Ordered square Sicilian 8 cut pizza with artichokes, bacon, xtra cheese, and pepperoni. Toppings were sparse, mostly crust and sauce was little to none. Very bland favor although we did enjoy the crust. Light and airy. Although we had a few different staff members who assisted with our ( 2 in our party) no refills on water. None and we were thirsty. Alcohol beverages were filled although. Restaurant was very loud and a family had a few children who screamed the entire time, nothing against the restaurant but it was very annoying. I don't think we will be back unfortunately. read more

Second time at the new location, first time had pizza and hoagies. This time I tried the chicken Marsala, it was not good. Olive Garden is way better. The chicken was hardly floured and the "sauce" was more or less chicken juice with a little Marsala wine in it. Another family member had the chicken Romano and really did not care for that either. We will go back but I guess will stick to sandwiches and pizza. read more

WORST EXPERIENCE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. Didn't even get a chance to try the food. My cousin arrived at 5:30, and requested a table for 6 people. Was told that it would be about an hour unless if we took a high-top. Which would be roughly 15-20 minutes. She opted for that. 6pm came and went. 6:15 came and went. At 6:30, we asked about the wait and why a bunch of other groups had been sat ahead of us when we were there prior to those groups. The hostess gave us an attitude and said, "you wanted a high top and you're a big group. Don't know what to tell you." My cousin asked why she suggested a high top and said it would be quicker but a group of 8 came in after us were seated before us. Her response was that she didn't have a timeframe as to when we would be seated and were welcome to go somewhere else. She didn't care. Can't recommend this place for their food as I didn't get a chance to try it. But DEFINITELY WOULD NOT recommend based on the poor customer service. Management needs to train their staff better. ESPECIALLY the ones working at the host counter as they are the first impression a guest receives upon entering the establishment. If they act like they can't be bothered, then customers shouldn't bother trying them out! read more

I enjoyed an evening here with good pizza and good beverages. It was pretty crowded. It seems like a pretty popular place with a nice location sort of off of the highway. It is welcoming and brightly lit and clean. You should give it a try. read more

If you're thinking of ordering the Sicilian square cut pizza you should think again. The sauce and cheese were both minimal at best....it just didn't check the hot and bubbly boxes which, for me, are pretty important in the pizza world. Just disappointing...... read more

The food at Napoli is good. It's not standout, it's not terrible. There have been a few items that haven't been my favorite (their Sicilian pizza, for example -- dry, bland crust, and too few toppings), but they also have a handful of items I really like (the stuff shells -- flavorful and cheesy -- and their antipasto salad are my favorites). Pizza is good, mozzarella sticks are really good, and fried zucchini are delicious (lightly floured and crispy). My only real complaint with this place is the service. There's just NO sense of urgency with most of the wait and bar staff. They'll get to you when they get to you. I wouldn't even mention this if it weren't the norm, but the friendly server who hustles is not who you're getting here. That said, I've gone back several times and probably will go back again. It's solid Italian-America food, good for a close-by option for pizza and pasta. read more

I order a pepperoni pizza from here through uber eats and it arrived within a reasonable time while still being somewhat warm. I was not a huge fan of the crust as it was too thick and dry. The slice itself had a decent amount of sweet sauce and the pepperoni was spiced well. read more

Well, I FINALLY made it to the new location, only about a year after it re-opened. I stopped in for lunch today, and I thought the new building was very nice. For lunch I ordered a cup of Wedding Soup, Half of an Italian Hoagie (with Fries), and a Coke to drink. I thought the food was just O.K. The soup was pretty meh, but the hoagie and fries were decent, but not as good as I remembered them at the old location . . . not sure why. Last night I had a hankering for Italian food. We decided to give the takeout a try. We got the fried zucchini - good but why on earth does it come with thousand island??? Stuffed mushrooms - these were delicious but heavy! I ate one and was full but ooh was that one yummy! Stuffed shells - these were good. Nothing mind blowing but just a nice simple dinner that I really enjoyed. Wedding soup - really delicious! Most restaurants have wedding soup that tastes like it came out of a can. This was perfect! We will definitely go back to try more food although we will probably dine in. Their takeout containers are not microwaveable and they didn't provide any silverware or napkins (maybe you have to request them?). But I think getting it fresh would be awesome! read more

Food is vert bland and lacks any flavor, service is slow even on a Sunday with less than 30 customers in the entire restaurant. Wedding soup was served at barely room temperature. The restaurant although being a nice building looks more like a hospital cafeteria with all white walls and white ceilings. Reviews were very misleading. read more

This restaurant used to be a staple but their take out hasn't been what it used to be. I ordered the CYO pasta with alfredo sauce, chicken, and shrimp. I dug through the pile of pasta only to find one little shrimp! I'm glad it was only ~$2 to add, but that was probably the most flavorful part of the meal. Alfredo sauce had no flavor, I had to add my own salt and pepper to give it any taste at all. The chicken wasn't bad, and there was a lot of that, but just wish I knew paying for shrimp would mean just one shrimp. My fiancé had a stromboli that seemed to be very good, but the pasta was just very disappointing for $26. Not worth the price. read more

First time here in a Saturday night. Atmosphere was rather bright and busy, not really what I expected. I had the eggplant parm which was very good , although it could have been warmer. Bread was uneventful, even a little heavy. Salad was basic, ranch dressing very good. The big disappointment was the side of pasta with garlic and oil. It was very bland, no depth of flavor, plenty of garlic, but tasted raw. Prices were average. Brewed iced tea was good. It's hard to believe this place has been here nearly a year. The restaurant is modern and clean with three different dining rooms along with a full bar. My girlfriend and I were seated at a booth in the room with the bar. We had excellent service. We each ordered the veal parmesan with a cup of wedding soup. Your meal comes with an order of bread. We got the soup first and although it was good you could taste the pepper in it. The main course has 3 pieces of veal along with a side of spaghetti and sauce. The veal was okay. Was easy to cut into. There wasn't much sauce on the spaghetti but they were happy to bring us more upon request. Believe me you won't go away hungry from this place! You can get almost anything here from sandwiches to pizza and calzones along with full Italian entrees. Prices are reasonable. It is a bit tricky getting in and out because it appears that you could exit directly onto Rt 50 directly from the restaurant. Actually you need to go around the curb. There is a road that divides Napoli from the Sheetz which is directly across from it. This place is much more spacious than their old location and seeing how close it is to the Kirwan Hgts exit of I 79 it does great business. Sat in the front room with the bar. There is another room in the back but didn't seem to be used the evening we were there. Our waitress was very nice and the service was good and fast. Had the lasagna with a salad. You choose a soup or salad with your meal. I was told the soup was good, but had a salad with my meal. It was the standard salad with some onion and mostly head lettuce.
