Today, May 17, 2026, the vehicle is once again dead, even though the battery was replaced less than seven months ago. What is most concerning is the lack of transparency and accountability. The dealership has kept my vehicle on several occasions, and I specifically asked Ty in December 2025 for a detailed, itemized list of all repairs and work performed on my vehicle. His response was simply "sure." It is now May 2026, and I still have not received anything. I was also told the dealership has already spent over $10,000 attempting repairs on this vehicle, yet I continue getting it back with unresolved problems and being told it still needs additional work. At this point, I cannot trust this vehicle beyond driving to work. I cannot comfortably take road trips or rely on it without constantly worrying it will break down. A good dealership should stand behind the vehicles they sell and communicate honestly with their customers. Instead, after a year and a half of repeated complaints, unanswered requests, and ongoing issues, I feel like I am being brushed aside rather than helped. I worked with a sales associate named Ady, who was extremely unprofessional. Her tone was snarky and dismissive, and she even made comments about my personal relationship which was completely inappropriate and unnecessary. When we discussed numbers, she came back saying I would need $15,000 down for $600 monthly payments on a vehicle worth about $27,000. I questioned this, pointing out that putting nearly half the car's value down made no sense and that at that point I might as well buy the car outright. Instead of explaining things professionally, she responded with attitude, saying things like "I'm not asking you, girl, I won't keep the money." Who talks to a customer like that? She clearly didn't know what she was talking about and made no effort to communicate respectfully. The entire interaction left a horrible taste in my mouth. My least favorite thing in the world is the car-buying process... but after our experience yesterday, this dealership completely changed my mind. My husband and I purchased a new car here, and from start to finish, the entire team was nothing short of amazing. Our salesman, Ed, was fantastic--great personality, zero pressure, no gimmicks, just honest, friendly, and straightforward. Mr. Tyler also stepped in to help with a few things, and he was just as pleasant to work with. Cathy in Finance was an absolute joy. We ended up talking and laughing longer than necessary, like catching up with an old friend. She didn't push anything we didn't want or need, which I truly appreciated. Finally, Robert in Technology took extra time to walk me through everything on the new car. He was funny, patient, and extremely helpful. Still waiting over 6 months for my registration paperwork. Cannot drive the car legally. Lexus Financial and Arrowhead Lexus have totally screwed me. Now today, I am told in another couple of weeks they should be able to get my paperwork to me . All I can say is they appear to be crooks and thieves and no one knows what anyone else is doing. Beautiful dealership and Harold , my service advisor, was informative and the fairly extensive service on my RX ( 70 k service, rear brakes, tranny flush and detail) was done in the timeline provided and my vehicle looks and runs great.
