AVOID EVERLINE APPLIANCE SERVICES / INSTALLATIONPRO INC AT ALL COSTS!!! I had a very disappointing experience with this company. On 03/26/2026, I placed a refrigerator service request through First American Home Warranty. The company listed on the warranty portal was Installationpro Inc, but their Yelp business name appears as Everline Appliance Services, which raised concerns about transparency and accountability. I spoke with Anna from Installationpro, and an appointment was scheduled for 03/31/2026 between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Before their technician arrived, the only issue with my refrigerator was ice forming inside the freezer door. The refrigerator itself was still operating. However, after their technician moved the refrigerator during the service visit, the unit stopped cooling completely, including both the refrigerator and freezer sections. My belief is that moving the refrigerator caused a Freon leak, which resulted in the appliance no longer cooling and my food spoiling. After their initial service visit, the issue was not resolved. I had to request a recall service on 04/01/2026. Unfortunately, the problem remained unresolved, and when I contacted First American Home Warranty again, I was informed that the original contractor, Installationpro Inc, was no longer active, leaving me with an unresolved appliance issue and forcing me to start the repair process over. The situation became a lengthy and frustrating ordeal. It took First American Home Warranty nearly three months and multiple vendors to finally get the refrigerator working again, as no one wanted to take responsibility for repairing the problems that resulted after the original service visit. My experience was that the company failed to properly diagnose and resolve the issue, did not provide adequate follow-up, and left me dealing with significant inconvenience, time loss, stress, spoiled food, and an unusable refrigerator for an extended period. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using this company. I strongly advise customers to verify who is actually performing the service, confirm their licensing and accountability, and make sure they will stand behind their work if the repair does not resolve the issue. read more

Our built-in refrigerator gave a high temperature warning and seemed to be slow to cool the main refrigerator compartment, despite the freezer working properly. After resetting the refrigerator and making sure that none of the vents were blocked, the main compartment was able to get down to the recommended temperature range. However, it seemed to be slow in reducing the temperature when the door was opened, which is a regular occurrence with 3 kids at home. While the service needs were less urgent, we thought it would make sense to have the refrigerator checked and have at least a maintenance service (especially considering the cost of a replacement built-in unit). We contacted Evgen through the Yelp app and he responded very quickly with availability the very next day. Throughout the process, their scheduling platform and team kept us updated informed and updated on the timing of the appointment. Aleksey arrived within the timeframe promised and quickly started the diagnostic process to ensure that the refrigerator was running properly. After verifying that the components were working properly, he provided a maintenance service that involved cleaning the key components of the refrigerator and then retesting everything before reassembly. Throughout the process, Aleksey was friendly and took the time to explain the work, as well as some tips for future upkeep. We also appreciated how he took the time to use shoe covers and kept our home clean throughout the service visit. Although it was late in the day, he took the time to ensure everything was working properly before wrapping up. The refrigerator has been working great since the service and we're hoping to get many more years of service from the unit. Chris came out to repair our dryer. He texted when he was on his way and came when he said he would. He was quick and replaced the broken part in about 5 minutes. When I bought my house, it came with a fancy GE Monogram Freezer/Fridge side by side that has been working fairly well until recently. The ice maker went out. I tried trouble shooting it but I think the ice maker motor finally died. So I reached out to my Home Warranty company and advised them of the circumstances. The put me in contact with Encreso as a vetted repair company. Christian came out with in 72 hours, accessed the issue with the ice maker and fixed it with in 20 minutes. Aleksey came on time, he fixed our dishwasher quickly, and provided a lot of helpful advice not just for my dishwasher but for my washer as well. Though I was told the price was $65 for the eval, it cost a total of $180 to fix the issue. Our dishwasher was clogged with debris and wasn't draining. I only wish I was told the possible total costs before booking the service but I'm not sure how realistic that is as it depends on the issue. Regardless, it was worth the quick service. I had a great experience with Encreso. They were able to visit faster than I expected (within a day), the technician was knowledgeable about my appliance (Kitchenaid Refrigerator), and was able to explain the two separate issues my fridge was having after about 45 min of diagnostics and inspection. I am someone who normally fixes everything myself, but this set of problems with my fridge had me stumped. I paid only $65 for the inspection and was able to perform the repairs myself after confirming part numbers and ordering them with the technician helping me find them. Front Load Clothes Washer stop spinning and water sitting inside tub. Tried YouTube and seeing if I can fix myself. I've been fairly handy at fixing fridges, dishwasher, A/C, plumbing, and minor electrical. After a few tries and multiple failures, I contacted a few companies via Yelp and Encreso responded immediately. They were also able to come out quickly for evaluation. After a few minutes, the Technician was easily able to diagnose the problem. The only difficult part was finding and ordering the specific part. The $75 service fee was by far the best compared to other companies. Some wanted as high as $150, and this wasn't waived if I chose their company. With Encreso, the $75 was waived after I chose them for the job. The price was right, the job was efficient, and technician was very comfortable working on the product. I have complete confidence in hiring them again for other problems related to broken appliances. It's hard to find a good handy-man at a reasonable price. I have condensation build up on the front of my refrigerator. Instead of fixing anything technician said to replace the entire door of my refrigerator which would cost more then $1000. When you call a company to repair your appliance and they respond by saying to replace the the entire door and then collect a $65 service fee , you feel scammed. This company is a scam. There is no expertise or talent involved in telling customers to replace the entire door of a fridge and then collect a $65 service fee. read more

My Dishwasher (KitchenAid) started having problems not too long ago. Had another recommendation come out and he couldn't fix it. I then contacted Encreso and began getting the fix quoted. Horrible service, I would give zero stars if it was possible. We got an error code on our LG washer and called Encresso for a repair service call. Max arrived the next day, told us the system was completely broken and he would charge $500 to repair it, so we should just replace it. He then took his $65 service fee and left. He was there for 9 minutes from the time he rang the bell until he left. My husband decided he had nothing to lose so he ordered the $40 part on Amazon. In about 3 hours the machine was running perfectly. We are very disappointed in the lack of service from this company. read more

Not all service technicians are familiar with working on it, so I inquired with Encreso prior to booking. They were fabulous in communicating with me over text and assuring me they had a tech that could handle my dryer. Scheduling was easy and they kept me informed of when the technician would arrive. Someone from the company will look for it and let me know. So they find a used one and tell me it'll be $380 less the $65. I'm getting a new Maytag for $538 from Home Depot. I found Encreso through Yelp Project when looking for an appliance repair company for my refrigerator. Encreso was one of the first companies to respond when I requested a quote through Yelp. The Encreso manager quoted me the service call fee and offered an appointment for the same day. Their service technician, Chris arrived at the earlier part of our appointment window. He wore a mask for Covid safety. He diagnosed the problem with our refrigerator quickly, explained and showed us the issue, had the parts and quoted us the price to fix the issue during this visit. I'm thankful for Encreso. Since October 2022 my washer had a leak that was driving me nuts. (It's now February 2023.) I had 3 different appliance people here multiple times to fix it and each time, it wasn't fixed. Finally, we tried Encreso. Our Miele dishwasher had been showing an error code on 2 occasions and the dishwasher wasn't working. I submitted a request on Yelp and Encresso replied that they work on Miele dishwashers. I scheduled an appointment yesterday and Technicians Aleksey and Artoum (trainee) arrived. Of course the error code didn't go off but Aleksey took the time to disassemble the washer and cleaned out the mild grease build up and added salt to the reservoir. I called Encreso on a Saturday morning and they were able to have someone out on Monday to assess. The company sent texts to keep me updated as to their arrival time. They came, determined the problem, have me a quote on the part and labor. Agreed and then they had the office order the compressor. I was told the office would let me know when the part came in and then text me with an installation date/time. It took a few days for the part to arrive, but once it did I was notified immediately. The repairmen came that Friday and the refrigerator is running again. Everyone I came in contact with were friendly and professional. Our refrigerator and freezer were cooling like they should, and the technician came out quickly and was very friendly. He was concerned it could be the compressor and advised us to just get a new one as opposed to replacing the compressor because they're expensive. He then offered to clean everything and found a switch that wasn't turning the compressor on and replaced it. That helped the refrigerator but the freezer still isn't getting as cold as it should be. Technician Artem came to our house and diagnosed the problem/malfunction rather quickly. He found a crack on the filter and an additional part in the soap compartment that needed to be replaced.
