That chicken parm garlic knot sandwich with vodka sauce was phenomenal and I do hope they have that often because that would be my new go-to. My husband had the lasagna slice and said it was so good he was UNWILLING to share, so there's that! Now I have something else to try when I'm by there. Cute little spot that I'm sure is a BYOB. We recently ordered takeout from Naples and got their fried calamari and a large pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni. The fried calamari was crunchy and tender but was a bit over fried. It came with lemon wedges and a delicious marinara sauce which was definitely homemade. You could see bits of plum tomatoes, fresh basil and garlic. I could have just eaten that with Italian bread and I would have been happy. The pizza was floppy, probably because it was takeout and overloaded with mozzarella cheese. I'm not complaining! Picked up an online order on 4/17. When I got it home the food was cold, hardly even room temperature. I called and requested a refund, as I did not want to wait another hour for hot food. The Manager? said I had to bring the food back or he would not process the refund. So I'm had to waste my time and gasoline in order to get my money back for the inedible food they would then throw out (hopefully)! Bad food, lousy customer service and now you're dead to me. My family has been living In LEH for over 50 years. We have passed Naples thousands of times and never gave a second thought. We decided to give it a try. I have to say, we have tried a lot of the pizzeria's in LEH but this one blows the others out of the water. We were a table of 5 on a Saturday night so we had about a 30 minute wait. Our waiter (Jake) was friendly and made some great suggestions. We started with mozzarella sticks (hot and crispy) and eggplant fries (delicious). Tortellini chicken soup was great. Salad bar was good. Chicken Parm was cooked perfectly and had great flavor. Shrimp Parm was outstanding. Two of us ordered the chicken Capri with sausage! Perfection on a plate!! Chicken Fingers & Fries. All dinners were nice sizes. Cannoli for dessert is a must !!! Definitely going to be our go to place from now on!! read more

Im giving them five stars because they are doing something right. Everything on the menu is quality and they are BUSY! Had the chicken parm a solid 7.5/10... but the pizza was superb 9.5/10. I would guess they are original New Yorkers cause that was a NY pizza. read more

This is a two sided review - love their food but boy is their customer service horrible!! We ordered a bunch of trays of catering and they made the process so difficult and they were extremely rude when I picked it up. The owner brought my trays out and basically threw them on the front counter in front of me and didn't even look at me or offer to help bring them to the car. I worked in a catering hall for 10 years and I would have been fired if I acted like this! My boss at the catering ball ALWAYS brought out the hot trays to everyone's car and was so kind to everyone. And I called earlier in the day because I accidentally wrote down two different pick up times (my fault) and I called to confirm the right one. The person who picked up the phone was extremely rude and after it took him ten minutes to confirm the time he immediately hung up on me. No more ordering from here, I cannot stand customer service like this! read more

Excellent pizza, I'm a very big fan of pizza etc and so I can tell which places make good pizza I've eaten so many places over the years all over the world and I'd rank Naples pizza as somewhere in my top 5...the cheese blend is hard to explain but it's absolutely perfect, not too much of any garlic, the sauce is light not overbearing. They make their own rolls which are better than anything you'll get at a grocery store I've even thought to buy just the rolls extra. Excellent arancini(rice balls to you rookies lol) and the chicken parm sandwich on display looks great...tonight we ordered a Brooklyn pie which is mainly sauce, and a regular cheese pie..the downside is I don't see how anyone can pay 40 bucks for two pies...it's pretty ridiculous..still giving it a high rating but it's just pizza way overpriced even if it's excellent..still recommend this place highly if u have the extra cash ! read more

Since I moved to town at age four in 1981 I must've eaten more than 2000 pizzas from Naples pizzeria. I'm a big fellow. I moved out of the area, but every time I come back, I have always enjoyed going to Naples to grab a slice or a great hoagie. I went there for the first time in a couple of years today and noticed they had a let's go Brandon FJB sticker proudly displayed on the oven. It's great that they're enjoying their right to free expression. Feel free to trash the current president with language I wouldn't use in front of my kid. I believe that people who express this position are unfortunately misguided and have allied themselves with a regime that is causing our country to go in the wrong direction, to say the least. Everything that they make is delicious and you can never go wrong ordering or eating in at this place. Service is fast and has a really good "Italian restaurant/hole in the wall" feel to it when you actually sit down and eat there. The only thing is that I wish they were open Monday. read more

This is my all time go-to for Italian fare in the whole area near my parents when i visit them from DC. Naples hits the spot :their pizza is perfect. I've never had a bad pie here. And they always have specialty slices if you were in the mood for something gourmet. On a side note I don't even know what makes their pizza so good usually I can tell if it's the sauce or the cheese, But I think here it's the crust It's not too thin not too thick very smooth. ( i think its the quality of pizza makers too.:) My main choice here though is the eggplant parmesan. it's my favorite food in the world and they do a banging job :very smoothly slice,dgood portions and not too crazy on the cheese. I don't do pasta and they make amazing sauteed broccoli which I sometimes substitute for pasta . Ive also had their sausage covered in amazing marianra for side. I've never dined in here, but if it's a very cute old school dining area where I see a lot of families. Final factor: customer service is great! The young people that worked the desk are very helpful and on top of their game. I had ordered small trays of chicken Parmesan. Broccoli w garlic, spaghetti and sausage and peppers for a medium sized family gathering. When I arrived l, the chicken Parmesan was obviously a full tray and the price was higher than the phone quote. Everything smelled great and we were in a hurry so we just paid and took it. My boyfriend loves your pizza we get it once a week, but everytime the pizza is different thicker or thinner or too much cheese. I wish I could write a positive review cause some of the pizzas are delicious and unique; however, the customer service is beyond atrocious. The worker gave my husband the wrong pizza after confirming "veggie". My husband brought it back after I called to just make a swap. This is okay and happens. The owner however storms up at my husband yelling "why did you grab the wrong one! How did you get this?!" Everyone is staring at my husband as the manager berated my husband blaming him. My husband said, "your worker right there handed it to me directly with my mozzarella sticks on top". The owner just kept yelling and embarrassing my husband. Question is does he speak to his family and friends this way? Scary... I get it. You make good pizza (sometimes) but customer service here is completely lacking. You don't treat customers like this regardless. I hope the self inflicted revenue loss of $2 for dough and $4 toppings was worth losing our business and the other customers watching you act like an animal of your mistake. read more

I think that Naples is like the best Pizzeria in town. My favorite things on their menu include: the chicken broccoli Alfredo pizza, chicken parm sub, and baked ziti with meat sauce. The portions are always very generous and staff friendly. With the chicken broccoli Alfredo pizza, you get so much chicken topping and the sauce is just amazing. It's arguably one of my favorite pizzas from anywhere! The chicken parm sub is always so good. The cheese pull, toasted bread, marinara sauce, and chicken are just superb. If you're looking for pizza you absolutely have to ask for thin and crispy. Any regular pie is chewy and doughy and floppy and greasy.

I have been coming to Naples since I moved to LEH about a decade ago. Without a doubt the best pizza in the area. However, I have gone there for lunches and dinners many times and have always been disappointed. Their sauces are very oily and being of Italian heritage, I find their food poor in quality and ingredients. Worst of all, I am sick of having to look at their "FJB" and other political stickers on their oven showing a lack of class and professionalism . Also, when eating in their dining room all I ever see is Fox News. Personally, I don't think I should have to watch any news program while eating because it is such a touchy subject in our country these day. Can't they put in something less abrasive like a cooking show or a game show???? Keep making your great pizza and keep your political opinions to yourself . read more

My husband and son love getting the specialty slices (there are usually some fun options available when we stop in), and I enjoy their gluten free pizza. 2 stars because the staff was helpful and friendly even though the place was crowded. I guess it's the best in the area, but that doesn't mean it's good. Our pie was so greasy, probably from using cheap cheese, that you could float a boat across it. Not kidding. It was that greasy. The crust was thick, undercooked and lacked any flavor. Biggest disappointment were the dishes ordered. The chicken in the parm dish was obviously cooked, frozen then reheated. It was tough as shoe leather. The pasta horribly over done. The sausages and meatballs were again completely dried out and tough. Lasagna, one of my favorite dishes was an absolute mess. It seemed like they used 1 piece of lasagna pasta, cut it in half lengthwise and rolled in a small amount of ricotta and a couple of pieces of sausage. It was then topped off with a massive amount of sauce. Taking the dish out of the bag, there was so much sauce it poured out of the container all over the table and still had more left inside. If this is considered the best in the area, drive somewhere else. read more
