a detailed estimate for repairs with pictures, and I could respond and pick and choose which items I wanted him to fix or replace. I responded and in a matter of a few hours, the car was fixed with ice cold air and new brakes and rotors. Larry also fixed an item and didn't even charge me for it. My Mother was thrilled. I used to be in the business, and I am familiar with the cost of repairs for autos. Larry was polite and provided extremely quick service at a reasonable cost and the repairs were perfect.
