Natalia's is great, eaten there a few times. If your looking for a treat. Probably would not recommend stopping for an ice cream at their new malt shoppe. $27 for a Veggie omelet made with egg whites and a side of fruit. Was the omelette tasty? Yes. I knew there would be a up charge for egg whites because most places charge extra, totally fine. I substituted the hashbrowns for fresh fruit which was a total of three sliced strawberries that I got charged $5.50 for, unknowingly. Service was okay, very cute location. Very steep price tag for what you get in my opinion. Not sure how a veggie omelette with fruit should ever cost almost $30. read more

This little restaurant is absolutely phenomenal. A local favorite spot you cannot go wrong with any of the menu items. The chicken fried steak is definitely probably our favorite as a family though. Definitely try the chicken and waffles too they are big enough portions you could potentially split them so that you could try a little bit of everything. I've never left a review on Yelp before but selecting Natalia's website takes you to their Facebook page. There's no way to comment to them directly except by phone. Be been enjoying breakfasts at Matalia's for a year. I don't go in every week, but I've gone frequently enough to have a lot of experience being served by them. No complaints ... until today. I have to drive to Camas from East Vancouver. I went in today at about 10:00 am. They weren't very busy. There were two servers on. I sat at the counter, which o usually do. I was brought water and coffee right away, but a menu snd silverware were a little slow. I've eaten many different items listed on the menu; all very good. I made my decision and placed the menu face down on the counter and watched the cook working his magic. One server was in the back for a while. The other one cleaned a table then took an order at another table. Hmmmm, it's taking a while to get to me and it's not that busy. Server from the back came to their little work area and moved glasses around. Other server came over to first server and talked to her. Neither would make eye contact with me. I waited at least five minutes. I was sitting only 8 feet from them. No service, no acknowledgement that I was even there. So, I left. As I said, I've had plenty of pleasant experiences there. Maybe somebody died, or got fired, or did something that had the employees off their game. But I've worked food service plenty of times myself and I just didn't feel like being ignored whatever the reason. I drove down the road to Black Bear Diner. I'll be back. The food is too good. But I'm going to hesitate before I recommend Natalia's to anyone. read more

I've tried this place multiple times. The service is never warm and fuzzy, and the food really sucks, actually! It lacks flavor, and that spark of joy you want from breakfast out. But the cherry on top was the blatant campaigning for local politics at a downtown event recently. I don't enjoy having politics shoved in my face everywhere I go. Goodness this place is yummy! It's this adorable little diner making EXCELLENT meals from scratch and with love. I ordered the corned beef hash and it was glorious! The meat is pretty darned perfect. Tender. Flavorful. Wonderful. Reminded me of Jam on Hawthorne in Portland. The rest of my party ordered an assortment of omelets and the strawberry Belgian waffle. Everyone was pleased and completely cleared their plates, and not because the portions were small but because of the deliciousness. Bonus: Their side of bacon is FOUR pieces of thick porky heaven and the OJ is fresh squeezed! My Mind Blown Side Note: Who the heck knew downtown Camas was so boutiquey and beautiful?!? My husband and I live in Washougal just down the road and have been trying to come check this place out. I am happy we did! I got the Biscuit Meal and then my husband got Erica's Omlette, we both really loved our meals! He also got Hot Chocolate and it was really good. The lemonade wasn't sour or too sweet, it was really good. I am a mid-west local that's been on the hunt for good Biscuits and Gravy and these are so yummy with an almost cornbread consistency, loved it. Bacon was thick and amazing. Cute little diner & in nicer weather they have a few tables outside as well. If you come during peak breakfast time on the weekend expect to wait since it is a small place and if you don't mind eating at the counter (we don't...it's the best spot!) snag a seat there. The Hubs and I enjoyed their breakfast sandwiches (croissant w/ham/egg/cheese for him, veggie/egg/cheese on wheat for me) and they come with a side of fresh fruit. The veggie sandwich was definitely small in comparison to the croissant breakfast sandwich but the price was either the same or about maybe a $1 difference, if I recall correctly. But they did a good job of packing a decent amount of veggies on the little breakfast sammie and I really didn't want leftovers so the smaller size worked out good for me. Their lunch menu looked good, too. Their coffee was quite strong and a bit bitter, actually. I'm not sure if it was just the batch when we were there or if that is how they make it. Not the Natalia's of old. Under the new ownership they have expanded into the space next-door; however, this was a mistake as they have clearly over expanded. Our order took 48 minutes to arrive, on a Tuesday. I don't fault the wait staff or the kitchen for this. This is clearly a management issue. The revised menu is also underwhelming. I recently moved to Camas from San Diego and have a really struggled finding good restaurants in Camas. This place is so legit! Arrived here at 9:00 am on a Sunday and the place was packed. Service was a little slow (but hey, they were busy) but when the food arrived none of that mattered. Super fresh, tasty, and not a heavy grease pit like most "diners". I got the supreme omelet (ham, bacon, kielbasa sausage, mushroom, onions, spinach, peppers) and hubs got the biscuits and gravy. Omelet was cooked perfect with crisp sweet veggies, and the biscuits and gravy was made fresh the morning of. Nice downtown Camas location. We (party of 5) went on a Saturday and it was busy. Service was fast and friendly. Only complaint would be that my coffee cup went empty a couple of times...so if you live by the rule that a good waitress never lets you run out of coffee, you might be disappointed. I didn't make a fuss however. I ordered the Strawberry Belgian Waffles. I didn't get what I had expected. It could have been better described as a generous plate of freshly cut strawberries and whipped cream with a couple of the packaged sugar waffles that you find at Costco...room temperature, dry and crumbly. Seriously disappointed that they weren't freshly cooked Belgian Style Waffles. I can't speak for the other dishes served to the folks I was with, but there were no complaints. This is a really cute little corner cafe. Really gives that small town kind of vibe. To make this really short, my wife and I stopped in here during our walk. The food was really good until my wife realized the sausage in her gravy was raw. We really should have said something at the time, but we didn't want to cause any problems for the staff or the other customers. This really should be evaluated. Unfortunately we had a very bad experience at this cafe at beginning of the this month. We understand this pandemic thing makes things a little bit different but we definitely didn't expect this much bad service. First of all if you are not a regular customer be prepared to wait for a table even if you get there before their "friends". The lady who was serving was indifferent with us all the time and kept talking to the other tables before us. The only person that was nice to us was a waitress called Ivete. I make sure to ask her name just to write this review. The food is good. Overpriced but good. Although you will have to wait several minutes for it (which I really don't mind if I was feeling welcome to the place). My conclusion: apparently they don't need new customers! read more

Natalia's Cafe has the best breakfast I have had in a long time! Nichole, our waitress, during the week, was so welcoming. Every morning she welcomed us back to the cafe and brought us our coffee without even asking! She was so personable and gave us ideas of how to spend our days in Camas. We felt right at home in this cafe. We had the CBT omelet with bacon, hash browns and toast. They were generous portions and delicious! The food was served piping hot and very fast. The coffee was delicious too. After a few days of having the omelet, I decided to try the brioche French toast. My husband and I split the omelet breakfast and the brioche. It was just the right combination of protein and sweet taste at the end of the meal. I thought the brioche French toast was the best until...A couple days before we left, I saw Debby's cinnamon roll French toast served to another customer. I asked Nichole what that was called. She described it is a homemade cinnamon roll with apples, battered and grilled. I only was able to enjoy it for my last two days. It was sooo delicious as they say, " to die for". The old American diner has counter space in front of the grill where you can watch the cook prepare your meal. The other side of the cafe is vintage soda shop with 50's decor and Flying A gas pumps. During the spring they do serve scoops of ice cream and milkshakes. You think you are in an episode of Happy Days. Besides the food, the people we met at the diner were so friendly! The owner, Erica, came over to our table to see if we had everything we needed. You can tell she has put her heart into this cafe and it really shines through! There's no online menu, but don't let that fool you; the food selection is great. You can tell this is a real local hangout. It's quaint and cute and along a nice road. They were short staffed when we visited, so it took a very long time for four of us to eat. I had a delicious croissant sandwich which was light and tasty. The Erica sandwich was not edible as a sandwich as it came completely a part. The components didn't particularly work together either. The fritters were mushy, but the hashbrowns were good. The eggs benedict didn't have runny eggs which was disappointing, mostly because they solidified while waiting for the other food to arrive at the table. Out of everything, the biscuits and gravy were the right choice. All in all, half of us had good food, half had less than stellar food. Just compare for yourself "Heinz" vs "Portland ketchup". It's as different as Folgers instant vs fresh ground or cheap margarine vs quality real butter.
