Unfortunately, after spending more than 90 minutes at the dealership, I never even got to see or test drive the vehicle. My salesperson, Kim ( a dishonest,disheveled, incompetent ,ungroomed, inappropriate unprofessional man), repeatedly failed to provide basic information I requested. When I asked for the battery State of Health (SOH) report, I was instead shown tire tread information. It took approximately 40 minutes just to receive a copy of the Carfax report. He wanted me to look at his iPad when I asked for a paper copy. I was told the dealership could not locate the vehicle key because another employee, Hayden, had checked it out and was on lunch. I waited over an hour and a half for the key to be returned, but the vehicle was never made available. I was later told that I would receive a call once the key was returned. When I asked to speak with a manager, Austin came out and assured me that someone would follow up. As of today, I have still not received any communication from either the salesperson or management. I also requested a call from the General Manager and have not received a response. The only employee who provided professional and courteous customer service was Michelle, who handled appointment scheduling. Overall, I felt my time was not respected, communication was poor, and the dealership was unprepared to assist a customer who was ready to purchase a vehicle. Based on my experience, I would recommend that potential buyers do thorough research and ask detailed questions before doing business here.

I was very leary of purchasing pre-owned as I have heard so many horror car buying stories of shady salesman, selling faulty vehicles and lacking clarity about the true vehicle condition, so I started my research. It took me close to a month of research, before I found a preowned dealership that still honored integrity. I knew the cars I was interested in and found my way to Goldie's. I was working with another dealership, as I had been pre-approved, but let me tell you what made the difference.. the service at Goldie's ! Through text and email, John, my sales-friend, (I call him) was so relatable and communicative. Walking in I have to admit is pretty cool, in the show room they had a old school IMMACULATE Corvette, a skew ball machine, and arcade games it felt unlike any other dealership I had walked in. The owners son greeted me and asked if I needed anything and to let him know if I did! He was the sweetest teenager. When they say Goldie's is a family business they really mean it ! I was working with John and let me tell you he was so transparent and honest it was like a breath of fresh air. I had considered other vehicles they had but he talked me through the maintenance cost, resale value and common mechanical issues each of the cars I had considered. Once I settled on a vehicle he was able to check for me the maintenance records as well as reviewed the carfax report with me. When I took the car for a test drive he told me to take my time get to know the car and make sure it was right for me. I never felt pressured to purchase. I was having a horrible time in dealing with the insurance payout of my previous vehicle and John was very empathetic in understanding my situation. He had set expectations before I came that with the insurance payout being delayed I may not be able to take the vehicle the vehicle home. I was thrilled with the no pressure atmosphere, and just came to take a look at the vehicle in person, with zero expectation to buy. John and his manager worked magic. I did in fact decide to purchase my vehicle and was able to take it home, there is a small cosmetic issue that I requested to have repaired and he called immediately and got the approval to get it taken care of. I'll be returning later this week to have that completed. I'll keep you guys posted after the service appointment. I had a great experience and I feel I got a good deal on my vehicle and, I felt like my business was valued, my concerns were heard and they've made a lifelong customer out of me ! Every question you ask is met with a lack of interest or an inconvenient remark. Our vehicle needed a replacement part. Service center had the part in stock. Instead they wanted us to order the part online! Refused to let us speak with the tech and wanted us to reach out through the Tesla app to chat in. Lucky for us we were able to find the aftermarket part somewhere else that same morning and got our vehicle serviced asap. No thanks to Tesla though!
