I believe) at the desk was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The biggest downfall is there is a weak cell signal for Verizon and the spot we had was at the tail end of their wifi capabilities. If you need wifi, you must stay closer to the office. 10 minutes to Leavenworth, 10 mins to Cashmere. We were in sight 51!

It had a small microwave and a good sized small fridge. There was also a nice oscillating fan which ended up being very important. The room has AC but the air conditioning unit can't really keep up. You can't set the thermostat lower than 70 and the thermometer in the room showed 74-76 most of the time on a day in the mid 80s. Combined with the fan, it was enough to sleep comfortably. I'm unsure what would happen if the temperature rises to the 90s or 100s though. You have to climb stairs to the second floor. The stairs are inside. I'll post a picture of them. There's no elevator and no first floor guest rooms so it's something to know about if this matters to you. The parking lot is right across the pedestrian only street. I might stay there again. My only issue is that I like the room colder than it was, but I think the good fan was a smart touch and I'm glad I didn't have to go ask for one. Other people might be happy with that temperature so I added it to my review. Oh ya, dog friendly!

Seriously, why aren't all hotel pools & jacuzzis 24 hours? This needs to become the standard in the hospitality industry! The hotel is smoke-free, of course, but it didn't always used to be...or so it smells. There is a faint hint of it throughout the building, but not enough to be detrimental. Just noticeable, at times. Staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay, particularly when we had to send some friends to retrieve a couple items from the Lost and Found that we'd accidentally left behind. Would definitely stay here again the next time we have a reason to stay in Wenatchee!

Luckily we could, so we were given our room keys & parking pass. My boyfriend acccidently put the card near his magnet wallet & desensitized one of the keys. The kind gentleman at the front was very nice about redoing it for us mentioning that it happens often. Our room was on the first floor, so it was very convenient being able to park right by it. The room was a bit dated , but was very clean & came with a fridge & microwave which was a plus. Breakfast is served every morning which included some pastries, cereal, yogurt, & really yummy potato casserole. There was apple juice & the cider, coffee, & tea in the lobby area. This place had a very homey feel. I thought it was really cute that the casserole was being made right there by the woman working there. It is a perfect walking distance to the village. The house is well within walking distance to all of the activities in town so you do not need to worry about parking. They are great hosts and the home and rooms are very inviting and exceptionally clean. The home has two guest rooms and they have both been recently remodeled. Breakfast was very good both mornings. We will be back when we need a place to stay in Leavenworth.

Bonnie and Brian were amazing, they were very friendly and knowledgeable about the town. Bonnie had a list of events and places to go to in town printed out for us upon our arrival with the list she also handed us a map so we would know how to get around. The house was super comfortable and cozy. We felt right at home. Our room was spacious and clean and the bed was super comfortable. Loved that everything was within walking distance. Bonnie is a great cook and she made some really great breakfasts while we were there. This was the first time I've ever stayed at a bed and breakfast and it was an amazing experience. I highly recommend Hause Chikamin to anyone coming into town. We plan to come back during the warmer months and booking with Bonnie and Brian again.

She will send you a confirmation text before your arrival. I really enjoyed their traditional German breakfast, which includes cold cuts of meat, pastries, muffins, bread, and hard (or soft boiled) eggs. The room itself was very spacious. I liked the heated floors in the bathroom. The room includes one of those flat screens that turns into a painting / background when you turn it off. If you didn't know it was a TV, you'd think it's just framed artwork on the wall. Great location, great service, great food. One of my favorite places to stay.

This is a small little RV park and campground, but I love how the owners take excellent care of the place. One guy was always out planting and watering the plants and flowers. Another guy was literally cleaning the bathrooms several times in the day. The restrooms are nice and clean!! (Showers are available too here) The campsites are alright, but if you have preference and/or a group, I highly recommend getting the lots 31, 32, 33 area. Wow, more room, away from the main road, more trees, and a couple boulders to climb on. It looks bigger than the spot we had, which was spot 4, next to the restrooms. Firepits are very small, but we still used it to make s'mores. They also have a little enclosed basketball area. Sites 17-30 are basically next to the main road. You will hear the road noise, especially if you're camping in a tent, but I still like staying at this campground because there's not many other options for an RV park. Across the street is a gas station and Safeway. You're within a minute or two from downtown too. If you're into climbing, you're not that far from Icicle Creek climbing area either. We would stay here again with friends if we camped/rented a trailer again.
