Brought in my car today, the guy upfront working there had no idea what was going on, after my car was taken back a technician comes and says they don't have any tires my cars size. I asked if any of the other locations did, he said I don't know and didn't even offer to call and check inventory. Turns out they also took all of the tires and wheels apart before even checking that they had new tires to put on, so I had to sit and wait for them to put my car back together. I get my key handed back, no wheel lock. Somehow they lost it but they did eventually find it. So I just wasted two hours of my day to continue dangerously driving around on a donut, and not even an apology. This entire department has a combined IQ lower than the temperature. For all I know they could be great at tech work but if you want somewhere where employees have common sense, take your vehicles elsewhere.

Gary Goss, is the guy who helped me and he is very lacking in customer service. I mean, honestly, if you don't have good customer service, but you are knowledgeable, and help me, I'm good. I bought this $22 cabin filter for my car, to get home and come to find my car doesn't even have a cabin filter. WHAT? Gary should have told me that. The only saving grace was the kid that returned my item for me and gave me my money back. Thanks dude for putting up with my bad attitude.

I went in and talked to a young man and he looked at several options walked out and looked at my hookup and then we selected one and he helped put it together and made sure it worked so I could be on my way. extraordinary service in a high quality product. It was great to see a local business even if it's a franchise go out of their way to try to help a random customer. All the staff were masky up and customers had to wear masks as well. they also had an option for curbside pickup.

Horrific customer service. They refused to test the battery on our Prius, which subsequently died…read morein their parking lot as the remaining charge was drained. We promised to be back in several hours...and they had our car towed. We have three babies and can't arrange childcare and rides on the drop of a hat. To top it off, after calling a Toyota dealership, they said any auto shop should be able to test a Prius battery, so there's no reason AutoZone shouldn't have tested it in the first place. When we went to get the car, Eric was an absolute jerk and seemed pleased as punch that he successfully got our car towed. We are a single income house with three babies to take care of in the middle of a pandemics, and $150 towing fee will wipe out our grocery budget for the next two weeks.
