He perfectly embodies every negative stereotype associated with the "car salesman" reputation. His condescending attitude, dismissiveness, and outright rudeness were beyond unacceptable--they were astonishing. In any organization I led, behavior even remotely close to this would have resulted in immediate termination. Only afterward did I learn this dealership has a consistent reputation for poor customer treatment. Based on my experience, that reputation is well deserved. I made the right decision to walk out. There are far better options to purchase a Kia in the Denver area, including Emich and Peak. I strongly recommend taking your business there and avoiding this dealership entirely. If it were possible to assign "negative stars", I would.

Spoiler alert, it's just a money grab by the dealership and adds little to no value. Now on to our issue, which to be clear is only about the management and complete lack of customer service they provide. We did look over our car and test drove it, but being this was a brand new car we did not inspect every inch with a fine tooth comb, which apparently was a mistake at Foundation because they did not do a thorough enough inspection upon delivery of the car to catch the defect we later found when the sunlight hit the car just right two weeks after buying. We found a defect in the paint which, if it was just cosmetic, we could probably deal with but the way the paint is bubbled water could get in there and cause rust so it needs to be fixed. Foundation is about an hour away, so it took us some time to get our car there, but we did text our salesman as soon as we found it, but in the meantime, we've taken our car to another Chevy dealer and an independent auto body shop and the consensus of both is that there are NO brushstrokes visible, and the paint job is too perfect so it had to have been sprayed , yet there is no evidence of tape lines so the only conclusion is the defect happened at the plant before it was painted. When we take it back to Foundation to have the warranty work done their manager claims to see brushstrokes. Now why he would falsely claim this to deny a customer warranty work on a car they sold with a defect is a question I would like answered. He provided zero level of customer Service. He should've been advocating for us to get the warranty work instead of just writing it off , but instead he said that we would have to be out of pocket to have that defect fixed. This speaks volumes about the lack of integrity, honesty, and 0% commitment to any customer satisfaction the management at Foundation Chevrolet have. We will also be filing a complaint with better business bureau

My vehicle was checked by them and confirmed not to be the cause of battery failure... The first one was replaced under warranty without issue however the second battery failed within 5 months and was verified inoperable by the store. O'Reilly refused to replace this battery and charged me $92 for a new battery that should have been covered by the warranty. THEIR BATTERIES ARE JUNK AND THEIR WARRANTY IS WORTHLESS in my humble opinion...
