I asked multiple times if their jewelry was surgical steel and if it was 100% sterile, they assured me it was. As you can see from the pictures within 2 days of the piercing my ear was doubled in size, flaming red, hard as a rock and oozing puss. I didn't even have the piercing for a week and I had to have it removed from my general Doctor. I was immediately prescribed 500mg antibiotics 3x a day for 10 days. I also was not provided with a after care sheet as I have been given in the past by other reliable piercing parlors. Worst service and experience ever. Waste of money.
