    got charged more for a product that didn't work and on top of it not working when I try to take it back they refused to give me my refund

I mistakenly…read moreplaced an order for an oil change kit on May 4th (Sunday) thinking I would have time to DIY this oil maintenance but decided to take it in my dealer instead. To my surprise there wasn't any phone number listed on their website to call Paragon's customer service but instead a "Request a call" OR email via their website contact us page were my only 2 options. I went ahead and sent an email via their website contact us page requesting to cancel my order asap. The whole Sunday went by and no response (taking into consideration it's a weekend). Then I received a shipment confirmation @ 10:16am following day on Monday. I didn't expect them to ship out my order so quickly so I decided to reply via their email order confirmation saying I requested to cancel my order via their website Sunday night. They replied that they never received anything from me last Sunday and said they receive 100s of email from the website daily. I told them it's unfair to charge me a restocking fee and the cost of shipping it back since they didn't have a convenient phone number listed on their website to cancel my order right away and the only other option was via their contact us page that did not work for me since they didn't get my request. With all that being said, Paragon Performance insisted it was my fault and they won't issue me a full refund given I told them my inconvenience of trying to contact them right away was IMPOSSIBLE. They have no compassion of understanding where I'm coming from but rather impose their fees on me! As a first time customer, this will be my last and would want to warn future customers to be aware of their system's limitations especially when ordering over the weekend and try to cancel their order. Apparently canceling an order with them takes time and they would ship all orders right away the very next business day which gives me no time to cancel it before it ships out. Having NO phone number listed on their website and just have a call back request DOES NOT WORK. Contact us page DOES NOT WORK EITHER so WTH?!! ‍ And they want me to be liable for all their fees when I'm the one here who's inconvenienced trying to cancel my order?... THIS IS UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICE if you ask me and everyone should avoid ordering from them if they choose not to have a convenient phone number easily accessible. BUYERS BEWARE!!!
