The portions were huge, everything tasted incredibly fresh, and the staff could not have been more friendly. You can tell they really care about the food they make. We got: BUFFALO WINGS Crispy on the outside and juicy inside, coated in a bold buffalo sauce that had great flavor and the perfect amount of heat. Every wing was meaty and well cooked, and the sauce clung beautifully. Such a solid and satisfying order that set the tone for the rest of the meal. PEPPERONI PIZZA A classic slice done so well. The cheese was melted perfectly and had that stretchy pull you hope for. The pepperoni was flavorful and nicely crisped around the edges. The crust was the best part with a lightly crunchy exterior and a doughy soft center that gave each bite such a comforting finish. Truly one of those pizzas that makes you pause and appreciate how good a simple slice can be. GREEK SALAD A standout dish and such a fun presentation. It came in an edible bowl that was almost like a taco shell made from pita, and the salad was piled high with fresh greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, red onion, and creamy feta. The dressing was bright and refreshing, and the homemade pita on the side was warm, soft, and unbelievably tasty. Every bite felt fresh and full of flavor. The pita bowl alone made the dish feel special and memorable. We loved everything so much. The portions were incredibly generous, the ingredients tasted fresh, and the staff made the whole experience even better with how kind and welcoming they were. This was a decent pizza - I ordered for delivery and for only about $14 I was able to get a large cheese pizza that tasted pretty solid: Cheese pizza: The crust was the right amount of chewy though not really crispy at all, but it wasn't necessarily a bad thing. The pizza had the right amount of sauce and probably could have used a little more cheese but again, nothing too terrible. It was an all around solid pizza and one of the pros to this pie was that it wasn't greasy at all - it had all of the great taste of a cheese pizza without any of the excess fat. Really enjoyable. All in all, 4/5 - it wasn't anything too special, but it was a really solid choice and one I'll definitely order again! read more

Hand stretched dough and fresh toppings. You'd think the buffalo chicken pizza would come with a blu cheese or ranch on the side. Italian sub was tasty with oil and vinegar (most places skip this), albeit small and uninspiring without much meat. All in all a positive experience, food was fast and fresh but there are so many other places I'd rather spend $65 on dinner to get more for my buck. Well, I have been searching for good pizza. I remembered having an o.kay. experience with Napoli's once a few years ago. Completely forgot about them until I drove by. So I ordered a pepperoni pizza and some spicy fries. No way it could be messed up. Egg. On. My. Face. Not good. Dry/over cooked crust as if it was sitting there and they reheated it. Dry pepperoni. I've been coming here for years. The staff has only gotten ruder and the prices more expensive. My go to order has always been a BBQ chix pizza. Out of YEARS ordering, I complained twice about the lack of BBQ. Tonight I received my pizza and it was an amount of sauce you could drink through a straw. Quality of food and customer service isn't their strong suit lately. I hadn't even been reimbursed for my pizza, but went to take it back so I could take a photo, when the pizza was rudely and aggressively snatched out of my hands. Grotesque treatment of a customer by the employee. If she treated me like this, there have been and will be others. Oh, and they charge $3-5 more PER PIZZA online ordering than ordering in store. So for all of their customers, your paying not just the $4 service fee, you're also paying extra for you food. No one that I know will ever order here again. read more

It can be a hit or miss. I usually get a big delivery order every time i order. The onion rings are really good. The calzone and pizzas are good. Wings are weirdly made. Pre made wings then they put it in sauce but the sauce are watery instead of a thick glaze so its kinda weird. Their italian sub it terrible. Their burritos are blahh. Wanted to love this place, as we loved the Weymouth location when we lived there and were so excited to see this place open up. We have tried it 3 times since we know it takes a while to get a new business up and running. We picked up one time, and we had to finish cooking the pizza, which was still raw, at home. The 2nd time, delivery took 45 minutes longer than estimated, but order arrived accurate and hot. The 3rd time...really put us over the top. I placed the order at 4:30 on a Friday for an XL cheese pizza, fries and wings. Pretty basic, right? They estimated 5:30 to 5:45. 5:45, delivery guy shows up with the wrong order; a small peppers, sausage and onions, no wings. I had to run back out and flag him down. He apologizes, said he would be right back. No problem, things happen. 6:00 comes, 6:15 comes, then 6:30. So, I call Napoli and ask the status. They tell me that my order is ready AT NAPOLI but they have no drivers. Now, I had already paid the delivery fee and tip on my credit card. I ask them if we can pick it up instead, since my kids were starving. They say yes, so I send my husband off to go get it. 5 minutes later, the delivery guy shows up with our order. I had to call my husband back to the house. The delivery guy was again apologetic. However, the order was stone cold. I had to microwave the pizza. The fries could not be salvaged, and the wings were gummy and gross. It had probably been sitting there for 2+ hours. I paid $48 for this too.... Try somewhere else. read more

I want to give a little hint you about getting extra cheese on the Veal Parm Dinners! I had ordered Veal Parm and Ziti. You can add Chicken or Meatballs to it too for extra $. I added the Chicken Parm to the Veal Parm, seeing as I couldn't decide which one I wanted I got both. If I could have gotten Eggplant Parm in there too I would have :) and added extra cheese. Don't do it! I had a tough time trying to find the meat there was so much cheese to dig through. They're not cheap with the meats OR the Extra Cheese!! They really cover it well!!! It was still VERY good. They're reasonably priced, give good amounts of food (I can only eat about half of it and have it again for lunch the next day) . Order online! It's so easy to do. We've only had one problem with pizza delivery where the pizza box slid and the toppings were a bit messed up and we've been getting delivery for years now. I can't belive I'm the first to review Napoli! My wife and I have been ordering pizza regularly from here for years. They really know what they're doing and the pizza is REALLY good. They have a little bit of everything but we usually keep it simple. The calzones and subs are good too. The real bonus, not to trash talk too much, is that they don't charge you to use a credit card like Brothers does which is one block away. I used to go there for calzones and subs until they started that practice. I stuck to Napoli because it's just better all around. Napoli's a bit further of a drive but it's worth it for us. Oh, try the greek salad, fresh and delicious and will last you more than one meal! read more

My girlfriend and I ordered some pizza. Cheese and pepperoni. Both were awesome. Delivery was very quick too. I shorted them one Star because we got a side of onion rings and they were pretty bunk.
