What a wonderful experience I had, employees that really care, dropped what they were doing and took care of my need (put a sensitive sticker on my car) and took the time to talk and get to know each other with kindness, compassion and concern. What a Joy and blessing to stop and patronize this awesome establishment!

Offers premium quality and excellent customer service. They are extremely professional, thorough, compassionate and patient. OUR SIGN IS STUNNING. We could not be happier. Our project hit many road blocks which were addressed much quicker with Napa Sign Shop's help and generosity. Thank you Napa Sign Shop!

They made our boat name with the font we sent, and did the cool wavy stripe, too.

I can't believe no one has Yelped these guys yet! They do signs for all the nice wine events and loads of other things in the Napa area. We recently hired them to make vinyl signage for our future charter fishing boat, the Argo. I went in and chose the vinyl color, and the very nice owner, Denise, helped design our cabin stripe with a little ocean wave on it. We requested the idea and she made it a reality. We were smart enough to hire her crew to come install it on our boat, because it is kind of a science. John and Cody took a lot of care to put on everything just right on our newly painted cabin and newly shined hull. The day they put the name on was the best day we've had working on the boat since hauling it up to the Napa boatyard from Southern California - it helped us see the light at the end of the tunnel for getting this boat to Fisherman's Wharf! I'm attaching some photos. I highly recommend this company. Professional and first-rate all the way.

I'd never had a wrap job done in my life and had to idea what to expect. When I first brought in my 2015 Range Rover Evoque to his shop, I had so many questions. He made sure to answer every question and told me up front if he would not be able to do something. I always appreciate such honesty. I was set on getting my car wrapped in glossy military green, which he did not have on hand. But he went out of his way to research a vendor that supplied that color, even if he didn't know them very well. It was a risk, but it was worth it. He kept me updated throughout the wrap process and made we were on the same page. Final product turned out even better than what I was expecting. I'm a happy camper

It is a good thing when I can also find a local shop to me. Not that I am afraid of going out of town to get something done but it is nice to support a local business. I finally decided to take the next step for my 2016 Dodge Challenger. I wanted to start off with wrapping my hood in a matte black. This is the first time I have decided to wrap a good vs just buying a carbon fiber or fiberglass hood and paint it. Did a quick search on Yelp and came across this business. At first this place is a bit hard to find. My Waze and Google kept pointing me to the building right at the intersection. Look for #1601 and it is on the backside of the building about half way down. Elizabeth is friendly and professional. Ron is friendly and knowledgeable. Both are great at what they do! They accommodate and understanding what you are trying to accomplish. I kind of surprised Ron on the day of dropping my car off that instead of the one inch gap I wanted I want to just continue the wrap to the top of the front bumper. I got a call about an hour into prep from Elizabeth that they may not have enough material to stretch it out and may have to set up another appointment and additional charges. I told her that was okay let's just go with the original plan. Two hours after dropping the car off it is done and I go to pick it up. Ron had a surprise and was able to get exactly what I wanted done! Car looks great but it looks like I may have to go back. I feel that I should now do the roof and trunk to really complete the look of what I want with my Challenger. I will definitely be back and soon as I make these decisions lol...

They helped me to decide which tint % to apply based on what I wanted and coupled with the already factory tinted back side windows. Unfortunately, that turned out not to be true. After I paid $275 for the service, the tint started peeling off on its own. I contacted the shop, and they told me to come in so they could fix it. However, every time I showed up, they made excuses, saying they were too busy and asked me to come back later. I went back more than seven times, even closing my own business to make time, and still nothing was done. Finally, the owner contacted me, and He apologized and scheduled me for an appointment the following week at 12:00 PM, asking me to arrive 10 minutes early so they could complete the job right away in about 30 minutes. I even received daily reminder messages confirming the appointment. On the day of the appointment, I arrived 10 minutes early as instructed. When I checked in, the staff said they had no record of my appointment. They still told me to leave the car and promised it would be done within an hour. I waited outside for over an hour, and they never even touched my car. Meanwhile, other customers who arrived without appointments were being served before me. While I was there, another customer driving a 2026 Nissan coupe, yellow in color, was also upset and complained that he had just gotten his car tinted. He was unhappy with the results. He said to me they did his car 2 hours ago. That made it clear to me that I'm not the only one having issues with this shop. After waiting 2-3 hours with no progress, I was told to come back again. This level of service is completely unacceptable. The staff was unprofessional, rude, and dishonest. I texted the owner, and I made it clear that I had closed my business to be there, but that did not seem to matter. This shop charged me $275 for a service that should have been covered under their so-called "lifetime warranty." Instead, I received poor workmanship and even worse customer service. I believe they should take responsibility and fix the issue properly instead of wasting my time repeatedly. Well, my car will never return to this stupid shop ever, especially the staff who worked out there. 100.% WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this business, BlackIt Out Tints, in Vallejo, to NO ONE.

Involving and promoting other shops in your review while making accusations about our work is inappropriate and unfair, especially when those businesses were not part of the original transaction. Because of the tone and conduct in your messages, you will not be meeting with me or any of my staff on Monday or at any other time going forward. I will not tolerate being spoken to in the manner you have been addressing me. If you believe you have a warranty concern related to XPEL products, I am happy to refer you to another certified XPEL installer who can assist you with evaluating or processing any potential warranty claim. That would be the appropriate path moving forward. Not even asking for free work or anything warranty related. After he did this whole act he must be called out especially as an adult business owner with a law degree like himself. My response; Michael Justis This response is exactly what I expected. Instead of addressing the workmanship concerns, you're choosing to label my feedback as malicious and shut down any opportunity to actually review the issues. What's inappropriate is refusing to stand behind your work when a customer raises legitimate concerns after spending around $7,500 on a full vehicle wrap and related services. My intention was simply to have a professional conversation and give you the opportunity to inspect the areas I mentioned. Multiple installers have already pointed out the same issues with visible edges and areas that were not properly tucked. That's not an accusation--it's a quality concern. Your decision not to even look at the vehicle or discuss a resolution speaks for itself. I will continue addressing the issues with another certified installer as suggested. Take care.

In September 2025, I brought my 2015 Mercedes-Benz S63 to The Wrap Lab for a complete unwrapping and re-wrapping service. I met with Igor, who inspected the car and assured me the work would be handled properly and professionally. The vehicle was in excellent condition when I dropped it off. A few days later, Igor informed me that paint had come off during the unwrapping process and instructed me to have it repaired before they could continue. After the repairs were completed, the wrap job was finished but when I picked up the car, the results were extremely poor. The wrap had bubbles, wrinkles, uneven seams, peeling edges, and visible tape residue across multiple areas. The car was also returned dirty, with a broken passenger door handle and new scratches that were not there before. When I reached out to Igor about these issues, he told me this was "the best he could do." That response, along with the quality of the work, was completely unacceptable for any professional business. The wrap continues to deteriorate daily, and now I have to pay another company to redo the job properly. This has been one of the most disappointing and frustrating experiences I've ever had with a car service. I expected professionalism, quality, and accountability unfortunately, I received none of those here. Please see photos, these were taken the day after I picked up my vehicle.
