The manager is a real piece of work. We used to order every week, but not anymore. This jerk got on the phone and yelled at me because his driver left half our delivery at the store. I was pissed when it arrived 30 mins after the first delivery and it was cold. The basic kitchen meat thermometer wouldn't register the wing or sausage temp. That's not still warm buddy. Complete lack of any common decency or customer service. Saying no mistake was made, the driver just forgot 1/2 the order. And I should be grateful it's even warm after 75 mins-his words. I'm never one to complain. I've been ordering from Brother's Pizza for over 20yrs along with everywhere else around here. The past couple of times I've ordered a stromboli from Brothers the dough has been raw. Disgustingly raw. Last night my kids ordered a $25 stromboli, called me and told me they didn't know what was wrong with it but it was nasty so I had to order them food from somewhere else. Another $35. I get home check the stromboli and it was the same thing as the month before when I ordered one. RAW. Brothers had just closed so I couldn't say anything so I took a video of the RAW DOUGH and figured I'd give them a call tonight. I called and got screamed at by THE OWNER for complaining. I was kind and explained the situation, let him know I threw the stromboli out but I had the video to show how RAW the dough was. I am 43yrs old and Italian at that. This man really tried to gas light me like I never ate a stromboli before , he insisted it wasn't RAW (btw the owner, he's also the cook), then he had the nerve to tell me it's supposed to be raw and because it's folded dough it would never be cooked fully through. I've been eating strombolis my whole life, I even make them at home. He would not accept any fault. All I asked for in return for 2 raw strombolis ($50) was a large pie ($13). He screamed at me, refused to do ANYTHING to right his wrong. Refused to let me send him the video to see the raw dough and hung up on me. I am disgusted and appalled. I have money, I'm not trying to get free food. A $13 pie at that?!? To treat and scream at someone who has been a loyal customer since their Cheese steak meat was folded and not chopped ( those who know, know lol) is incredibly disheartening. And considering he refused to look at the video, instead chose to scream and hang up on me I'll let you fine people see it. ‍ I will NEVER be ordering ANYTHING from them EVER AGAIN. I think they forget that WE ARE THE ONES WHO KEEP THEM OPEN . So disrespectful. For some reason it won't let me upload the video but anyone curious can hit me up and I'll gladly send it to you. The pizza looked like it has been sitting there for about a week, so I should've walked out at that point. The pizza was dry, flavorless, stale, and FULL of grease. Brothers is your standard fare South Jersey pizza parlor. The pizza is decent for the area, but that isn't saying much. I've been coming here for close to 20 years so it's hard for me to bash it because I know what's good and what isn't. Stick with the pizza and the raviolis. Avoid the cheesesteaks. The chicken parm is ok. Lots of sauce but not a lot of chicken. As for the ambiance, it really hasn't changed in 20 years, although last time I checked they didn't have the fish tanks in the back. Anyway, this is a good spot for a quick and cheap take out pie. If you are expect more in Mystic, good luck. read more

The food here is good! I am not downing anything I have ever eaten here, from pizza to baked ziti. When you walk in the restaurant you will see them making pizza. I have been eating their food for about 20 years and the decor is the same. The front looks dingy, a $10 gallon of paint would make it look so much more clean. The walls are disgusting. If you are proud of the way you cook and the food you serve, please take the time to make your establishment look like a place that people would want to come back to. Doesn't surprise me that Brothers only has 2 stars. I will never go to Brothers again. I was told by my family it wasn't very good and I'll actually never know. I placed an order for pick up and was told to come in 25 min. We showed up and they had lost my order and told us it would be another 45 - hour. No apology at all. What horrible customer service. When the owner said to me "i don't know what to do for you", i said "let me talk to the young girl who took my order or how about offer me a free meal". His reply "a free meal, no way".
