Excellent buying experience! Definitely recommend to anyone seeking a new or pre-owned vehicle. Ask for Carl Bilotti to be your salesperson!

From the moment I arrived, Pablo has been personable, patient, professional, and genuinely attentive. He took the time to listen to my concerns about a squealing noise when backing up my vehicle and made sure I understood the process of having it checked out. His friendly demeanor and willingness to answer questions helped make what could have been a stressful situation much more comfortable. It is refreshing to work with someone who treats customers with such respect, kindness, and professionalism. Pablo is an excellent representative of Earl Stewart Toyota, and I truly appreciate the exceptional service he has provided today. Thank you, Pablo, for making this a positive experience! M. Thomas

I brought my 2023 4Runner in on March 26 because the steering wheel was vibrating under 60 mph…read more From the start, the experience was frustrating and disorganized. The technician initially wrote up services I did not request (alignment, balancing, and tire rotation). I had to correct this and clarify that I wanted a proper diagnostic check first. Despite having an appointment, I waited over three hours only to be told the vehicle hadn't even been taken into the shop. After escalating the issue to the service manager, the vehicle was finally looked at. Within 30 minutes, I was told I needed four new tires and an alignment at a cost of $1,200. This felt rushed and questionable, especially without a thorough explanation. I declined and decided to get a second opinion. I then went to Tires Plus, where the assessment was completely different. They confirmed I did NOT need new tires. They performed an alignment, balanced the tires, and completed an oil change--all for $356.98. The vibration issue was resolved. Additionally, the dealership failed to note that my vehicle was due for an oil change, even though it was clearly indicated. Based on this experience, I will not be returning. The lack of organization, poor communication, and what felt like unnecessary upselling does not inspire confidence. Thank you

This is hands down the most unprofessional dealership I've ever visited…read more I came in prepared. I knew exactly what I wanted, had my numbers in order, and was ready to make a deal. Instead of having a straightforward conversation, they immediately tried to hustle me -- assuming I didn't know any better. I've spent about 10 years working with dealerships in New York, so I'm very familiar with how deals are structured, what's negotiable, and what isn't. They attempted to mislead me about fees and claimed certain items couldn't be removed, discounted, or adjusted -- which simply wasn't true. When they realized I wasn't going to fall for it, the manager became visibly frustrated. At one point he said, "If you don't return by closing time, I'm not honoring the deal." As if this was the only dealership in Florida. That kind of pressure tactic might work on someone inexperienced -- but it's just unprofessional and desperate. After I walked out, he tried chasing me with a sudden "bottom line" offer. By then, the damage was done. Negotiation isn't about intimidation -- it's about transparency and professionalism. If you can't close a deal without emotional pressure, that says everything. I left laughing with my girlfriend. Not because it was funny -- but because it was unbelievable how poorly it was handled. There are plenty of reputable dealerships that know how to treat customers with respect. I recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I made an appointment for 11 AM on Wednesday assuming I would be out of there in an hour to an hour and a half for a simple oil change. When I arrived, I had to walk around to find my service advisor but once I tracked him down, he was very friendly and cordial and very interested in my car. He explained that it would take at least a couple hours to do the oil change. I inquired if they could give me a ride home and he assured me that they would be happy to do so. I ended up waiting one hour before someone came to get me to offer me that ride home, which is only a couple miles away. I declined, since the oil change is to take two hours I might as well wait the extra hour. Everyone who passed by me, especially Rob and Michael (manager? in office beside Customer Lounge) was friendly and asked me if I'd like water, etc. I had my large service dog with me and everyone was engaging and caring. Eventually 2 hours became almost 3.... Victor was kind enough to check in the status and reported back to me promptly. When he came to get me (I t seems my service advisor disappeared for a very long lunch...lol) I was told my oil change was complimentary! Now that's a definite improvement in noticing how a customer feels. I did ask why they make appointments for a specific time slot for a simple thing like an oil change and was told they have issues with accepting too many cars. The car was brought to me with a nice plastic sheet over the seat cover. Although it was not vacuumed nor quick washed as I've experienced for scheduled oil changes of my other vehicle at local Al Packer Lincoln Ford, I appreciated the consideration. There are many "runners" sitting around the outside service area who could be enlisted for that free extra attention... From reading previous reviews, I think a little closer attention to the individual customer, like what I experienced in a positive way today will do wonders for our experiences and for good reviews like I was happy to be able to leave today. By the way, I will be bringing my car back for further service needs and oil changes. Hopefully, they will get their scheduling act together for the complimentary ride home (more promptly than one hour) and for prompt and thorough service by managing MTTR (quality assurance).

After 3 emails back and forth on pricing for a specific Bronco, I thanked him for letting me know his bottom line (Which was very fair) and asked him how we could proceed (Emails chain below). I never received a response to my Tuesday email asking how to proceed. I followed up the next day and never received a response to Wednesday's follow up email. I then sent an additional email on Thursday's asking why no response. I don't know why he wouldn't have gotten my emails since I responded to his previous email, so I called the dealership Thursday at 5:27 pm and left a message for him still no response. Bren new I had another pending deal, and strung me along for 4 days with absolutely no response to any of my requests. I've purchased 40+ cars over the years and have run into this level of incompetence from salespeople, but never from a "General Sales Manager". The only logic I can ascertain for ghosting a customer I can think of, is this individual quoted pricing he couldn't deliver on, the classic car salesman bait and switch. The level of indifference and disrespect is the reason why most people despise dealers. Just another impudent "Car Salesman" with zero character. Ford dealerships really seem to scrape the bottom of the barrel with their employees. On Thursday, May 21, 2026 at 11:38:23 AM EDT, Bren, I've sent two emails since Tuesday with no response. Exceptional Luxury Experience at its Finest! …read more If you want to experience what true high-end customer service feels like, this is the place. There is a massive difference between an Auto nation dealership and a real Mercedes-Benz dealership, and this team proves it. Not only did they have the best prices we could find, but the level of care and professionalism was simply outstanding. The process was seamless thanks to three specific professionals: Danilo (Sales): Danilo is a class act. He was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and made sure every detail of the car was perfect. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and never pressured the process. He took the time to ensure every question was answered and that we found the perfect vehicle. Rafael (Manager): his pricing was transparent, and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the deal. His pricing outperformed every competitor we researched. Rosana (Finance): Roxanne made the "dreaded" finance office the easiest part of the day. She was professional, efficient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Mercedes of North Palm Beach showed they value every costumer time. No games, no hidden fees--just a smooth, high-end transaction from start to finish. This was our first time here and it would definitely not be the last at all. Highly recommended!
