Great service friendly staff I go here for my morning coffee every morning. Staff always get the order just right.

I've been coming to this McDonald's for years with my family, but the service has gone downhill badly. Yesterday I ordered five combo meals using the standard numbered menu. When we got our food, we were missing two large fries and two large Cokes and were given a single medium fry instead. When I tried to get it corrected, the staff seemed totally confused about the combo pricing, and the assistant manager was dismissive. The manager was polite but also didn't seem to understand the situation until I explained it several times. In the end, I was charged full price for items that should have been included in the original combos. We come here often, especially with teenagers, but the continued decline in service and this experience in particular really changed how we feel about this location. I've reached out to the owner and haven't heard back. Really disappointing for a place we've supported for so long. read more

I had a really bad experience at McDonald's today. I ordered on one of the kiosks and it declined while STILL taking money from my account. When I went to the counter for help, the manager wouldn't come over right away and wouldn't give me a clear answer about what happened. She said she canceled it, so I waited for the refund, but nothing showed up. I was on school lunch with only a few minutes before class and was already running late, so I went back to the counter again. That's when she finally said it could take a day or more for the money to return. I showed proof on my phone that the charge went through, but she kept insisting they never received it. It was extremely frustrating dealing with a manager who showed no urgency or clear communication while I was on a time limit. This situation wasted my time, made me late to class, and left me without my money or food. read more

Been here a handful of times in the past, knew this spot was a solid place! Stopped by here now... it's clean.. but food is trash

What made this location stand out was the outstanding service and treatment of the staff in general, but specifically one young man named "Adrian" (not sure if i have it right), but he went way beyond the norm of what people expect. His service was delivered with sincerity and a good attitude. Whats more, he took extra time out of his day to wait for me to enter in front of him, even holding the door for me. A lot of younger people are in a hurry these days and are more focused on their own timeline and agenda, sometimes failing to take an extra moment to wait for someone who is older. Adrian is clearly a person who is conscious and aware of his surroudings, and surely understands the meaning of "Hospitality". This kind of employee is "Gold" for a company like McDonalds, and they should take note of it. read more

They need to go on and just close this lost cause location down . It's by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to in any state and I'm sad about that because they seem to get enough business being so close to the freeway but on many many occasions we have driven here and the dining room is closed and now they have decided to remove the soft drink machines and put up tacky ugly decorations. The good is consistently bad, cold stale fries , grossly over salted fries , quarter pounders that are not cooked done in the middle , cold cheeseburgers with cold unmelted cheese on them , doughy chicken nuggets that need to be cooked longer , and they never fill the fries tonight in fact it was literally half full . Ray Koch is rolling in his grave while his spirit is looking down on this disaster . My $28 order tonight was pathetic but it was the LAST time they're getting my $$$ read more

It is a strong 4 star with fresh and hot fries a soft and centered burger and their ice cream machine works. Even more so, with all the pressures of the times and recent trends of poor customer service that I have experienced, I even hesitate to put this McDonalds in the same category as all the rest. That being said; Now you may wonder what puts this fast food place into the 5th star for me, well my grand child works their:). But you gotta admit they already have a 3.5ish overall rating so they must be doing something right when I see a lot of 2 star ratings for similar places. Asked for coffee with seven creams and they served me cold coffee. When confronted the coffee was cold they microwaved it and said it was hot. I tasted it and it was luke warm. I then went inside and told them i would wait for them to brew a pot of coffee but instead they microwaved it again making to extremely hot. worse service ever would not recommend eating there. read more

We asked for sweet and sour sauce at the order box, when getting to the window to pick up our food, we asked this fat lady worker if there was sweet and sour in the bag, her statement was exactly "Yes, I put 2 in the bag" upon arrival home and opening our food we discovered that there was absolutely NO sweet and sour sauce, we are devastated to say the least and VERY upset with this outcome. Maybe we should have checked the bag before leaving, maybe not, but the worker shouldn't have claimed that she put them in there when she didn't. Don't go here if you want sauce. McDonald's is very impersonal anymore. No one working the front counter, everyone is in the back making orders. Out front are the touch screen order kiosks. It was clean in the dining area. The order came out quickly. The only interaction with the employee was for them to call out my number and hand out the bag of food. They were fairly quick making the order. Bruh my fries were cold and tasted old and my nuggets also tasted nasty and old and there was only 9 not 10... and i know I counted right. I did not eat any before I counted... I'm not a biggie. Next time I see y'all my food better be fresh... don't play with me I need a refund now. We stopped at the parking lot late at night after a very long drive to let our 5 year old stretch her legs and help her tummy feel better. There were workers inside and one opened the door to say they couldn't leave until we left. We moved our car away from the building. Apparently this wasn't good enough as they turned on their car alarms in an effort to get us to leave. My daughter had to cover her ears. We were there 5 minutes MAX. So awful to do to a little girl that was feeling sick already. read more

I would not recommend eating inside, at least if you are ordering pancakes for breakfast. They no longer provide a plastic knife and you have to ask for butter. It a little hard to cut a pancake with just a plastic fork or spread cold butter without a knife. read more

It feels odd to give a McDonald's 5 stars but everything is pretty great at this place! Stopped by once when I was on my way to Portland from Seattle. The fries were freshly fried and perfectly salted. (I find most places over-salt their fries to the point that the fries would taste bitter.) I got a strawberry sundae because I didn't see that they had real ice cream! (Should I dock a star for the ice cream not being on the menu?! :D) There was a steady stream of customers but the place wasn't crowded. Bathroom was pretty clean as well. read more

McD for a pit stop on I-5 is a must. This place offered the $1 large COKE, clean bathrooms and view of the best political sign in Washington State. Food wise who cares, today was al about me and the need for an Indy 500 pit stop and my mission was accomplished. My thanks for the workers for providing me a cup and the soda machine that's endless for filling my cup as it runneth over with tasty soda. This was the final McDonald's stop on our trip. The building is big and nice. The inside is very well kept. The restrooms are okay; not the greatest but I've seen worse. They have touch screen ordering which is a lot more technologically advanced than the other two we went to. The burgers are also normal-sized here (yay!). Also, it looks like they sell ice cream by the scoop here? That's a first for me but that's really cool. read more

Service was quick to replace our not so hot french fries, yes we a had a fry or two, it's a road trip and you need some comfort foods. The service team is very excited, if they are new, they really try to please, they keep it clean and inviting. The salsa guacamole was a little running, maybe because I choose no bun no cheese and the lettuce wrap instead. And McDonalds has the best coffee of the on the highways with the best restrooms and they will not have you arrested if you do not make a purchase generally speaking. read more

My family and I made a pit stop here on our to pdx from great Wolfe lodge. I had a van with a fussy baby, and 2 other hungry kiddos. Pros: one of the cleanest McD's I have ever walked into, including their bathroom. Changing table in women's bathroom. Cashier was friendly and quickly brought my kiddos their happy meals and rest of food to our table. Tillamook ice cream sold here Friendly staff I can't get over how clean this establishment is. My review is based on comparison to the one near my home, which is completely appalling. No kids play area which was not a disappointment. read more

Really nice kid at the counter saved me tons on my $1 menu order. Great location off the freeway! I'm giving this a 5-star review because the location was easy to get to (on and off the freeway), the store was cleaner than the typical McDonalds, and the staff was extremely pleasant. No, this isn't Ruth Chris or the Chat House, but for what it is, fast food on I-5, it really is as good as it gets and that deserves a 5-star review in my book. read more

Absolutely unacceptable customer service from the girl at the second window on Monday December 31st at 6PM, who also took our order. We ordered two large two cheeseburger meals, she continued to give us smalls. We also asked for Dr. peppers and she very rudely asked what we said so he repeated ourselves and she snapped at us saying "we don't have diet Dr Pepper " (we didn't ask for a diet Dr Pepper). When we got our meals and they were smalls not larges as we ordered we mentioned it to her and she proceeded to angerly stomped away and take 15 extra minutes to pour two large Dr Pepper's. Clean, clean, clean!!! Right off the freeway, open 24 hours. Has an outdoor play place - but it's covered so unless the weather is miserable, it should be a good place to get out wiggles. I was pleasantly surprised with this McDonald's. It was extremely clean! And they were busy, too. There were plenty of cashiers so lines weren't long. Almost the entire time we were there, there was a guy restocking and cleaning, which was much appreciated. They even had bibs on top of each of the high chairs - a nice, cute touch. Ketchup was in pumps, not packages - much preferred on our part. The bathrooms were stocked and even had changing pad liners - I think this may be the first time I've ever seen them. Oh, and they serve scoops of tillamok ice cream! What a nice surprise! We will definitely stop here again to get out wiggles between Seattle and Portland. 5 stars for a mcdonalds. Food is generally the same from location to location, but cleanliness, customer service, and amenities make this one stand out. read more

Yes, this is a McDonald's, one of thousands across the world. Perhaps millions. If you really need to read a review of McDonalds to decide whether or not you want to go there, I'd be surprised. While driving home from a weekend in Seattle a few months ago, the husband and I stopped into an unassuming McDonalds in Olympia. It's McDonalds, you think you know what to expect, right? In this case - wrong. It was one of those places that looks fine from the outside, and when you get inside, you wish you'd driven right on by. So today, while returning from yet another awesome weekend in Seattle, we decided to try another McDonalds, this time in Chehalis. I'm a sucker for their holiday shakes, what can I say?! This McDonalds was super clean and updated. It looks relatively new (and judging by the fact that I'm the first to reivew it, it just might be). The staff were attentive and friendly. Bathroom was clean and comfortable. I didn't get asked by anybody to give them money or when I declined to do so, ask that I use my credit card to buy them something instead and when I ignored that request, start hurling insults at me. (if you're looking for this type of experience, just visit the McDonalds I mentioned in Olympia.). Even though it's a McDonalds, I had to give it some love and a classic Yelp shout-out because they're definitely up there on my Great American McDonald's list. read more

The very very good: I'm surprised no one has mentioned either of these things yet: 1) They offer truck parking. Like semi-trucks, motorhomes, etc... do you know how rare that is?!?! I am grateful. 2) They allow drive-thru walk-up orders in the middle of the night when their indoor area is locked. Again, grateful. Thank you. The bad: I have barely ever had a good experience here. Basically mediocre is the best I can hope for. 1) They stop serving anything but breakfast at 4a. :'( I am a night driver. 4a is basically my lunch time. I don't want a f-ing egg sandwich! I just want a damn cheeseburger! How is it possible that they have FINALLY figured out how to make breakfast sandwiches all day, but not cheeseburgers all night?! 2) The staff working at night has a few rude people. At least twice, I got the feeling the rude person was a manager. One is a slightly older woman, blond. The other is a somewhat younger guy, brunette. He actually told me he was the PIC that night. I don't know about the woman, but she had a managerial vibe to her. 3) There have been multiple occasions I have pulled in and walked away empty-handed. One of the times it was because their system was updating, and they couldn't accept anything but cash, and also could not tell me how long it would take their system to update. There have been other reasons as well. 4) There is something weird about the food here. Both the chicken and the fish have a weird, sort of mushy/grainy texture to them. I can't say I have experienced that at any other McD. Bizarre. When I found out they had truck parking, and walk-up drive-thru window service in the middle of the night, I wanted to jump right on and give them 5 stars! But the life of a trucker is busy, and before I ever had the chance, I returned and walked away disappointed. My track record for disappointment at this location is sadly about 70%. The staff here are great! My husband got really nauseated in the car and we stopped to let him use the restroom and get a sprite to settle his stomach and everyone was very friendly and helpful. It makes a huge difference when he's ill to have people be understanding and helpful. While I waited for my husband I watched the young men working the register and they were in great moods and cheerful and efficient. We're kinda sorry we live two hours away because we'd cheerfully come back. And my dipped cone was a masterpiece. read more

we got a large fries and a large sweet iced tea. i was originally going to get a small iced mocha, but then after doing the cost/benefit analysis, i decided that the $1 large sweet tea would give me the cold, sweet, caffeine i really wanted, and a lot more of it too. i think we got the bottom of the barrel of the fries. they were a tiny bit stale and they didn't fill up the large container all the way like they usually do. the extra packet of sweet and sour sauce was $0.15 cents - no complaints about it. but i'm the old guy who remembers when packets of mcnugget sauce didn't cost extra. it's right off the freeway, so it's easy to get quick fix when you need it. read more

Easily one of the best McDonalds I've been to in recent times - the restaurant and restrooms were immaculate, staff were kind, friendly and helpful - the food was what you'd expect - but you'd be surprised how many places mess it up.
