    Yummy Boil
    Kylee O.

Hot N Juicy Crawfish is the one place you definitely need to stop at while visiting Florida. My first few times I actually dined in at the locations in Las Vegas and Los Angeles. However, this is definitely the best one yet. We came in around 9PM and were amazingly greeted by the host. She was so friendly and welcoming so I could already tell our experience here was going to my great. Our server, Martin was amazing. He was so helpful, friendly, and attentive. We each order our own bags of seafood boil. The seafood tastes very fresh and even though crawfish was not in season at the moment it was still really good. Sadly, this place does not do non spicy so i ordered the first level of heat which was actually spicier than my boyfriends who ordered the mild. It was actually really good but had me drinking lots of water because of the spice. I love how you can add one piece of egg or one piece of whatever you want because most places will have you order by three. Their special sauce is literally to die for. It's honestly is the best sauce I have ever tried for seafood boil. Anyways, I would 1000% recommend coming here. The service here was top tier even though it's not a fine dining restaurant. Thank you to our server, the host, and all the workers for being so great!

I really liked this place. The service was good and the location is great. The food tasted fresh, and their hot and spicy sauce had the perfect level of heat and flavor. The restaurant wasn't busy when we went, which made for a relaxed dining experience. Everything came out well prepared, and we enjoyed our meal from start to finish. It's definitely a great addition to the Orlando area.

Food was amazing as it was the first time I tried this same location back in 2019. It's definitely a spot worth visiting while in Orlando. I love their hot n juicy signature sauce (way better than other brands like 'the boiling crab'). The combo sets are worth getting to have a variety of choices - we got the droll which came with crawfish, shrimp, crab, sausages, potato, corn, and a side of fried calamari. We also got sides like eggs, hawaiian bread, and rice. And separate per lb options

This place was alright, if I had a craving for seafood boil I would maybe go here. The seafood seemed to look of okay quality and tasted just as it should. I got the spicy level and it wasn't spicy at all, so if you like spice I would recommend to maybe go a level higher. If I'm being honest, my favorite part would have to be the calamari! It was fun to eat it in the pieces it was cut up into-and I liked to dip it in my seafood boil sauce. When my friend and I went, it was pretty empty, but regardless it felt spacious. The restaurant was clean and the best part would have had to been the service! The workers were very kind and quick to meet our needs. I was visiting from out of town and I don't think I would come back, but not a bad place overall.

Super nice and friendly host. I'm glad I found this place on my last to days of my trip. They have the best flavor and crawfish. I had to come back the next day to eat some and fly some home with me.

    Étouffée
    Vivian N.

I came on the weekday Tuesday around 5:30 PM with my two kids without reservations. Traveling always from Tampa Florida. The drive time is roughly about almost 2 hours. our absolute favorite here is that étouffée because you will not find it anywhere else. It's the BEST here.. all of the food always comes out hot and ready so definitely no complaints. Our service is always good worthy of an overall 4 star experience. my family and I enjoyed the hot and juicy flavor medium & spicy. Side note - we enjoy coming here on a Friday or Saturday more so than a weekday. Obviously, if you're coming on the weekend, there might be a slight wait time, but we've never had any issues because they are very roomy and can accommodate. Dislocation has plenty of parking spaces so you wouldn't have any issues with parking as well!

1 pound of crawfish and 1/2 pound of shrimp head on
    Kong L.

While the shrimp wasn't quite hitting the mark for me (slightly overcooked, making peeling a bit tough), the crawfish had good flavor, though perhaps not the freshest I've had. I really appreciated the fantastic customer service, though! The guys were super friendly and made the experience enjoyable despite the food not being quite on point.

Shrimp - head on with hot n juicy medium sauce with egg, sausage and potato

Food: BUSSIN! Hot n juicy is their signature sauce and I highly recommend it! Y'all know I'm a saucy girl and this is saucy girl approved - no extra sauce needed! My mans got the shrimp - head on add potato, egg and 6 sausage! He liked it and noted that Florida seafood definitely has a different taste than what we are used too. Not pictured - lb of snow crab legs which were BUSSIN to the point that a visual was forgotten Service: Ask for Carlos! Hands down some of the best service we've gotten since we've been here for vacation! He was extremely accommodating and was on top of it from checkin in on us to ensuring the food was to our liking and topping off our drinks! If you see this - thank you so much for everything! Ambiance: We aren't from here but the area this location was in was nice! It's across from a shopping center area that was convenient to our resort near Vineland Ave. The decor reminded me of a local sports bar but with a fishy flare! All in all - I'd definitely be back!

My boyfriend made an online reservation with no issues, and getting seated was easy. Overall, I'd give the food about a 3 out of 5. Nothing was bad, but it felt more like an upscale chain restaurant experience than a standout seafood destination. Around the table we had everything from lobster mac and cheese to oysters and steak, and the consensus was that the food was decent, just not particularly memorable. I'm allergic to dairy so that definitely impacted my ordering abilities. I ordered two appetizers as my meal: the calamari and the pork belly. The calamari was a bit too fishy for my taste, so I found myself mostly picking at it. The pork belly, however, was very good and easily the highlight of my meal. Where Big Fin truly shines is customer service. We had several picky-eater teens in our group, plenty of special requests, and a lot of moving parts. Our server, I believe his name was Nathan, handled everything with patience, and a great attitude throughout the evening. The hostess was equally impressive. We arrived before the rest of our party and had the opportunity to watch her expertly navigate a few situations with what appeared to be some challenging guests. She remained gracious, calm, and welcoming the entire time. John, the manager, also stopped by our table and was wonderful. It's clear that hospitality is a priority here, and every staff member we encountered made us feel genuinely welcome. While the food won't have me rushing back, the exceptional service certainly left a positive impression.

The place is elegantly decorated with an Asian theme. However, some of the benches attached to the booths had worn out upholstery. Our server, Yumi (spelling?) was polite and efficient. We had the salt and pepper squid appetizer. It was plentiful and great with the accompanying sauce. However, we didn't like the breading. And I dared to bite into one of the peppers that accompanied it and it set my mouth on fire. For dinner we had the Szechuan scallops and the XO fish. The scallops were tasty and the dish had lots of broccoli, peppers, and mushrooms. The sauce was a bit sweeter than we expected. The XO fish sauce was very similar to the Szechuan sauce and though the fish was a tad salty, it was still savory. The asparagus that accompanied that dish was chopped (easier to eat) and there were plenty of sweet snap peas and bell peppers. We adore snow pea tips and were in the mood for lots of veggies. So, we got an order to accompany our meals. We did take home most of it, along with lots of broccoli (for me) from the Szechuan scallops. We were treated to a complimentary Chinese-style dessert made with peeled split mung beans and thickened with tapioca starch into a gooey, translucent pudding that was served warm. Our meal of 1 appetizer, 2 entrees, 1 order of veggies, a pot of tea, tax, and tip was $138.

They also offer $8 sommelier-selected wines and several $5/7 beers. The food was equally impressive--fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Their happy-hour menu includes Blue Crab Beignets with yuzu aioli, Chilled Beef Tenderloin Tataki, Truffle Fries, Fish and Chips, Spinach and Artichoke Dip, Porchetta, oysters on the half shell, and a chef-selected charcuterie board. Everything we tried was tasty, and the happy-hour pricing made it possible to sample several different dishes. We came to celebrate a friend's birthday as a surprise, and overall, we had a wonderful time. However, one part of the experience could have been handled much better. We brought a personal dessert for the celebration, but the manager would not allow us to serve it and came across as unnecessarily rude when explaining the policy. We respect that restaurants may have rules regarding outside food, but no one informed us of this policy when we made the reservation or when we checked in with the dessert. A simple heads-up beforehand--or a kinder, more professional explanation--would have prevented the disappointment. Despite that interaction, the drinks, food, atmosphere, and rest of the experience were very enjoyable. I would still recommend Norman's, especially for its excellent happy-hour menu, but I hope management improves how special-occasion policies are communicated to guests.

I really wanted to like this place but it was a swing and a miss. Parking was easy during the Saturday afternoon we visited. On busier occasions, they do offer valet parking. Nearby businesses share parking so if it's a peak time, you may have to walk a little to the door. Not a long wait before we were seated. Spacious with tables and booth seating. There is a bar and televisions here. Our hostess was nice and offered insight into the menu. For the appetizers, we started with oysters Rockefeller, and fried gator tail. It's a red flag when places smother items in a sauce instead of letting it stand on it's own. No complaints on the oysters and the gator tail was given previously frozen vibes. For the entree, I got the shrimp po' boy. The bread was hearty and held onto the six lil shrimp that they felt were enough. When the ratio of shrimp, bread and topping aren't portioned right, you end up with gaps of the flavor when you're eating. What sent me is the shrimp weren't properly deveined. If you took a biology class, you know that black line running along the back is the shrimp's waste system. I'm not eating that. The hostess saw me just sitting there looking at my food and asked if I wanted something different. Hard pass. Even the waffle fries were bad. They weren't piping hot and dried out inside. I made due with the sweet tea which they did well with. The manager came by and offered to remake or replace my meal. I appreciate his efforts but I didn't want anything at that point. The bathrooms were clean. Nice enough people but the kitchen didn't get it right.
