Walked in, got a hello from a guy who walked away to the back. 2 people working the counter, they just stood there... No acknowledgement from either for about 3 minutes. The one woman walked away, not a word, the guy, without looking at me said just a minute... Manuel (guy from the back) came back offered to help. We searched for the bolts i needed, he explained they are moving away from carrying individual , but he found what I needed. Really helpful & I hope they work. read more

Bad customer service. Was looking for a specific product. Only customer in store. Both employees up front texting on their phone and nobody came to see if I could find what I was looking for. No greeting, no asking if I need help..all around an awkward experience and couldn't find what I was looking for while they stood there and texted. Jan. 4 2022 (9:51am). Granted it was a holiday but that meant no customers were in the store and yet no greeting from staff. They were too busy on the phone but on personal calls. How do I know? I could hear them as I was the only customer in the store. They did not even have the one thing I needed and it was a common enough item, a digital tire pressure gauge. Generally I think they were just unhappy to be working. Too bad. Because while I did not need to spend a lot of money on this trip I will not be in a hurry to spend it here when I do need to. Might as well have turned off their Open sign and took naps until it was time to clock out. read more

I barely made it there due to my battery being dead but I pulled up, parked and walked inside. I always buy my auto batteries at Napa because of the warranty and the pro-rate if the battery dies too soon. I just moved to this neighborhood so this was a new Napa for me. I was pleasantly surprised when I got helped as soon as I walked in the door. The older gentleman who did not work the counter, greeted me anyways and made me feel welcome. He offered to go outside and check it out for me. We were able to look at it and see the sticker was from 2015. He went inside and told the customer service guys what I needed and came back to tell me someone would be right with me. A few minutes later, the assistant manager, David, came over to help. He saw it was older and assured me I was in good shape because I was going to get a pro-rate on a brand new battery. David went out in the crazy heat and removed my old battery and installed my new one for me. What amazing service! And great pricing too because I walked out the door with a brand new battery and new warranty for $50. I will definitely be back! They have earned my business and David and the other gentleman have earned my respect and deep appreciation. read more

Have been here twice and have to say the customer service is a bit lacking. Not expecting the guys to jump over the counter to welcome me or to be Marry Poppins pleasant while dealing with me, but something closer to that than general disinterest or apparent apathy on whether or not I am in the store. While I was asked if I needed help, it came across as a bother and my order was processed in a mechanical & robotic fashion. Didn't help that they did not have exactly what I needed. That I blame on myself for not calling ahead and making sure they have enough in stock. The NAPA online website is pretty good for that if you want to pre-order and pickup...just got lazy since it is so close. read more

Ordered a part to come in next day, then i go bext day they say they have it but couldn't find it in the back so i spend 20mins waiting there for the part and they couldn't find it. They said they could reorder it but whats the pount if you order something but you have to wait some more. Don't go to napa they need to have better organization and systems like oreily and autozone. Big waste of time and gas. read more
