So we dropped it off in the morning, received a video from the technician and hour later determining the source as the gaskets around the oil pans and some hoses. Despite leaving 4 messages we never heard from them. My husband showed up and they had miraculously found another leak whkch would require them to remove the entire engine to repair at a cost of over $4 grand. Mind you the technician on his video never identified this leak. Needless to say we spent $400.00 and they fixed nothing. We will never be using this dealership again.

After a month, I had to go in person to force them to wait on me and credit me. Fast forward a year, my son came in and gave all his info to order another cap for our second truck. That was a month ago, still no answer! Go somewhere that actually wants your business, these guys just don't seem to care at all. Before I agreed to purchase the vehicle, I made it clear that a second key was important to me. I travel with my senior dog, and having that second key is necessary for me to safely do that. The dealership agreed to provide it as part of the sale. After I purchased the vehicle, Corey contacted me through Facebook Messenger at approximately 10:30 at night asking me to contribute hundreds of dollars toward the cost of the second key. I found it incredibly unprofessional to be contacted that late through Facebook asking for money toward something that had already been agreed upon before the sale. Unfortunately, that was only the beginning. After weeks of trying to get the key resolved, Land Rover Scarborough told me to contact Audi Bangor and schedule an appointment. I did exactly that. I rearranged my day, arrived for my 3:30 appointment, and Audi actually took my vehicle in to begin the process. Only then did Audi discover that Land Rover Scarborough had never ordered or paid for the key. So I drove away with nothing accomplished. I had been sent to an appointment that could never have been completed because the dealership hadn't taken care of its responsibility beforehand. Land Rover has since acknowledged that they dropped the ball. Now I'm being told that once the key is finally ordered and paid for, it could take approximately another two weeks to arrive. Essentially, after weeks of waiting, the process is starting over because it wasn't handled correctly in the first place. There was also another major communication issue before I even purchased the vehicle. While Corey and I were communicating through Messenger, he sent me a link to photos of the vehicle from Goodwin Chevrolet in Oxford. Since nobody told me otherwise, that's where I drove to see it. After making the two-and-a-half-hour trip, I learned the vehicle was actually located about another hour south in Scarborough. At no point beforehand was that made clear to me. Taken individually, mistakes happen. But when you add all of this together, it shows a pattern that has completely soured what should have been a great experience buying a new vehicle. The sale itself wasn't the problem. The follow-through afterward has been. I've spent weeks chasing something that was agreed upon before I purchased the vehicle, was asked late at night through Facebook Messenger to pay hundreds of dollars toward it, and was ultimately sent to an Audi appointment that couldn't even be completed because Land Rover Scarborough hadn't ordered or paid for the key. As I write this review, I still do not have the second key or even a confirmed appointment for when this will finally be completed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Land Rover Scarborough. Buying a vehicle shouldn't become this difficult once the paperwork is signed.
