Then I had an issue after a service I received. Because of the potential impact it could have had to my automobile, I was emotional, so I went in to voice my concern. The first technician, "J", I dealt with should NEVER be allowed to resolve customer issues, probably the worst I have ever seen in 40+ years in retail. Probably damaging the businesses reputation with others. He called Cody the owner, I waited, Cody drove in to meet me. He listened, understood, then simply resolved my problem. I was not looking for something free, or a refund, but some type of solution. Cody delivered. This guy gets it, and I will be a loyal CF customer for life. More importantly, he listens and he takes your word for what the problem is, doesn't talk over or through you, but listens and then gives you options. Jim did a full scale 100,000 mile service and repair on my Toyota Yaris, replacing and updating a good chunk of what was under the hood. Shortly after the service was done, the car started squealing. He got us right in and fixed the issue at no charge. If there is any issue with his service, Jim fixes the problem and makes sure there is clear communication between him and the client. I was happy to support this small business, but Super Fun Auto combines a fun, small town, family feel, with professionalism and a sense of integrity that is missing from most of the auto industry today.
