I am giving this place 4 stars because I don't want to hurt a small business, but maybe the worst breakfast I have ever paid for. What is that crap oil you are dumping on everything? It says above the gridle that things are made from scratch, but while sitting at the bar, I can tell you the only things made from scratch are when the "chef" cracks an egg. Watching the line cook pour what looked to be "butter" flavored canola oil over the hash browns was sickening. I didn't see this until after I ate my eggs which were obviously cooked in the same crap. My stomach did NOT like it later. Artificial butter? seriously? do better! read more

Damn good breakfast! Wow. We got the Erica omelette, which was filled with sweet everything: tomatoes, onions, and spinach, and topped with hollandaise. The hash browns were done perfectly and the bacon was thick and tasty. The Biscuit special is a LOT of food, the one, tender, 5x5 biscuit was cut in half and covered with an herb, sausage gravy -- it filled a dinner plate on its own. They have a great atmosphere and we loved the restored 50s theme. The service was friendly and efficient. We'll definitely return when in Camas again! read more

My daughter and I showed up after church at 1:00pm an hour before close. The owner seemed very annoyed we were there so close to closing. Blindes were closed to deter people from coming so we sat in the dark eating while we watched her turn away customers. Our food came out in under 5 min. My eggs were way undercooked. Vintage ambience and a breakfast menu with something for everyone (almost). It definitely leans toward greasy spoon and my midwest boyfriend gave the chicken fried steak and gravy and biscuits 2 thumbs up, and for me with healthier goals the scramble with spinach and avocado was really nice. They even had a fun little marble game at the table to play while you wait for the food to come out! It's not a big place and it gets busy, so arrive earlier than you think you'll need to eat, and enjoy a stroll around charming downtown Camas while you wait. read more

It came with choice of toasts, thin sliced and the sourdough was so/so. But the raspberry jam was out of this world. A little tart, very little sugar, just the way we like it. We ordered the corned beef hash (came with 2 eggs), and the typical eggs, meat, and hash brown breakfast. The meat we chose were 4 very substantial slices of thick-cut bacon. The best corned beef hash we've ever eaten. The corned beef was flavorful, tender, and plentiful. The only disappointment were the potatoes which while ample, lacked crispness and seasoning. Service was friendly though slightly brusque, probably due to the fact that with the pandemic, staff had to be trimmed to bare bones. This cafe serves breakfasts items for now but once restrictions are lifted, may go back to serving Eastern European-style lunch dishes and standard burgers, etc. Definitely looking forward to revisiting here when touring through super-quaint downtown Camas (arts and antique shopping galore)! read more

The food is ok and the servings are huge which I think a lot of people really like. Actually the servers were all very nice but the owner was very unfriendly and a bit rude. I thought maybe she was having a bad day, which can happen to us all, but when I mentioned my experience to a friend she said she had had the same experience there and vowed to never go there again. I have done both orders for my family or for a number of colleagues at our firm for a small group breakfast on Fridays. All of my colleagues say the same thing about how happy they are. Additionally, my twins love splitting the kids pancakes or French toast. One of the things l love most besides the super prompt and friendly service is their bacon! Their bacon comes in large servings with their main dishes and is dinosaur size. Their food is never overly salty and you can tell quickly that a lot of care goes into the meals they prepare. I have had their biscuits n gravy, corned beef n hash, pancakes, and French toast with berries and they were all delicious. Used to be a big fan of this place until they became comfortable serving raw and undercooked food. The last THREE times my boyfriend and I have went, his food was not only incorrect but also raw. Just today they had to remake our sausage twice and both times it was literally pink, but we're "assured" that it was safe because they "precook" the sausage. You would typically expect the restaurant to address this issue or be apologetic, but instead we're met with attitude and sass. They helped make it a special time for us by putting up pictures of him and giving lots of personal attention. We sat on the classic diner side of the restaurant with plenty of nostalgia to take in. I moved to Camas in early May of 2022, and if you've ever moved, you know that nourishment while packing/unpacking, decorating, painting, etc can be challenging. That's why on my first official morning waking up in my new place, I chose to give Natalia's a try for breakfast. Service was friendly and fast. I ordered my meal to go and had a cup of coffee while I waited for my meal. I cannot recall my exact order, but I enjoyed it quite a bit! Enough to return a few days later to dine-in with a friend. This was when I learned about the additional dining room and the perfectly decorated 50's Diner ambiance! On the 2nd visit, I ordered the protein omelet and it did not disappoint. Large portion, fluffy eggs and melty cheese, the sausage was very tasty too. Service was with a smile, albeit a little bit slow on that busy weekend morning, but our server was communicative and let us know the status of our order as it was being prepared. Returned a third time within a couple of weeks with more friends, and I had strawberry pancakes. I was quite pleased (and overly stuffed). Came in on a Sunday morning. 20 minutes wait was not too bad. The place was packed and people waiting outside to get in. I got the Omlette special and she got the Ericas Omlette. If you are looking for a spot to stop for breakfast or lunch on the Columbia River Gorge scenic loop drive, this is a perfect restaurant on the Washington side near the Vancouver area! My wife and I went there on Sunday afternoon 10/13 for brunch. Their closing time was 2:00 pm. We needed to take public transportation and it was going to take 45 MN. I called them Sat. and the phone was not answered so I thought I called too late in the day, so I called twice Sunday and the phone was not answered. We got there at 1:50 and they refused to serve us. I am in a wheelchair and we wanted to try and support a local privately owned business. I have owned a few small businesses and I have never experienced such a lack luster approach to both running and owning a local business. I will never return and never recommend this place to anyone. read more
