Great considering it IS a rest area after-all. :)…read more Going on 90 from East heading towards West, Seattle, the mile marker just after it is 125 Usually very busy but no waits 2 Coke brand drink vending machines that also have bottled water Tons of grass for kids to get out energy ----WOMAN'S BATHROOM---- (Not sure about men's) Women's bathroom was very clean. Four stalls with one of them being for disabled. Two of those gigantic ground toilet paper dispensers in each stall. No baby changing station. Two faucets. One being the kind you have to press down and it turns off automatically after X seconds. One with a handle that you turn on and off yourself Two air hand dryers. No paper towels One random outlet in the middle of one wall but it is not anywhere near the sink Huge skylight so great lighting Beautiful close-up view if windmills

As I pulled in to the parking lot I noticed movement in the grass of the large open grassy lawn area. I maneuvered in to a parking space closer to the movement and opened my car window to watch for the little critter I had seen. Turned out to be a baby chipmunk!!! There was also a small dark brown rodent with no tail, maybe a shrew, dashing back and forth. Birds flitted around the bushes enjoying the evening meal time as well. After watching the wildlife for a little while, I made my way to the restrooms exploring the grassy area and keeping my eyes peeled for the rodents. Both port-a-potti and restroom building options were provided. I used the restrooms in the building. Everything was cleanly and guidelines for using the rest area during COVID-19 were posted in notices on the buildings. Informational placards provide background about the wind turbines around the rest area as well as ideas for more places to explore both nearby and around Washington State at large. Very pleasant place to stop and rest.

Warrior's Quick Stop -- avoid if you have kids or basic hygiene standards…read more The men's restroom is genuinely one of the worst I've seen on the road. Out of two stalls, only one is functional. Both are filthy -- not "needs a quick wipe" dirty, but visibly neglected. One of two sinks works, and the urinal area is just disgusting. To top it off, the door swings inward -- so while you're washing your hands, it opens right into you. It nearly slammed into my 3-year-old son. That's not just poor maintenance, that's a safety hazard. This place needs a serious deep clean and a basic facilities audit before it deserves another customer.

This is not an Ivar's fish bar!! I have lived in the PNW my whole life and I am very familiar with…read moreIvar's fish and chips (grew up on it and Spuds). Let's start off with the fact that the fish was burnt (see picture) and absolutely disgusting. Not to mention the skippers check paper inside the 3 compartment to-go container. Another thing you will notice they put tarter and cocktail sauce in the top two compartments. Both sauces were rancid and the whole order was thrown away! I hate wasting food but I just could not bring myself to eating such a gross meal (yes it is a truck stop and I should not expect 5stars lol). In closing if you want the real Ivar's fish and chips go to one of their fish bars or sit down fine dining restaurants. Heck they have been doing it since the thirties so in my book they deserve some credit! Bottom line do not eat the fish and chips at this place period.
