She wasn't very genuine or personable and it seemed like she was just reading from a book of responses. She even just hung up during a session once and although I think she'll try to blame it on the service she was so emotionally and mentally unavailable I don't doubt that she just hung up mid session. And then didn't try to reach back out after that. If she wanted to reassigned she should have done it more professionally.
