They didn't do all the things they said they did on the receipt. It's apparent they don't do them but say they did. Anyone ever say, "let's not do that, but say we did." It seems thats the moto of employees at these quick-lube locations. They say they washed the windows, but a customer can tell. If they don't have integrity to do something when they claimed to do it. How could it be expected they get all the critical task accomplished involved with the service. read more

Even though I drove a little bit father that I normally would get an oil change I heard great things about this to you particularly location.I must say it was definitely worth the extra drive.My oil change went smoothly. All the employees were extremely nice, pointed things out on my that may need to be repaired as well very helpful explaining on how and where possibly0 get it fixed. Sophia the manager took very good care of me got me in the last minute, which I am so grateful because I definitely needed an oil change. I would recommend this particular location to anybody . Came in for an oil change and have always received good service however, this time around things were different. The GM Aaron was not very helpful. We have a car warranty which covers our oil changes and they have always taken care of calling the Warrenty company and getting it approved. This time around he advised we have to be the ones who call and then they will take care of it. I told him we have been coming for over 2 years and they have always taken care of it for us. To which he replied I have been a GM for 7 years and this is how I do it. Not sure when things cha fed but his customer service is 1000% lacking. He was so proud of himself for the way he acted. Every time we come here for a quote, does not matter vehicle it is for, or what work, they lie. You get a quote, then all of the sudden the price goes up. This has happened for 2 vehicles, multiple occasions. Their quotes are ALWAYS double that of Firestone, always. We have YET to use them because their prices are OUTRAGEOUS....but we keep trying quotes. They will not work on your car straight through for hours, but will charge for and ENTIRE DAYS WORK as your vehicle sits there and they do other "appointments" even though they do not take appointments. $80 for a part and almost $1,000 in labor? , Yeah, right.... I am traveling away from home, and went to this Jiffy Lube location over the weekend to get the oil changed in my car. My instructions to them were very simple: "I would like an oil change with full synthetic oil." They did just fine on the oil change, and it was done quickly. It was my mistake to not review the invoice prior to leaving, as without my permission they added a $10 charge for a coolant check/fill. My car has just 10,000 miles and there's no reason to check/fill the coolant on a car that new. If you're using this location, my recommendation is to check the invoice closely for unrequested services prior to paying. Would have been a much higher review without this issue. read more

Went there on a Saturday morning as soon as I pulled up. The young man told me they didn't have the oil for my 2019 dodge durango. The second time, I took my 2012 Ford escape, and the young man told me the carburetor was releasing too much gas, and it would be a hassard to work on. Both times, I did not argue. I just took my business elsewhere. My guess they just didn't want to work and were turning potential customers away. This was months ago, so staff might be different. read more

I went to this Jiffy Lube location for an air filter and they told me it was fine. The car computer disputed that and I asked why they didn't replace it when I left the car for service. "We must not have had it in stock. " So I asked why didn't they just say that. "We will order one and call you." That was a month ago so I went somewhere else who will receive my business going forward. read more

In and out with an oil change, transfer case svc and rear diff svc in a very reasonable time. The shop was clean and comfortable to sit in and scroll tik tok while I waited. I went here for my regular signature service oil change, my favorite thing about Jiffy Lube! Decided to try this close location. The people were very friendly. I was the only customer there and they were done SUPER FAST! Which seemed great until I realized they didn't do any of the things I like about them. No vacuum, no window wash, no air in my tires but it said on the receipt they did ALL those things. (My car needed all those things and my tires were low) They also gave me high estimates on several jobs I should have done but when I asked for printed estimates they only gave me their verbal opinion. I was distracted by my drivers seat being left pushed as far back as it could possibly be and me having to drive my car out of the work area and didn't notice the "oversights" until I was on the road home. I don't trust them now because when I complained they said I should come back to fix that "oversight" ... not doing multiple things and saying you did is not an oversight ... lol. The problem is after looking up estimates for the work they suggested and seeing the prices they gave were high plus the skipped but marked items and the fact that they never asked about my air filter or wipers like jiffy lube always does (I went in expecting to change the air filter) I don't believe a word they say. Who knows what they really did or didn't do ‍ Never going back here! read more

They told me I needed a new engine or a new car which was a complete lie. I came here because my car indicated I had low oil pressure. The guys said it was the sensor and I paid over $200+ to fix it. After they "fixed it" the low oil pressure light was still on. They claimed that they were still right and the sensor was broken but I doubt it-- $200+ gone from someone who lives paycheck to paycheck. I took my car to a reputable auto shop to see if the oil pump and engine was ruined like Jiffy Lube said-- not at all. The instrument panel needed to be replaced and everything else was fine. Jiffy Lube left me in tears, out of $200+, and searching for a new car when it was not necessary at all. Do not trust these guys and do spend your money elsewhere. read more

I originally stopped at Firestone to have a tail light bulb replaced. Although, I could see several open appointments through the online system as I was speaking to the tech that reluctantly greeted me, I was told the 'earliest' he could get me in would be 2 weeks away. That seems completely outrageous to me. I immediately left and went right next door to Jiffy Lube who had me in and out within 10 mins. Not only was the staff welcoming they were extremely efficient. They damaged a wire under the hood of my car only to tell me "Look what we found." Looks like rodents were chewing the wire. We can replace it for you. I work on MY car and know that wire was working just fine 2 day before. Thought I found a reliable place to change my oil. Will NOT be back there again. I will order the part and replace what THEY damaged my self! OMG!!! Coasting me unnecessary money and time. BS!! read more

services were good but I just left my Starbucks mug on the table and came back after an hour to pick it up and mug vanished like a soul. how I can trust handing over my cat to them. please be careful going to this jiffy lube in green valley on tower blvd. also I paid 80 bucks for Groupon and they only gave me credit for 70 bucks. they overcharged me for services, looking at the cost of decent mug. this place is for millionaires not me.
