Spaghetti and meatballs, and Sicilian veal Marsala
    Jim F.

My wife had the spaghetti and meatballs which she said was very good, that's saying a lot as she is very picky. I had the Sicilian Veal Marsala which was excellent. We will def be back

Veal Marsala! Delicious and perfectly cooked and FRESH!

This gem is truly deceiving! The location is not ideal but if you made it, its worth it! The food was excellent! Decently priced! It was clean and the service was great and fast! A few things that would make this place 5/5 is live music, beer on tap, and having a rack of lamb dish! We have YET to find a great italian place that serves lamb in the Tri-Cities. However, with that being said, this is our new favorite italian restaurant!

The place feels smallish in a good way, but they have about 20ish tables and could serve 80 or so at the same time if busy. The bar area is very nice. Small stone and custom shelving. Our waitress was either from Italy or grew up in a house that spoke Italian. The restaurant is painted in browns and taupes which compliments the stained concrete floor. Ambience: the music is piano and horn based jazz. Kind of like elevator music, but more peppy. It served as a good background for relaxed conversation. The lighting is diffused As an appetizer, Focaccia was ten bucks, but very good. Crispy on the bottom, and cheesy on the top with a thin sliced tomato. My wife ordered the Shrimp Tortellini and said it was very good. The shrimps still had the tails on, but they were buttery and delicious. There were more than enough shrimp. The sauce was rich and flavorful. Perfectly cooked pasta. I ordered the Chicken Parmigiana and it was great. I could hear the chef pounding the veal in the back, so I knew it was fresh! Great texture and flavor. Portion size was good enough that I should have taken some home (I did not). Wife ordered the Tiramisu and said it was decadent. I think they make it from scratch here. It reminds her of how her Dad would make it. They are originally from Florence. Would come back again. This is out north of Richland city center by the Washington State campus. Total bill ended up being: about $78

This out of the way restaurant is worth visiting. The food is fantastic, the service is excellent and the atmosphere is pleasant.

First, the phone number that Yelp shows is incorrect, use the number that's on the cover of the menu. Just in case 509-396-5472. Typically, finding a gem in the Tri-Cities is tough, but that's what Napoli's is. It's a little out of the way being a couple of miles past the Uptown Center on the GWay heading towards Hanford, but well worth the ride. Don't let the lack of reviews fool you, Napoli's has only been open a week. This husband and wife ran Italian restaurant reminds me so much of what I was used to on the East Coast. The aroma of the food, from the first pieces of bread until the main course keeps you in anticipation of what is coming next. Be careful not to eat too much bread (you'll be tempted to) no matter how good it smells or how warm it is, as you won't give yourself a chance to eat what's next. The service was what you would expect from a restaurant that takes the time to prepare each meal fresh, slow but not too slow with our waitress (who happened to be one of the owners) always checking on us and asking what we thought of everything. Their strong Italian accents were a surprise and reinforced the authentic feeling of the restaurant overall. More so, when the other owner came out when we were done and took the time to talk with us about the meal and how we felt about it. Rather than get into particulars about our meal, just look at the photos and go try this place for yourself. You will not be disappointed!

The vibe is this surprisingly great mix of Italian restaurant and sports bar - TVs with sports playing, full bar, but still serving legit, "worth-the-carbs" Italian food. Service was dialed in all night, too. Attentive without hovering, and our drinks never even thought about getting empty. We ordered the Fettuccini La Bella, Lasagna Campania, and garlic cheesy bread. Everything was delicious and served faster than expected - A PLUS. Great food, great service, and a relaxed vibe that makes it way too easy to stay longer than planned. Just pace yourself on the carbs (or don't, I didn't).

The pizza was also great, as the bottom was crispy and loaded with lots of cheese and toppings. The service was also extremely friendly and helpful when we asked for recommendations. We didnt get to try their pastas or anything of that sort, so cant say much about that. Their cheesy garlic bread full appetizer was really good as it was loaded with cheese and butter. The inside was nice and sleek with lots of TVs around the side showing sports. Overall great place!

She told me they had called my name with no reply. I said, no, I've been standing 6 feet away, and no one called my name, and I was told I would be texted. She said she would check. I waited another 10 mins as other larger guest groups were being seated ahead of us. I asked again, and this time she said someone else answered when they called my name, and were seated. I said, how long before we get a table? She pointed to 2 tables on her computer that they were waiting to clear for us. We were finally seated around 6:50!!! There were other groups of guests that were lost in this mess of a seating process as well. Our server was very nice, but she offered things to us that included up charges that she did not make us aware of. That is just not good business practice, so beware, and ask about anything they offer you. We hadn't eaten there in a long time and were not familiar with their standard fare. The food was good to okay. Fairly generous portions. Quickly served after we finally got to the table, but truthfully, if you are ever in the Tri Cities and want a really nice Italian (and other options) dinner, go to Pacific Pasta Grill in Richland. They are family owned, freshly prepared entrees from scratch, senior options, great kids meals, great prices, and ZERO hidden fees! A great experience!
