They were really helpful when my husband was present but when I went back to purchase my battery I…read morewas sold the wrong one. There was no accountability for the mistake and I was told only one battery pulled up, only to then find out there were actually three different sizes and the guy just picked one. They then mansplained batteries to me and explained that any would work. Which yes is technically true but why would I put a smaller battery in that would slide around in the casing? I asked if I would need to have my husband come in since they were talking down to me and the guy looked shocked that I called him out on his behavior and then gaslighted me saying that he wasn't. The other worker said well there was only one battery showing up. His co worker didn't correct him and admit it was his mistake. Women beware!

Honestly if I were the owner I wouldn't want this man working for my company. Rude right off the bat and scolded my mother for accidentally entering in the wrong door, and then patronizing her saying "you couldn't tell since it was boarded up?" Where's the human decency? Still we came in to get windshield wipers and have them installed. After he completely ignored one of the other female workers there that offered very kindly to do the install, he was rude, hasty and negligent with doing the install himself - he actually cracked my windshield by slamming the new wipers down. I was sitting in the car and watched it happen, immediately got out and said "you just cracked my windshield" to which he threw his hands up and said "I don't know anything about the windshield" and then stormed inside. He then proceeds to make excuses by saying "well it's hot outside." I literally had to tell this grown man today, in the store in front of all his other customers, "this is why we need to be careful with things" and to take accountability for his actions. I actually said to him "it's okay that it happened, what's not okay is you not taking accountability for it." When I asked him for corporates number he told me I could look it up online -- thanks for the help buddy. Immediately called to file a claim with the store and am currently waiting on corporate to call me back in the next day or two. Truly a horrible experience. I understand having a bad day, it's never an excuse to take it out on customers who haven't done a damn thing to you. Grow up.
