Stopped by on Sunday after thanksgiving and asked how much to mount and balance two 235/85R16…read moretires, and was told $18 per tire plus tax and disposal fee if I left the old tires. They were very backed up, and asked if I could be there at 8 am on Monday (12/2/18). I said I'd be there right at 8 am, and actually arrived at 7:45. When they arrived at 8:10 they got me right in to do the paperwork, but said it would be a while before they got me in to do the tire swap, as they had to clear the display tires from the bay. Right at 8:35 another guy shows up and wants a tire taken off a rim and another tire put on. He was a Latino and they got him right in and started working on his tire, since I speak the language (modestly) it was clear he was a walking. At 8:55 they pulled my truck in. They finished my truck a hair before 9:30. When I paid the total was a bit high, but by now I was in a bit of a hurry, so I did not read the receipt. My guess was they charged me for valve stems. When I got to a point where I could look at the receipt they had charged me $20 per tire. I called and asked and their only explanation was that the manager had misquoted me. No offer to refund me the difference, just "that's what we charge." They did what I paid them to do which was mount and balance two tires, but that is the extent of my niceties. Lesson learned and I won't repeat my mistake by frequenting them again. I would have gone to Mario's Tires (they are my main shop), but they don't open until 8 and I was not sure if they had any reservations that would be ahead of me. In the end they lose my business over not standing up to their original quote.

After two months I picked up my car and had questions about the repairs done and asked Cory. His response was he didn't know he didn't work on it. He really couldn't be bothered. So I took my car home after the two months and parked in my garage. Within one day, it was leaking oil now and the power steering leak didn't get fixed. I called and they said to bring it back, but the wife who is the at the front desk was acting like I was putting her (them) out. I asked her if there was an issue with me and if I was bothering her. She got extremely defensive and hung up on me. I literally just asked the question. Anytime I called there, she had a bad attitude. I reluctantly took the car back in and left. I started feeling unsure about them and my girlfriend took me back within a few hours to pick up the car. After the phone interactions, dealing with bad attitude and them being rude or defensive to me when I asked questions. I didn't trust them anymore with my car. When I went the office to get the keys, they told me there was a diagnostics fee of $132 which was not discussed with me when I dropped off the car. They refused to give me the keys without me paying for the "diagnostic fee", and I made sure they knew I was paying it in protest. They were belligerent with me and continued to be so with my girlfriend even as I was getting my car to drive away. They went so far as to calling me a f-----g baby because I excepted some level of customer service.
