The lady did not have any training on Brazilians. She used the wax for your face with muslin strips. I even asked her if she was using body wax and she said yes. This was not true. She used scissors!!! To trim My hair and tweezers. Twice I had to tell her to stop because my skin was so irrirated from Her going over and over it again. Not using the right kind of wax is what got us here. When I got home and could see in a mirror the results I was horrified. It is a crazy patch job and my skin is on fire! I called and spoke with Van who runs the place. She could have cared less. Did not apologize or offer to make it right. All she said was she will tell the lady. Lost a customer I won't go back and have my nails done there either. Don't offer services that your employees aren't trained on and have the correct products to perform the service!!

I walked in around 3 PM on a Wednesday, and it wasn't busy at all. The gentleman at the front had a very gentle, welcoming energy.
