Our power went out around 10pm, and when it turned back on, our fridge was fried. After doing some troubleshooting on my own, I searched on Yelp for a 24 hour repair company, as I obviously didn't want all my food to go bad. Unfortunately, I couldn't get anybody out, but this company at least answered and offered to come out first thing the next morning. As of May 2025, they charge $50 to show up. They were timely, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, my fridge was pretty old, and the part needed to be replaced was rather difficult to secure, and was expensive. Made more sense for me to get a new fridge, so that's what I ended up doing, but at least I knew I was making the right choice. read more

STILL THE BEST! Since my last review, I think we've had Sergey out at least 3 or 4 times. I've also referred him to friends and family in the area. He always does great work, is so nice, and always takes the time to explain issues so I know what's going on (I am not mechanically inclined at all). We had a leak in our garage today, I thought it was from our washer. I texted Sergey earlier, he said he would come by maybe today or probably tomorrow. I understand he's busy, I'm not doing laundry every day, tomorrow works great. But he made a surprise stop at the end of what I'm sure is a very long day. He could have rushed it, and I would have been fine. But he took his tome, thoroughly examined all the possible causes of the leak. When he was done, he tidied up the area, left it in better condition than when he arrived. Turns out the issue wasn't the washer at all, but a separate issue with our water heater (pressure relieve pipe isn't routed outside, so it discharges right behind the washer). Not really something he does. In the end, he didn't charge us for his time, which I gladly would have paid. I couldn't be more grateful for his service, honesty, and expertise. I explained to Sergey that the hot water would not turn off when filling the tub and only cold wash cycles were working. I provided the model number to Sergey and he quoted a price for me and agreed on a labor price to install the genuine Whirlpool part made in the USA. A 90 day warranty is provided. Sergey accepts cash or check or 3% Surcharge with credit card payments. After replacing the part, Sergey tested the warm cycle and made sure no water leaks after the installation.
