The coastal ambiance inside is classy and fun, the dining room feels smaller and intimate, and the views of Magic Kingdom (and the fireworks, if you time your dinner right) can't be beat! The service was awesome - from being welcomed, to our lovely server, to the server who delivered our lobster bisque with a fun monologue - definitely a great example of Disney service. I started with a key lime pie martini, and it was very well balanced and not too sweet despite its name! I'd definitely order again. The fresh bread service was a great way to start the meal, and we picked some delicious apps. The calamari was a win for my boyfriend, and the shrimp and grits was really awesome - I'm not a grits gal by nature, but the flavors here were really excellent. We also shared a lobster bisque, and it was the perfect flavor profile. I went with the surf and turf, which was exactly what I wanted it to be (it is a splurge!). The steak was great - I stand by that there are plenty of great steaks that are not at any of the steakhouses on property. The gulf shrimp pasta tasted like true homemade pasta and was also awesome! From the moment we checked in to Narcoossee's with our reservation until when we left, we were treated so warmly and with that Disney magic we all crave when in the bubble of the World. The restaurant itself is charming, coastal, but not stuffy. The sweeping view of the lake and Magic Kingdom is dreamy. Time your dinner reservation so dessert is around the time of the fireworks for an even more magical experience. You can step outside where they pipe in the music. The view is dreamy. Our server, Marselle, was excellent. She was so friendly and made our meal even more special. She provided such excellent recommendations, I think we went with them all. I started off with the sangria. It was so refreshing. We ordered the seafood charcuterie which was so unique that I'll claim it as a must do. We enjoyed the freshly baked bread with it. All three items in the charcuterie were delicious! My main course was the Gulf shrimp bucatini. It was a more-than-ample serving of perfectly cooked pasta, a delicious sauce, and fresh large shrimp. I've had this dish at several restaurants, and this dish was a star at Narcoossee's. After watching the Happily Ever After fireworks, we capped our fabulous meal with the must have almond cheesecake. It's SO good. The cake is decadent and surrounded by chocolate coral. Save some room for this dessert! Marselle and other staff made my birthday dinner super special. After spending the evening doing the monorail loop, this was our final stop--and it was the perfect way to end the night. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the hostess and checked in. Since dinner service had just begun, we waited about 15 minutes before being seated. Once at our table, our Cast Member welcomed us and took our drink orders, followed by the bread service, which was outstanding. The warm, soft-yet-crusty sourdough paired beautifully with the butter topped with toasted Himalayan sea salt. For cocktails, I ordered the espresso martini while my wife enjoyed the Grand Margarita. Both were expertly crafted and delicious. For our entrées, we chose the surf and turf--although I jokingly turned mine into a "surf and surf" because I couldn't resist doubling up on the butter-poached lobster! My wife's filet mignon was cooked to a perfect medium-rare, and the lobster tails were absolutely phenomenal--tender, rich, and practically melted in your mouth. The accompanying sides were equally enjoyable. The aged Gouda scalloped potatoes offered a unique twist on a classic dish, while the smoky cauliflower added great flavor and balance to the meal. Narcoossee's was the dinner highlight of our stay at the Grand Floridian. We started with the Buttermilk-fried Calamari -- absolutely delicious. What caught us off guard (in the best way) were the pickled vegetables served alongside it. Not mentioned on the menu, but completely underrated. A thoughtful touch that elevated the whole dish. Next up, the Lobster Bisque. Rich, deeply flavored, and beautifully presented. They drop a roughly 2-inch puck of ground lobster tail right in the center of the bowl that slowly melts into the soup as you eat. Really impressive. The sourdough bread that accompanied our meal was a little thick and overdone on the crust for my taste, but the salted butter was genuinely good and made up for it. For our mains, we both went with the Gulf Shrimp Bucatini and couldn't have been happier. Pasta cooked perfectly, sauce was rich and cohesive, and the shrimp were done just right. My only suggestion to the kitchen would be add a heat option as a a little spice would take this from great to an easy 5/5 on its own. On the cocktail front I would suggest the espresso martini, skip the key lime martini. The latter is overly sweet and has a thick, almost syrupy texture that wasn't for me. The espresso martini was wonderful though. The ambience is hard to beat with waterfront views, warm lighting and of course that classic Grand Floridian elegance! read more

This was our first time dining here and everything was impeccable. We showed up pretty dang early by accident and they were so accommodating. One of the gentleman at the host stand, Mario, made our experience so special. We were taking some selfies since we were really excited about finally eating here and he took us by the water and took pictures of us and then a picture in front of the sign. It's a beautiful restaurant with a great view of the water and you can see Cinderella's castle in the distance. He also had us seated well before our reservation and checked on us during dinner. I love that the servers aren't overloaded. Each server had maybe 3-4 tables so it was very attentive and you never had to track anyone down for refills. It felt very personalized. Narcoossee's started out high with that fresh sourdough loaf and salted butter and it kept getting better. The lobster bisque is poured table side and she explained all the ingredients. It had a good bit of lobster, but it was also super flavorful in the bites that didn't have any. Creamy and delicious. We both ordered the surf and turf. Our steaks were seared and seasoned and cooked exactly to our preferred temperature. The red onion jam was a nice touch. The mashed chives potatoes buttery and whipped. The butter poached lobster melted in our mouth and the carrots were also fantastic. The key lime pie was good and very tart (which I like), but if you eat with your eyes first, it's not visually stunning like the appetizer and entree. The key lime I've seen in the past was breathtaking and this looked more like lemon meringue pie but replace the lemon with lime. It had a nice graham cracker crust which was nice. Overall this was an exceptional meal. From the service to the food, this meal undoubtedly justifies the price and it will not be our last visit. read more

Overall, the food is pretty good and well thought out. They did make my brisket and ricotta tortellini undercooked but they rectified that. The food is on the expensive side because of the quality of ingredients and elevated flavor profiles. I definitely say it is your money's worth. We ordered a bottle of Prosecco and I liked it. I didn't think it was amazing so I went to look up the price online if I were to buy it. We paid $100 in the restaurant, but I found it for $10 online. That was a little off putting at least give me a $40 bottle of Prosecco for your up charge to $100. Our server was nice but not the high-end server I would've preferred when our bill is like $600. We ordered a lot of food and drinks for our table. She wasn't extremely attendant or quick. When we go to expensive restaurants, the server caliber tends to be overcompensating. Wow! This might be our new FAVORITE at Disney World. 1. Like everything else at the Grand Floridian, it is beautiful with a lovely view. 2. The service was good. The chef was sweet to come to our table. My husband informed him that he believed his filet mignon was the best he's had on property. 3. The Lobster Bisque was not only presented beautifully, it was delicious. There was plenty of lobster in it. 4. Even the bread was perfectly flaky. 5. I think the calamari is a must appetizer, the pickled vegetables with it off a lot of flavor. 6. Many employees told me that the shrimp bucatini was their favorite. The noodles are made in house and the sauce was fresh. They did not give a bad recommendation at all, I loved it and am still dreaming about it. Edwin thank you so much for making my birthday dinner a wonderful experience. The recommendations you gave were spot on. We had the calamari which was the star dish. My daughter who doesn't like eating asked for more. That surprised me. The lobster bisque was also super delicious. Very fragrant. I was not a fan of the romaine salad as it had way too much dressing, but the presentation was still beautiful. He also made sure the kid meals were brought out as soon as possible. Their dishes were very tasty and the fruit bowl had the best fruit we've had on Disney property to date. We had strawberries and grapes. Both fruit were surprisingly missing from all the other Disney restaurants we had eaten at. I was so full I couldn't even finish my shrimp and bucatini. My mom had the scallops and she said it was the best meal she's had on our vacation as well. Last the dessert was over the top gorgeous. The lace design on the key lime pie was remarkable. I couldn't believe how pretty and delicious the raspberry sorbet was. There was jello and whale gummy in that dessert. The Nemo cup was also so cute except the cupcake has vanilla custard in the middle which my kids don't like. But fyi get it if your kids would prefer that over gelato on top of jello. Disney. Food. You have all of my attention and money. This place is bar none the best food on property. Not just because it's part of the Grand Floridian, but because I don't think you can find better fish in the land of the mouse. We have been here twice in 2025, and we already want to book another getaway to go just to eat at Narcoossee's again. Their oysters are fresh, the fresh chilled shrimp are the size of my hand, and their calamari is spicy and crispy and comes with 2 sauces. The first time we were here, I got the gnocchi, and Matt got a giant steak. The 2nd time they were having a surf and turf special, and it was ON THE DINING PLANNN? needless to say we destroyed that surf and turf. More than it's food, Narcoossee's offers a great atmosphere, with a chance to see the Magic Kingdom fireworks (including the show's audio that they pipe in over the speakers) from across the water if you time your reservation right. The food, while good, is nothing spectacular. The scallops with gnocchi were creamy and delicious, but I can't say the same for the lobster bisque which tasted mealy and lacked some flavor. Located directly across the water from the Magic Kingdom, Narcoossee's is an ornately named seafood restaurant at Disney World's flagship hotel. We were staying here years ago and planning to take the ferry to the park, so why not hit the restaurant next door? Place was deserted so the service was excellence as you'd expect. A few interesting chocolate sculptures inside, otherwise it's all about the views. The brunch special came with a drink, appetizer, entree and dessert trio. Got prosecco which was fine. Shrimp and grits app was very good. Lobster eggs benedict was good and I normally do not like eggs Benedict; after this I started to, which to me is the sign of a great restaurant. The desserts--1 chocolate, 2 fruit pastries--were pedestrian. I liked the solid white chocolate Mickey the came with though. Would definitely come here for dinner if staying at Grand Floridian again. Ended up being one of my favorite meals in 2016. And I hate breakfast. read more

I would definitely eat here over and over again. We came in very late and without a reservation. They didn't even bat an eye, and seated us almost immediately. My husband was at a conference and I hadn't eaten all day, so we were starving. We started off with the brisket & ricotta tortellini appetizer. Oh my goodness, it was absolutely divine. I had the lobster bisque along with a Caesar salad and both were a hit. My husband had the milk brined pork chop and said it melted in his mouth. The best part about the evening you ask? The waiter brought our lobster bisque and did the most comical presentation I've ever seen! So fun and very memorable. We will be back for sure. read more

Try timing it so you can see the fireworks from magic kingdom. We've gone here a couple of times usually sitting at the bar. I've had a lot of items on the menu but the items that are on repeat are: espresso martini with salted mascarpone-wow, lobster bisque, surf and turf and almond cheesecake. Absolutely love the almond cheesecake so much I usually will buy one to eat there and one to go to eat the following day. The red fish is very good as well. The heart of Palms salad is light and refreshing. The expresso martini with mascarpone on the top is unlike anything I've tasted. It's different levels of texture and taste that somehow mingles together quite well. One of our favorite restaurants on property! The views alone ...you should book a reservation. If you're lucky enough I highly suggest booking during the magic kingdom fireworks. You can watch fireworks from their porch if you're done eating or before you eat and even better right from your table. As you enter you get your standard disney restaurant experience, everyone kindly greets you as you check in, your wait is not that long from there. The service is amazing here. The servers are always on their A game, before you can even ask for something they are already on it. The food. Omg the food. INCREDIBLE. My favorite salad ever is here. Prosciutto e melon salad. Their twist on it is unique, flavorful, and exquisite. The basil infused melon and the crisp prosciutto was unexpected but absolutely phenomenal. If you're not a seafood lover, don't worry because there are options. Even if you order the surf and turf, you have the option to eliminate either and double double it or single it. The filet was cooked to perfection! So I highly recommend it. The dessert...y'all you have to get at least one dessert!! They come out like pieces of art and the taste is just as amazing! We both felt this was a disappointing trip to Narcoosee's. Mike was so looking forward to the Loaded Mashed Potatoes as he enjoyed it so much last visit. But they've changed it and it's more about the sweet BBQ sauce than the Pork Belly. Won't get this again. The shrimp in my Shrimp and Grits were good but there were just a few grits. Mike's filet was cooked to order but the $40 added King Crab Legs were just okay. And this may be the last time we order the Almond Cheesecake. It's just become sweeter and sweeter and it's hard to taste the cheesecake. Will have to adjust our expectations if we return. The drinks alone in Disney are beyond overpriced esp when you know they use a jigger to meticulously pour to the ounce, it's not a free hand. We added on the shrimp and grits and the calamari app and I wish we didn't so that we could have focused on the chilled platter. I did not know shrimp that size existed, it was a near lobster tail! I'm talking 4-5 bites to finish it. The cold mussels were unlike anything I've tasted and were delightful but for me it was the poke tuna that was beyond belief. I lucked out bc pal doesn't do raw and I was able to inhale it myself. The espresso martini was a win and I highly recommend if you like coffee libations. I miss this place already and oh it's the perfect spot to catch the magic kingdom fireworks but I hope you don't get a bunch of drunk middle aged women signing off key and way too loud next to you on the porch bc that almost ruined the magic. What more could you want?! I'm back home and I'm still thinking about this place. Highly recommend the Salted Mascarpone Espresso Martini - best espresso I have had. Period. Since the restaurant is mostly seafood and I don't eat seafood, I HIGHLY recommend the New York Strip Steak. I had the first bite and I thought I was levitating off of the ground. I'm so serious. As a party of three we ordered the colossal shrimp. There was one shrimp for each. Large and of course yummy. Plancha seared scallops and Parisian gnocchi was ordered by wifey. Looked great and was enjoyed. Adult child had the prime New York strip steak which was substituted with a fillet Mignon. The server told us about the substitution. Worked out better for us. For our first visit ever, Narcoosee's was an amazing foodie experience. Interesting flavors (all good) and plenty of variety. Vegan paella was remarkable. Blackened redfish and korean salmon sheer perfection. The seafood charcuterie was a table favorite. Ouar server, Edwin, made it seem like we were his only table even though the restaurant was full. Thanks, Edwin! Wish the restaurant was a little less loud, but conversation was still possible. Views of the lagoon and magic kingdom were great. Sergio made our experience here so special! We did a walk up and sat at the bar. I think people forget that there is a bar here! You can just do drinks or you can order anything off the full menu. We got dinner and it totally exceeded our expectations. The fresh bread they give you is out of this world! And the salted butter is the perfect accompaniment. We shared the calamari to start and it was cooked perfectly! I prefer an aioli as a dip, but I actually liked this marinara sauce. For my entree, I had to get my favorite- scallops with parisian gnocchi. If you like scallops, this dish is a must try! It may be my favorite meal on Disney property. Celebrated my sister's 30yr wedding anniversary here. Self parking is free, but a long walk. Located inside the Grand Floridian property. Reservations are a must. Service is great. Prices are a bit high, but what you would expect from Disney. The espresso martini and key lime martinis were excellent. The colossal shrimp were flavorful, huge and delicious. The seafood charcuterie was very unique. I'd never experienced it and it's hard to describe. I wouldn't order again... even the lobster sausages were odd tasting to me. The Caesar salad was presented beautifully and was delicious. The scallops were good, but didn't wow me at all. The pork chop was a tad dry and just tasted like it was covered in bbq sauce. The red fish was pretty good. They only gave them a tiny free chocolate plate to celebrate 30 years... a bit under whelming. Overall it was a good experience, but not a fantastic one. I was hoping for more because 10 years ago my experience here was phenomenal. Based on how expensive it is I probably wouldn't go back anytime soon because I feel other places provide a better value and experience. We cannot say enough good things about the food, ambience, and our server (Maura) at Narcoossee's. This is a restaurant located on the water at the Grand Floridian hotel. It overlooks the Contemporary and Magic Kingdom. If you time it right you can see the MK fireworks from your table. The restaurant gives off a Floridian boathouse vibe. The food is amazing. I am going to say probably the best food on Disney property. Not only are the cuts of meat and ingredients high quality but the menu is deliciously creative and the kitchen CLEARLY knows how to cook on a whole other level. Their bread service is amazing too. We got the filet mignon cooked medium rare (perfectly) with the aged Gouda scalloped potatoes, smoky veggies and a demi glacé & red onion jam. And we got lobster which is literally the most tender and flavorful lobster I have ever eaten. Not a chewy end anywhere. OH MY. I mean basically all I can say is that it was some of the most delicious food prepared in the most perfect way. We also got the salted mascarpone espresso martini that is served with this crispy little piece of Parmesan. Marscapone and Parmesan sound as though they wouldn't work but THEY DO. This drink is also made with actual espresso and not just cold brew then called espresso. If you like espresso martinis or drinks like it, it is a must! For dessert we had the almond crusted cheesecake (one of the most delicious desserts I've ever had at Disney) as well as a very good key lime pie. And as for our server, Maura, think of a perfect mixture of a high-end restaurant server along with being incredibly friendly, funny & accommodating. We had a delightful evening at Narcoossee's, located within Disney's Grand Floridian Resort. From the ambiance to the cuisine, the experience was nothing short of exceptional Our evening began with the Lobster Bisque. Rich, velvety, and full of depth, the bisque was beautifully presented and very flavorful, a must try for any first-time guest For our main course, we shared two standout entrées: Gulf Shrimp Bucatini - House-made bucatini pasta paired with roasted tomatoes, savoy spinach, and a vibrant basil pistou. The pasta was exceptionally fresh, and each element of the dish harmonized beautifully Plancha-Seared Scallops with Parisian Gnocchi - Served with trumpet mushrooms, asparagus, tasso ham, and finished with a truffled Meyer lemon cream. The scallops were seared to perfection, but the true star was the lemon cream, a delicious sauce that elevated the entire dish We complemented our entrées with two sides: the Sweet and Sour Brussels Sprouts and the Loaded Mashed Potatoes. Both were indulgent and flavorful additions we highly recommend To cap off the evening, we stayed to watch the Magic Kingdom fireworks from the restaurant's balcony. While the view is certainly lovely, the space was overly crowded and noisy. Decided to try one of the couple of restaurants we had not tried yet. Went with Narcoossees at the Grand Floridian Hotel, Walt Disney World. Food was delicious. You can see the castle from your dinner table & if you get there at the right time can catch the fireworks. Would recommend checking it out. Started with king crab for an appetizer and it was delicious. They also brought out fresh baked sourdough loaf. Scallop dish was delicious, and the desserts were really good too. Had 2 kids and usually Disney menu but the shells and cheese was fantastic. The Nemo cupcake was adorable. Even brought out special birthday chocolates. Great waiter from Chicago. Eitan was possibly the rudest person we've encountered in 20+ years of visiting Disney. He was sarcastic, dismissive, unhelpful, and completely lacking the level of customer service we've always associated with Disney property. The food and Service was great I had two glasses of wine 98.00 My sister had two glasses of Rosa 16.00 each I had Chardonnay A 5 oz pour Didn't realize until we got home did not think this was possible I just asked for a glass of Chardonnay never did she tell me it was 46 a glass In the lobby I had one for 20 thought that was it and I told her that It was good but not that good ever Make sure you ask the price of Chardonnay NO it was not on the drink menu or I would have seen it I told her I wasn't a connoisseur of wine just a nice Chardonnay not $50 a glass nothing's that nice just telling you to be aware. As WDW locals, we keep to the same spots! But we have been to Narcoosee's twice in the past year. The food and service are amazing. The views of Cinderellas castle and the monorail are just an added bonus. They also have the best key lime pie martini on property. Highly recommend! read more
