We spoke about a recent loss on my family, and simultaneously, a breakup. I had been having extreme tension in my stomach from the stress. I was really desperate to try anything. Elena massaged my belly to help move things along and I can honestly take a deep, nice calm breath now. Even drinking water feels different... It's light & refreshing. For the next 30-45 minutes I experienced what can only be described as a trip through my dietary history, where with every push out I recalled all the horrible things I'd eaten to land me on this throne.
