I've lived in Randolph for many years. At least 25. For the past probably 8-10 yrs famil have ordered from Zorbas. Me the past 5 yrs. On 6/22 @ 7:11pm I was so upset by the pastrami subs I bought. 1 large 1 small. I boasted about it to the new neighbor. And lo and behold. I got 2 lousy hardly as much pastrami as I have ordered in the past. I was very embarrassed. I kept trying to call them and their phone number was not working so I waited for today and called and it worked. I spoke with the manager Tony. With no resolve. So that was the last time I will buy anything from Zorbas. At least an "I'm sorry mam would have sufficed". Here are a couple of pics. read more

Pro's food tasted good bread is good reasonably priced That said.. they are really cheap on the meat it seems. I got a lg chicken parm which was good but the last third or so of my sandwich was all bread..I think they used maybe three pieces of chicken. so you might as well just buy a small and probably get the same amount of meat.. so save yourself $1.50 for a large unless your in the mood for extra bread. also got an italian.. it also tasted good but again very little meat and everything is thinly sliced.. you may get one slice of each meat per half and like another poster said the tomato was thinly sliced. I think I got two strips total. I did get lettuce however and quite alot of it.. i think subway even puts more food in the subs.. you would think they would read these reviews and just put a bit more meat in... that said, they are reasonably priced.. with a coupon I pretty much got the italian for free. i would not say they are 1 star bad by any means. the food was good, the bread was toasted right, the price was right..just a bit light on the meats.. Id go three stars. The other day I ordered a Italian sub with a house salad there prices a reasonable but probably due to the lack of food you get . The sub tasted Good but was mostly bread & had 3 slices of meat and one slice of cheese . This place clearly doesn't ask for proper credit card identification. There were some fraudulent charges on my bank card yesterday and this was one of the places that accepted my credit card number (somehow). I don't know if it was over the phone or a replicated card used in the restaurant. Based on timing, I imagine it was over the phone. $139 on Nov 15th! Wells Fargo is looking into this, but YOU NEED TO BE SCRUTINOUS WHEN ACCEPTING CREDIT CARDS. I live in San Diego and am out of the country this week for business. I'm nowhere near MA. read more

Ordered a Chx Caesar salad.. It was okay It looked like whoever prepared it, rushed it. Lettuce leaves weren't fully cut, barely any cheese on it. The chicken was hot which was great but it tasted pretty bland. My family and I order here all time time. We order from here so much my address is in there system. Lately they haven't been that good. The last couple of times we ordered they have been 15 minutes late. Zorbas is no more than 10 minutes away from my house. The food is great but always late. They tend to forget a large pizza or a pasta entree. The delivery driver is nice but never really seems to know what's going on. They clearly don't check the receipt to make sure they have everything. Delivery service needs to be better. read more

The food was great. I got the Greek salad. Although when I was in Stoughton the Country Store makes a better one. I mostly take the stars away for service. The counter help isn't the friendliest and they were quick to charge me even though I knew I'd have more than one drink. Lastly, it was slow - I waited 25 minutes for a salad. I think they're pretty good. 10 dollar minimum order with only a one dollar delivery fee. They deliver even to the neighboring town. Pizza is good, kind of a lighter style, both in terms of crust size and flatter topping covering. I believe their Mozzarella sticks are pretty good too, usually warm when they get to their location. If you order on Eat24, they do take active coupons, like the week / weekend coupons Eat24 sends to Emails. read more

I order from here a few times there delivery is pretty quick but they have mess up a couple times. There pizza is good but when I order a sub they constantly miss ingredients and i hate that. Once i ask for a cheeseburger sub with lettuce tomatoes pickels and Honey mustard and all i got was tomatoes ok??? so i had to call them back which suck. there food is ok nothing big and there tenders are gross there like the cheap microwaveble tenders you buy at the supermarket. anyways after a couple mistakes i had to make sure they repeat everything back to me and sometimes the guy on the phone had an attitude blahh...they had a great special for 2 small cheese pizzas for $7.95 and they hiked it up to $10.95 I dont think I will be ordering from Zorbas unless some one else is paying. read more

Zorba's has been one of my "go to's" for a quick bite. The gyro's are awesome and they have decent pizza. I recently had a fund raiser and wanted to include local randolph businesses so I ordered from Zorba's catering menu. Have lived in Randolph for many years and have patronized Zorba's Pizza always. That is, until today. We usually order online from home and either pickup or have our order delivered. We always order the same thing. Two large Hawaiian Pizza's (which come with a free small order of 5 chicken fingers.) Today I was a bit busy, so I attempted to order from the road with my smartphone. Can't do that. Their website will not allow ordering from a mobile device. So I went into the restaurant to place my order and wait. When I asked about the free chicken fingers, I was told "no." Apparently, you can only get that for free if you order online. A counter clerk was apologetic, agreed that it made no sense to not offer the free perk when an order is placed in person, but she could not help. A second clerk went to ask the owner about it, but never returned with an answer. So I left. My patronage of Zorba's has come to an end after spending hundreds of dollars over the years. I will not patronize a business that can't see the value in taking care of loyal customers. So they have lost a customer that supported them for or over 10 years, over an order of 5 free chicken fingers. Stupid. read more

The service here is trash. The owner needs to re-train whatever little girl he has answering the phone. I called to place an order and didn't even get that far before having to hang up so I didn't cuss her out. She asked if I wanted pickup or delivery, I said one thing while my friend in the background said another so I said sorry, let me just make sure. Before I finished my damn sentence she sucked her teeth, sighed extra dramatically and said "well hurry up and figure it out!" I just said nope & hung up so I didn't hurt somebody's child's feelings but we certainly called back to speak to the manager. Nothing to rave about to keep my business so I won't be back. read more

Had my order delivered the other night. Food was cold. The order consisted of a BLT wrap, large order of Mozarella sticks and a 2 litre bottle of Pepsi. Total cost (including $1.00 delivery charge) was just over TWENTY THREE BUCKS !! The Pepsi was listed at $3.25 !! For that kind of money, I could have had a complete steak dinner with a brew, including a tip at the Texas Roadhouse or Outback Steak House. The delivery driver never used a thermal carrier to keep the order warm. I'm just curious to know if this business "bumps" the prices up on the individual items? read more
