These guys are awesome. First of all they only wanted $50 to assess the problem. This was less than half of everyone else. The microwave was broken but the oven still worked. We thought we were going to have to buy a whole new system for about $3,500. Stepan came and took the microwave out and first tried the fuse. But the real problem was a transformer. He was able to get the part in less than a week and come back and fix it. $350 in total. We are so lucky we called these guys.
