I probably wouldn't even give one star. Bought break pads from the location on Broadway, had them…read moreinstalled and still had the metal on metal grinding noise when breaking. Took my car to a mechanic to see what was wrong. It was defective break pads.Had to pay more money out of pocket to get good break pads on my car from the mechanic. Tried to take the break pads back and was told by Troy that I didn't buy them from Napa. I have my receipt to show that they were purchased. The defective breaks were put in the box that the brand new breaks were in for easy transfer. I drove around on these defective breaks for 2 weeks, and had my car in the shop for a week trying to find out what was causing the noise and nowI'm out more money because Napa refuses to accept liability for their defective breaks.

Honestly if I were the owner I wouldn't want this man working for my company. Rude right off the bat and scolded my mother for accidentally entering in the wrong door, and then patronizing her saying "you couldn't tell since it was boarded up?" Where's the human decency? Still we came in to get windshield wipers and have them installed. After he completely ignored one of the other female workers there that offered very kindly to do the install, he was rude, hasty and negligent with doing the install himself - he actually cracked my windshield by slamming the new wipers down. I was sitting in the car and watched it happen, immediately got out and said "you just cracked my windshield" to which he threw his hands up and said "I don't know anything about the windshield" and then stormed inside. He then proceeds to make excuses by saying "well it's hot outside." I literally had to tell this grown man today, in the store in front of all his other customers, "this is why we need to be careful with things" and to take accountability for his actions. I actually said to him "it's okay that it happened, what's not okay is you not taking accountability for it." When I asked him for corporates number he told me I could look it up online -- thanks for the help buddy. Immediately called to file a claim with the store and am currently waiting on corporate to call me back in the next day or two. Truly a horrible experience. I understand having a bad day, it's never an excuse to take it out on customers who haven't done a damn thing to you. Grow up.
