Some things good. Some things great! Nothing bad on the menu. Anything with their red sauce is amazing. The white sauce is good, but I do prefer the red. The garlicky roll sized pieces of bread are dangerously good. So good you might not have room for dinner. Chicken parm is incredible. Don't order if you don't have room in your belly...or your fridge because it's HUGE. I heard that they may close at the end of May. Hopefully they find a new location because this is the best Italian restaurant in the Tri Cities. I kind of like that it's so far out. Makes it a hidden gem. Attention all Tri-Cities families and retirees! I just discovered Napoli's, a local, family-owned, gem of a restaurant that serves excellent authentic Italian food!! My wife had the Shrimp Scampi and I had the Shrimp Fettuccini Alfredo and we both rated our respective dinners as "excellent." The garlic rolls were hot and smothered with butter and were delicious! All of the food served is made from scratch and is homemade, including the Tiramisu desert. My wife is Russian, and she said that the Tiramisu desert is the best that she has ever tasted! All of the lunches and dinners are reasonably priced and are a good value for the money. I greatly appreciated that the check for the meal was presented to me for the "cash" price, and not the price with a credit card fee automatically embedded in the total, which I think is a very open and honest way to do business. The service was great, and the owner and his wife are very friendly. The atmosphere is very quiet and relaxed. Napoli's is also very clean, and tastefully decorated with a family-oriented vibe. There is plenty of room for parking any size of vehicle in the parking lot, which is an additional plus. It is definitely worth the drive to the north Richland area to experience this restaurant! The place feels smallish in a good way, but they have about 20ish tables and could serve 80 or so at the same time if busy. The bar area is very nice. Small stone and custom shelving. Our waitress was either from Italy or grew up in a house that spoke Italian. The restaurant is painted in browns and taupes which compliments the stained concrete floor. Ambience: the music is piano and horn based jazz. Kind of like elevator music, but more peppy. It served as a good background for relaxed conversation. The lighting is diffused As an appetizer, Focaccia was ten bucks, but very good. Crispy on the bottom, and cheesy on the top with a thin sliced tomato. My wife ordered the Shrimp Tortellini and said it was very good. The shrimps still had the tails on, but they were buttery and delicious. There were more than enough shrimp. The sauce was rich and flavorful. Perfectly cooked pasta. I ordered the Chicken Parmigiana and it was great. I could hear the chef pounding the veal in the back, so I knew it was fresh! Great texture and flavor. Portion size was good enough that I should have taken some home (I did not). Wife ordered the Tiramisu and said it was decadent. I think they make it from scratch here. It reminds her of how her Dad would make it. They are originally from Florence. Would come back again. This is out north of Richland city center by the Washington State campus. We started with the Ceasars salad which was plenty for 2 people and delicious. Then came the garlic rolls and we wanted to eat them all. Thankfully we didn't because our entrees were amazing. Chicken parmesan and chicken marsala. Huge portions and both delicious. Definitely a must go to read more

First, the phone number that Yelp shows is incorrect, use the number that's on the cover of the menu. Just in case 509-396-5472. Typically, finding a gem in the Tri-Cities is tough, but that's what Napoli's is. It's a little out of the way being a couple of miles past the Uptown Center on the GWay heading towards Hanford, but well worth the ride. Don't let the lack of reviews fool you, Napoli's has only been open a week. This husband and wife ran Italian restaurant reminds me so much of what I was used to on the East Coast. The aroma of the food, from the first pieces of bread until the main course keeps you in anticipation of what is coming next. Be careful not to eat too much bread (you'll be tempted to) no matter how good it smells or how warm it is, as you won't give yourself a chance to eat what's next. The service was what you would expect from a restaurant that takes the time to prepare each meal fresh, slow but not too slow with our waitress (who happened to be one of the owners) always checking on us and asking what we thought of everything. Their strong Italian accents were a surprise and reinforced the authentic feeling of the restaurant overall. More so, when the other owner came out when we were done and took the time to talk with us about the meal and how we felt about it. Great Valentine's Day dinner for our first time here. The service and chef did a great job on a very busy night! We really enjoyed our meals starting with the garlic bread appetizer, which was fantastic. My chicken parmigiana was right at the top of the best I have ever had. So tasty. Took my wife for our anniversary. We were seated and then sat and waited for probably 10 minutes until offered a drink. Waited again for another 10 to get the drinks. Had to ask for water and bread which took more time. When we were ready to order we had to wait again. By now were about 30 minutes into waiting. After we ordered it took a wile to get our food which was acceptable but not as I expected. I asked my wife to pass the salt and pepper. Salt was half full and pepper was empty, Really? They weren't too many people for a Friday night but service was really slow. I wrote them once before but no answer like most restaurants. I went once before and the food and service ok. But what a disappointment this time. Also they were out of steak and out of salmon and it was only 5pm. Sorry to say there is really no need to go back or recommend them. read more

Not beiing sure the first four reviews with a 5 rating were from the family or friends, we took a chance. It was worth it. They started us with fresh rolls and a butter, garlic, and Italian Spices dipping sauce. So good I wanted drink it. The Caesar Salad was gargantuan and it was good thing we were splitting it. I wanted anchovies which they didn't have but I still enjoyed it. The DW had the Chicken Sciliciana which was more than she could eat. The chicken was done perfectly and the lemon sauce was spot on. I went with clams and linguine in white sauce (of course!). Another large serving which I powered through to the last drop. I enjoyed the wine sauce but I thought more garlic (you can never have too much garlic) was needed. I added a spoonfull of the bread dipping and it was perfect! They have only been open for three weeks or so and (I think) took over an existing space. It is located in what I think is an industrial area which makes me worry about their survival. However an adjacent table told me there are over 8,000 employees there at the Pacific Northwest Laboratory along with a large residential housing area south of it. The only downside of our visit was their bad luck. It was 100 degrees outside and their AC went kaput (only the fan worked). Fortunately the inside temp was tollerable. The other issues was their oven was acting up (it kept shutting off) so they were unable to cook any of their baked items. We hadn't planned on a baked dish so it was not a problem except they didn't have any more of their fresh rolls :-( It isn't their fault stuff failed and so I couldn't rationalize penalizing their rating. We don't get here often. If we do, we will eat here again! read more

Nice restaurant and setting for lunch or dinner. Food was very good, we had 10 people and everyone loved the food. Very fresh and homemade tasting. Bread with olive oil was authentic too. We also got the Chianti wine with dinner, which was really good with the food! We like supporting family restaurants, and owners were very nice! I highly recommend it for dinner, but they're still a bit new so you'll need to be patient with alcoholic beverage choices and service until they're more established. Food was served on time and together, but keep in mind checkout is up front, don't wait for the bill. P.S. deserts are good too! read more

Always looking for somewhere new. We ordered calamari with a marinara dipping sauce and spinach dip. The calamari was well cooked and not chewy. The marinara was good. The spinach "dip" was more like a soup. It had good flavor though. For dinner we ordered the pasta combo and shrimp scampi with fettuccine. Again the marinara was good on the pasta. The combo has lasagna, ziti, manicotti and tortellini. The pasta combo was good, but the scampi had a very strong citrus flavor. Also served with your meal is homemade rolls with a garlic sauce. DELICIOUS! For dessert we had German chocolate cake. They have beer and wine, no spirits yet. We were seated promptly and drinks were ordered.
