I have been told these are "maintenance issues," yet I have maintained the vehicle, including oil changes and replacing the battery. That does not explain the electrical failures, the ongoing 4x4 problems, the broken radio screen, or why the vehicle continues having trouble starting. Today, May 17, 2026, the vehicle is once again dead, even though the battery was replaced less than seven months ago. What is most concerning is the lack of transparency and accountability. The dealership has kept my vehicle on several occasions, and I specifically asked Ty in December 2025 for a detailed, itemized list of all repairs and work performed on my vehicle. His response was simply "sure." It is now May 2026, and I still have not received anything. I was also told the dealership has already spent over $10,000 attempting repairs on this vehicle, yet I continue getting it back with unresolved problems and being told it still needs additional work. At this point, I cannot trust this vehicle beyond driving to work. I cannot comfortably take road trips or rely on it without constantly worrying it will break down. A good dealership should stand behind the vehicles they sell and communicate honestly with their customers. Instead, after a year and a half of repeated complaints, unanswered requests, and ongoing issues, I feel like I am being brushed aside rather than helped. I came into Lexus at Arrowhead just to explore my options, not with the intention of buying that day. Unfortunately, the experience completely turned me off from the dealership. I worked with a sales associate named Ady, who was extremely unprofessional. Her tone was snarky and dismissive, and she even made comments about my personal relationship which was completely inappropriate and unnecessary. When we discussed numbers, she came back saying I would need $15,000 down for $600 monthly payments on a vehicle worth about $27,000. I questioned this, pointing out that putting nearly half the car's value down made no sense and that at that point I might as well buy the car outright. Instead of explaining things professionally, she responded with attitude, saying things like "I'm not asking you, girl, I won't keep the money." Who talks to a customer like that? She clearly didn't know what she was talking about and made no effort to communicate respectfully. The entire interaction left a horrible taste in my mouth. Still waiting over 6 months for my registration paperwork. Cannot drive the car legally. Lexus Financial and Arrowhead Lexus have totally screwed me. Now today, I am told in another couple of weeks they should be able to get my paperwork to me . All I can say is they appear to be crooks and thieves and no one knows what anyone else is doing. I took my 2017 RX for an oil change. During there inspection they found my battery was toast and my water pump was starting to leak. The battery was still under warranty, so no charge there from AAA. I had the dealer replace the water pump. The customer service from Arrowhead Lexus has been great for the last 6 yrs they've been doing the service on the vehicle. I've purchased 10-12 cars in my life and I've never had a better experience than Arrowhead Lexus. Id like to personally thank Chloe Dayan, she really went above and beyond. She was very knowledgable about the cars, and very patient with me. We agreed a GX550 was the best fit for me and she came through, delivering the car earlier than promised. Without her I would have to have waited an extra 2-3 months for my GX550. Linda Burk from Finance also deserves recognition. Easily the best finance experience I've ever had. Linda was very honest and blunt with all of the warranties/options. it was very refreshing, as I've had very poor experiences in finance offices at other dealers. Since purchasing the vehicle 3 days ago,I've reached back out to both Chloe and Linda with questions. They've both replied so promptly with all the answers I needed.
