When I walked in, a young man greeted me and asked if he could help me find what I came for. I said, "yes." He helped me select the washer fluid and tar remover I came for. After I paid for it, he offered to carry it to my car. Normally I would have said "no," but he seemed so happy to do it, I agreed. Then the shocker. When at my car, he asked if I would like him to fill my washer tank with the new fluid. I said "Sure!" He proceeded to do it taking care to be respectful of my new Audi Q7. I could also drop it off and they would work on it "when they could get to it". I asked if this was weeks or months and I could not get an answer. This is unacceptable for a one year old vehicle that cost north of $100K. Do better Kendall. For this fact alone I could not recommend this dealer. If you sell cars you need to service them within a reasonable time. UPDATE: Kendall folks saw my review and called me. David Citron in Service was friendly, apologetic, and very responsive to my concerns. He told me to come in immediately and have the recall addressed. As problematic as the initial response, this step was above and beyond. And much appreciated. I rate this solution A+ and change my rating.

The experience was 'meh', purely transactional and nothing exceptional…read more The good: -Polite and mostly responsive sales people, knowledgeable about the used truck I was interested in. -ultimately repaired a ripped seat for free (though we never discussed it, nor did I request it), I believe this was in response to a less than average review provided previously The not so good: - Test drove with one sales guy who said they could work with us on price then turned us over to another who flat out would not, even a small concession would have improved this rating, but when the markup was I'm sure in their favor didn't create sympathy for them. - Truck had some big knocks in the brakes 24 hrs after purchasing. They offered to have a look but said we'd have to schedule it online & it would cost us. Took it to Les Schwab and had the brakes fixed for free. - It was usually ~1week between communication from them on the checkins and follow ups on a few items.

Sucks that this Honda place goes back on their word and missed out on an already good deal for them.
