It's rare when you find a good cigar and wine pairing. And if that's your speed... Check this place out. The staff was super friendly and I LOVE the space. It's got 2 floors, and the top floor (while small) was empty which enabled me to enjoy my stogie in peace. All leather chairs and classic decor. The other thing I liked is they sell wine (not much whiskey) and will provide some solid recommendations. I paired my Arturo Fuentes with a nice Caymus red that left me in heaven. Napa doesn't have many cigar bars, and I would go here again when I return read more

Mixed feelings.I was greeted by a wonderful lady.Helped me pick out a nice stick and made me a nice tasting Old Fashioned.Now I don't really know the rule as to getting a stick cut that was mine but I asked and the guy was asking 30 dollars.I told him I was leaving and was from the east cost and didn't bring anything to light or cut.He directed me to buy another stick.I said no thanks. read more

My wife and I wanted to have a relaxing smoke after a long day at the wineries. We found this place through the Yelp adversary and to find out that this was the only cigar bar in the area. I love the staff knowledge of cigars and they had an assortments of infused cigars too! They even have wine/spirits by the glass. Great lounge areas and loved the upper lounge area with tv. Will come back here again many times. read more

So happy I walked into this place. Normally most cigar bars have a few cigars you want to smoke. This place has a fantastic selection of high end cigars! As a matter of fact, they had an entire box of what I had been searching for over two years. I won't mention the name in case they get more ;-) They even sold the entire box to me, which was a great treat since I was on vacation. The bar was wonderful with lots of choices. Smoke level was lower than anticipated, even upstairs in the loft. Thanks for the great place to have a stogie and leave with a smile. read more

What a great idea a cigar shop in the middle of Napa downtown. I personally think cigars and wine go well together and one shouldn't limit oneself to hard liquor in old fashioned glasses when smoking one. Unfortunately we were already buzzed on the "wine tasting" so this provided a welcome relief to much needed rest between the next taste stop. They have a decent selection of cigars and prices are reasonable for brick and mortar store. The owner is friendly and the space is conducive if you want to chat or just watch TV. Nice comfy leather chairs and a well ventilated indoor smoking areas with the "stinky ashtray" between every two seats. I went for Padron and my friend went for Rocky Patel. An hour well spent IMO. 4 stars. read more

Horrible customer service. Last night my husband and I visited the shop while walking downtown. The 2 workers were whispering the whole time to each other and still never greeted us or asked if we needed help. They proceeded to help and greet the 2 gentlemen that came in after us. As we were looking at their selections of cigars trying to figure out a Christmas gift for my dad and brother one of the workers walks right in front out us doesn't say excuse me and just opens the door in front of us to further help the other people. They proceed to go to the check out so we got in line behind them ready to check out. The other customers walk to the other end of the bar area and the checker walks off we waited for someone to come help us check out for at least 3-5 minutes. I make eye contact with 1 of the workers and they walk back in the opposite direction we waited a little longer and then just decided to leave. Really disappointed considering this is a 5 star location with this type of service read more

Nice little place in downtown! Friendly helpful young guy behind the bar. Two separate areas with leather chairs. The room is long and narrow with a wall to wall humidor (not a walkin, but well stocked) along the left wall and the bar along the right. I chose a very good Arturo Fuente and settled into one of the leather chairs. Lots of regulars moved in and out. Kind of a "Cheers Bar" vibe. read more

I went to Napa Valley on a girls trip to celebrate a friend's birthday. While we were at the Housley Tasting Room, Peter stopped by and when he left, Adam mentioned his cigar lounge. I asked Adam where it was because we really wanted to go to a nice cigar lounge and he went and got Peter and Peter came back and introduced himself to us. He did not hesitate to send us over and when we walked in, everything was perfect. Jeremy greeted us and immediately treated us like regulars. He discussed the cigars with us, the different cuts, how to light them properly, AND what wines to pair them with. We had THE BEST time! We even had great conversation with the other patrons we were seated with. Peter and Jeremy, thank you so much for the generous invitation and hospitality! Walking into this building, we were greeted quickly and the host answered all our questions. Nice ambiance. They have an upstairs that's semi-private with a television and that's where my group of 4 decided to sit (open seating). The drinks were delightful and the host brought them upstairs to us. Cigars were very flavorful and everyone in my group was pleased and said they would return. Definitely a staple when I visit Napa again. read more

Rude employee at counter. Was insulting to us when walked in. Immediately told us we could only smoke cigars that we buy there. That's a given. Hosed us on glass of house cab. Poured a $25 per glass wine without disclosing price. Will never go back. read more

Excellent local shop with a very good selection of reasonably priced cigars. Small lounge in front of the shop, near the rear and a 'man cave' in the loft. Eclectic selection of beers, both on tap and bottled, along with plenty of local wines to enjoy with your cigar on premises. Owner was very helpful and engaging. A recommended stop. Came here with my friends a couple of weekends ago. I had never smoked a cigar before and we were bored so we decided to come here after passing by a sign on the waterfront. Outside the shop there were empty cigar boxes for sale for $1.50 it looks like the nice vintage kind so I ended up buying one. My friend got us a cigar to share, there's a few nice leather chairs and tvs so you can enjoy your cigar. Not a smoker but if I were this would be a nice shop to come often. read more

As they approach their 5 year anniversary, I'd like to take the time to review an excellent establishment. My wife and I have visited Napa Cigars on two separate occasions. Once when we stayed in Napa for a few days and again while driving through after dinner. It's a quaint establishment that feels homey with ample seating areas, friendly staff and a plethora of reasonably priced cigars. I recommend joining their email list to receive event invites. There's an upstairs area, a sitting area in the back as well as one right at the door. You're greeted by the regulars like you walked into Cheers. Beer & wine are available as well. Went in for a smoke while on vacation and really enjoyed this place. Great cigar selection and staff are friendly. I enjoyed a Don Pepin Garcia Original, a fantastic smoke. Not a whole lot of sitting available but the chairs are very comfortable. The place is well ventilated so you get to enjoy your stick versus having your cigar overwhelmed by someone else's smoke. Nice decor too! read more

I love this place and it is well worth driving a few minutes if you're anywhere close. It's not a big place but they have everything you need and very knowledgeable staff. They also have fantastic value -- they aren't gouging you just because they can. In the last couple of weeks I've bought some Ashtons and some Arturo Fuentes. Both were Churchills and Maduros and they are fabulous. They've clearly been stored and handled well which is about all you can ask. read more

It's great to know there's a legit cigar lounge/shop in downtown Napa. They carry a good handful of cigars in their main cabinet. They have a range of high-end cigars to low priced ones. I purchased a $9 Arturo Fuente which was delicious. It's not one of my faves but it was good enough for something short for the trip. This shop has lounge seating and wine that is served in glasses. It's a great place to stop-in late nights for a good smoke and just to relax with the fellas. read more

Ahhh...my weakness...a good cigar. I'm missing this place due to the modern situation, but when I can I love to go in and enjoy a good stogie. Usually go in after a bit of golf, or after the rare occasion that the Chargers win. You can smoke em INSIDE, and pair them up with a great Napa Cab if so inclined. read more

Small shop in downtown Napa. For the space that is available, lots of seats with plenty of room. The other patrons make this place. Great conversations. The staff is friendly enough but not an above average experience compared to other lounges. The prices are astronomically high. This is even with taking into account California's high taxes for cigars. Easily $5-$7 more per stick compared to other Bay Area and Napa Area cigar shops. Okay spot if you're looking for a cigar in downtown Napa. read more

As a fellow cigar lounge owner I rarely get wow'd when traveling to the competition. But Napa Cigars is just a perfect local spot when you are visiting this town and they hit the perfect trifecta of cigars, wines and service. The staff went out of their way to welcome me and I enjoyed the conversations and story sharing. Seating is comfortable and they have really made the most out of a small space. It's just inviting and great vibes. Most importantly their cigar selection is truly on point with some rare gems, solid main stream brands and a healthy selection of boutique small batch. Stopped by Napa Cigar yesterday (Sunday 11/18) after wine tasting. Came here specifically after researching places online. The guys who run the place were cool and very knowledgeable about cigars. They had a good selection of smokes and had some rare cigars that I can't normally get in Hawaii or even online. There was 6 of us and they had more than enough room for us and everyone else that was in there. The atmosphere was light fun and friendly. Staff and other patrons were cool and we had made new friends while we were there. It's amazing how cigars bring people together. They had some beers on tap and other refreshments for purchase. We purchase a cigar to smoke there and some to take home. I would recommend this place to any cigar aficionado or any first time smokers. The staff has everything you need to enjoy a good cigar in their lounge area. This is a great place and I will definitely be returning every time I come to Napa. This is the exquisite place to come when in the map of Valley to enjoy great cigars that are high quality, fantastic wine, and incredible beer. Eric, the owner as very nice and knowledgeable. Walked in and was greeted with a warm welcome. Felt like a kid in a candy store. "So many to choose from!" Great selection. A lot of "high end" cigars to mid priced sticks. Asked for a Maduro recommendation and to my surprise the gentleman/owner suggested what he just finished up. "La Aroma de Cuba" (box press) Mi Amor. Very good stick! Tasty. I'll try this place again. Being that it's Napa, one could only assume you will get "fine" cigars. Great place! read more

The service is great and space is really clean and organized. The selection here is pretty insane with some of the more rare bottles of spirits unsurprisingly with a higher price tag. Even if you're not looking for that really rare bottle of whiskey, there's a pretty high chance that they have what you're looking for including some interesting barrel picks.

Some of the vodka infused flavors are habanero, mandarin orange, meyer lemon and cucumber. They also have infused gin and whiskey. They have small bites as well. The tasting room has great all around vibes. Friendly, down to earth staff. Right when I stepped in, I noticed the design aesthetics. I liked the full bar look with the stacked shelves and the lounge area. Beautiful, modern tasting room. The building outdoor grounds has a pond and seating area. However when I visited, the entire pond water surface was covered with algae. The ambiance felt refined and polished in the newly reimagined tasting area, Gabriel glassware (for all you winos who know), comfortable upholstered seats and great views of the valley floor beneath. Our hosts name was Jose (if I recall correctly) he was gracious and informative about the wines. He made the experience extra special by pouring some of their reserve wines for our tasting and went above and beyond by bringing a couple of small canapé bites for our group as a special birthday treat!! Kudos to the culinary team as well the food bites were delicious and paired beautifully with the wines. I would love to come back and experience their full food menu offerings over the weekends. We likely went over our tasting experience time however there was no sense of being rushed out as I have experienced at other vineyards, the entire team was welcoming during our tasting.
