Now, 3 years later I have branched out and take Pilates classes there and even tried the hot yoga classes. Everyone is so welcoming and sweet. I am more relaxed the minute I step in the door. The owners or manager are always around and are SO nice. They have built an amazing community at Thermal Horizons and I love seeing their business flourish. I also get my hair done at Thermal Dry Bar and love it there also!

As a result, I've discovered classes I wouldn't normally have chosen--I love the Strong back, Soft heart class--so therapeutic and gentle. Great for anyone with chronic pain or those who want to work on mobility...or just need to reconnect and get grounded. I still enjoy my flow classes and also loved the yoga wall class! I also appreciate the teachings Dani is leading us through each week with the 8 Limbs of Yoga--they focus on how to live purposefully and fully. So happy to be in this community.

His patience and understanding along with his methods are absolutely incredible to watch. The price we paid is incomparable to the lessons my son learned, but also SUCH a steal to be honest. I contacted her about a month ago and expressed my concerns (money and getting our family member to consent to this). She was very honest and helped me find a way to attend through affordable avenues. Unfortunately, our family member opted out at the last minute, but Taylor kept in contact with me the entire time.
