Back to Nara, ordered Tofu yakisoba with half the noodles and twice the veggies. It took a little while longer to get than usual, I think it was the tofu that did it. When I got it back to work and unwrapped it, there was a TON of big cubes of tofu, not crispy but not totally soft, either. A small amount of noodles ( oh, weight watchers rules,you are so cruel) and a nice amount of veggies. There was not all the variety of veggies they used to have, I notice they have them in their stir fried menu items, but maybe not in yakisoba anymore? there was broccoli, celery (meh), onions, cabbage, baby corn, zucchini, and carrots. I missed the red bells. I love those. But, it had a nice flavor, and it was less than $9 with a drink, so I was satisfied. The place was full of men. I notice they give an Intel discount. The sweet girls who work there are very nice. It's clean and cute. There were also lots of little families. I notice they have a kid's meal for $3.95. Neat. read more

I came here for my lunch with a co worker. She got the teriyaki chicken and I got the mushroom chicken with fried rice, it was only a dollar extra for the fried rice instead of the steamed rice , but I don't recommend it. It was far from fried rice, it was basically just the steamed rice with a little bit of knor chicken flavor added into it and frozen peas and carrots, not good. The mushroom chicken was ok, but the chicken was kinda hard and it had way to much sauce I asked for it spicy but I think they forgot because it was not spicy at all. The chicken teriyaki comes with a salad that just has regular ranch on top. They offer free green tea and we also got the fried shrimp appetizer and that I do recommend, they were delicious. This little gym is located right off Cornell and the other Hillsboro airport. I have been coming here with my coworkers for lunch for many years. They have good lunch specials. There is plenty of parking. There is a good selection of teriyaki stirfry dishes on the menu. The prices are reasonable and most of the items are under $10. The workers are friendly and the service is quick. I've tried most of the items on the menu and have never had anything that was bad. Overall the food is good and freshly prepared. Nara, you lied to me. You said "BULGOGI" and I melted. I was excited. My boyfriend saw "SPICY PORK" and at least his was what you said it would be. Unfortunately, he didn't much care for it. Nevertheless, it was pork. And it was spicy. I'm very familiar with [good] bulgogi. This wasn't even close. Also, half of my meat was fat. I could see the swollen cells in the adipose tissue. They were crying. I was STARVING. I felt betrayed and wanted salmon teriyaki instead. But is the salmon really salmon? The gyoza was superb. Best of any teriyaki place in the area. The rice was cooked perfectly. The salad dressing was yummy. However, besides the yummy gyoza and some mediocre meat, I don't know what I was getting. Rice is cheap. I order delivery through doordash. I was very very disappointed in the quality of the food. I asked for extra orange sauce for the orange chicken. I was told I would be charged $2 but I was not able to pay that but they gave it anyway. I was very disappointed in the amount of food I received. Consistently good, fast service, friendly owners. We always get the spicy chicken meal and it never disappoints. When covid wasn't a thing, they had free hot tea for your meals when you ate in and that was great as well. This place used to be a hidden gem. The price was right and the food, while basic, was delicious. I haven't been in awhile so I stopped in today for the lunch. Seems like everything has changed. There prices went up, I can understand this , so no big deal. Then I noticed they were out of half of there sodas ( no diet :( ). I can understand one fountain drink being out but half seems ridiculous. I started to look for the tea they use to offer. I asked the lady and she pointed me towards the fountain tea, bleh. They recently added two new dishes. One is sundubu jjigge (spicy tofu soup) which is really good. The other is dolsot bibimbop (hot stone mixed rice with vegetables) and I'm so glad they added this one to their menu. It's hard to find decent Korean food around this area and bibimbop is one of my favorite Korean dishes. They use stone bowl and it's just right. Their galbi is my all time favorite as well. Was referred to me by a friend...her lunch snowed so good. It was a good deal $6.75 for traditional chicken teriyaki plate with LOTS of chicken and rice. Quiet atmosphere, got it to go and before I could finish snap chat they brought my food. They were fabulous. The gal behind the counter also recommended the number 5: spicy chicken! I will totally be back and try it next time. Oh and the food was freaking fabulous. Chicken was something I haven't quite tasted since I was a kid, in my favorite hole int the wall. I really debated between one and and two stars when rating this restaurant. The reason I ultimately did one is because of the cleanliness. When visiting the bathroom the doors and knobs leading to the bathroom made feel a little sick. I thought about going back into my car to get hand sanitizer, but since I wasn't eating with my hands and avoided touching the REALLY brown areas, and could probably use the immune booster I ultimately thought I would be okay. The food portions were large, the service was fast, the tofu was nice and soft, and the veggie selection was nice. I wouldn't necessarily choose to go again, and if I was in a car with people who wanted to go I would opt to bring hand sanitizer and avoid the bathrooms... although... what does that mean the kitchen looks like? eeeekk!! read more

I was a little unhappy that the side veg was lettuce instead of, say, brocolli and carrots, which seem to be more common for Asian/teriyaki places and got more nutrition. Gyoza was also so-so. I got a to go order from this place one day for lunch. I tried the Yakisoba noodles with chicken. I got a pretty bad headache after having this dish and realized it was due to the bad refired oil that they had used in the noodles. The noodles was a little too oily and smelt of reused frying oil. It had a good blend of vegetables like baby corn, peas and some carrots, teriyaki chicken was also good. Had it not been for the bad oil they had used, this dish would have been super awesome. I would not visit this place again just because of the bad oil they are using thats causing me a headache and its also not good for our health. read more

What I like about the plate is that it comes with a salad because they're ranch is amazingly good. They even sell the ranch that is put on the salads. This is not the best food I've ever had, but for the price and the wait time, I'm extremely satisfied. This is particularly close to the Jones Farm campus at Intel...which explains why they give a discount to Intel employees. I'm a contractor and still get the discount, so yay! The teriyaki is quite good, the meat is cooked well, and the extras are done right. I have no complaints, I was glad to eat lunch here a few times so far, and I hope to do so again soon. read more
