He was extremely rude and insulting. Trying to support local businesses but this one is a loser-nothing like previous owners. This one should find another occupation! My fiancé and I order from here often because it's close. Tonight we ordered two salads w/ grilled chicken and when we began cutting into the chicken we noticed that a majority of it was pink and cold in the middle (it was clearly raw). We decided we'd at least get reimbursed and thought it would be fair to call back and order two veggie stir fry wraps. When the person answered we were told that we would not be reimbursed and we could only have them deliver the same order. In a nice-way we objected, saying that we really weren't interested in having anything with chicken, we go there all of the time and the new order would be less expensive. The person on the other end began raising there voice and said "if you don't want it I really don't know why we are still talking". The food is delicious, but I knocked them down to 3 stars because I ordered food on their website and the order tracking said it was ready 30 minutes ago - I get there and the place is closed! The door says open at 11 - well I'm sitting here right now at noon and they JUST opened! Which means at least another 30 minutes I'll be waiting for my order. I'd like to know how their "order tracking" system works if it's telling me my order is ready but the place wasn't even open 30 minutes ago. They need to update their ordering system AND their listed hours if they have changed them. This is so frustrating. read more

I have been going to Napoli for over 10 years and have never been disappointed. Their pizza is great (better than Main Street). Calzones are huge, chicken fingers and salads are good. Their fries are also excellent. Prices are reasonable and the people who work there are nice, though always super busy. We always do takeout and haven't tried delivery. read more

The food is good, when they make it right. probably a quarter of the time I get what I ordered, the other three quarters of time it's wrong, something is always wrong. I don't eat Pickels. Never had never will so I always stress, NO PIcKELS! Yet I always get them . My problem is when I go back and tell them, they question the fact. Well you ordered them , n0, no I didn't!! Make sure you check your to-go order! We had a family gathering in Weymouth & called in a decent-sized lunch order ($51 worth of subs and pizza). Drove almost ten minutes over, paid, and waited for a few minutes for everything to be done. The girl brought out a big bag and said "Here you go." My brother specifically asked "Is everything in this one bag?" Yes, we were assured. Got all the way home, and only our subs were in the bag. We were missing an entire medium pizza from the order. So I had to drive BACK to the shop to pick up my cousins' pizza. By the time I got back to the house again both the pizza and MY sub were cold. The worst part of it was that Napoli's robbed me of the opportunity to have lunch with my family, as I had to drive back and forth instead of eating together. They also mixed hot and cold subs in the same big bag. They really need to work on their customer service. It wasn't that busy that they couldn't have gotten this right. read more

I love the pizza here. Absolutely great. Weymouth's hidden gem for pizza. I love the "3 medium pizzas for $15" deal. I always pick up because I'm cheap and don't want to pay the delivery fee/tip when I'm perfectly capable of getting off my butt and grabbing pizza. They are always nice and friendly when I pay. One time the pizza took a little longer and they gave me a free soda for my troubles (I didn't ask them to - I was going to buy it because I was dying of thirst). It was like a 3 minute wait. Not a big deal at all - but that was nice that they cared about their service. read more

Recently ordered a steak and cheese calzone with nothing but steak and cheese, made this very clear. Went and picked it up and drove back home 2 minutes away and realized they gave me a steak bomb with onions and peppers etc. called immediately to request a plain steak n cheese and was told that they shut the grill off but can make me dinner another night. I called at 930pm alerting them of the mistake and they close at 10. I understand they want to clean up but they just ruined my dinner and offered me nothing to substitute it. I ordered through grub hub and they made a mistake with their communication with the restaurant, so some of the toppings weren't exactly as ordered but the owner called to explain the miscommunication and I could tell that this was a family business. If I could give a less rating I would. I called today to order food and I was told by the girl who answered that they did not deliver to my address which they have in the past. I told her to put the Manager on the phone and she wouldn't said he told her no they won't deliver to me. She wouldn't put him on the phone and I will say I got angry but then she hung up on me. Each time I called back she hung up on me I believe 5 times in total. Last time I called the Manager finally got on the phone and half heartedly apologized even offered to make our food which I absolutely refused. I will never ever order from there again. 20 years living here and I have never been treated so poorly and will certainly be speaking with the owner as he should know how his employees treat their customers. I will post again once I speak with him. It should not have been this difficult to order food to be delivered. read more

Excellent all around pizza and sub shop. You get a free can of soda and chips with a large sub at lunch time. Their menu has awesome coupons that you will use unlike most places. The chicken basillco panini is my favorite. They put a ton of meat in their steak and cheese subs. Pizza is hand tossed style and one of the best around. They have a some nice extras on their menu aside from the standard pizza and subs. Delivery is also pretty fast as opposed to the big chains. read more

I used to love this place until they skimped me on an order. I purchased a platter with onion rings was delivered without the onion rings. When I called to request them to send the missing part of my order they told me, despite the menu, onion rings were not part of the meal. They had no problem charging my card for them however. Also ordered a large veal parm sub, I gave four stars because they got my order wrong and made a chicken parm at first and I had to wait for them to make a new sub. People are very nice and food is always on time. My deal breaker at this point is only based on one menu item. I won't go back - past 3 times I ordered my favorite Buffalo Chicken Calzone, it was VERY gristly... the first time I chalked it up to lazy "chicken chopping!" but after the 3rd time of biting into a nasty piece of inedible fat/gristle I gave up. First off I order a eggplant sub to only get a call that they are out of eggplant. Who runs out of a product? Second I have order multiply times from them to only be disappointed ever time. I will never order from them again. I was new to Weymouth and only knew of that place so kept ordering thinking it would get better. Got food delivered to a house near Stockholders a few weeks ago. Steak n cheese sub was awesome. Pizza was solid. Just unsuccessfully tried to give them a $75 delivery order. They say they have limited delivery so fair enough I guess. But my current address is, according to Mapquest, 2.5 miles away and the place in Weymouth I had delivery to a few weeks back is 3.8 miles. Does this make sense? If my address isn't covered, I can't imagine what is in my city, which is on their "limited" list. They sounded very busy tonight but to me, if you can deliver to a city that is also listed as limited delivery but is 3.8 miles away, and you claim not to deliver to mine which is much closer, I think you're just making snap decisions based on how busy you are. My business should be appreciated whether you're busy or not so while yes, the food is good, this kind of nonsense drives me crazy. I intended to make them my new go to place, I guess I'll just give my money to a more accommodating business. read more
