The lady did not have any training on Brazilians. She used the wax for your face with muslin strips. I even asked her if she was using body wax and she said yes. This was not true. She used scissors!!! To trim My hair and tweezers. Twice I had to tell her to stop because my skin was so irrirated from Her going over and over it again. Not using the right kind of wax is what got us here. When I got home and could see in a mirror the results I was horrified. It is a crazy patch job and my skin is on fire! The next morning I called to schedule my appointments at the same time vs. back to back. No one answered or no voice mail. A girl called back and said, Did you call? I said yes and I was attempting to continue to speak and this girl was rude, interrupted me, ignored what I was saying, and cut me off, and either hung up or we were disconnected. Later Ben called to schedule me an appointment. I advised him I had an appointments with Julie and I would like my mani with another tech to get my appointments at the same time. He schedule my mani with Wan. When I arrived, a girl did not get up to greet me, she just sat there and yelled out at me, what do you need? When I me Julie, she was polite and friendly. During my pedicure, a woman and two girls came in, and Julie immediately got up to greet them and left me in the middle of my service for at least 10 minutes. It was not busy, there were more employees sitting around in the chairs than customers, the other employees could have assisted the lady and two girls. Yet Julie stopped in the middle of the pedicure to check in the 3 females, set up them up in chairs and with techs. I found this very rude. In all my years of getting pedicures and manicures, I have never had a tech leave me sitting in the middle of a service to wait on another customer. All those employees sitting around could have been attending to walk ins vs. tech that were with customers. I upgraded my pedicure for callus treatment and extra foot massage, but Julie hardly did either. She ran out of time because she was taking care of the front desk instead of taking care of her customer. I do not blame her, I blame the management for not running a consistent professional business model. Unfortunately, the final result of my pedicure was probably the worse I have ever had. Overall, my experience was not good the lady calling me being rude, Ben not knowing I had appointments, upon arriving a lady sitting there yelling out at me vs. greeting me, changing my mani tech, my peti tech leaving me for a long period of time during my service and not able to complete my service because the front desk wasn't covered, I paid for misrepresented services. There are plenty of professional and clean nail salons in the area like Iris Nails or Castle Nails that run a professional and higher standard nail salons.
