    Chicken Tortilla Soup

I can't even begin to explain how disappointed I was that they call this a "chicken tortilla soup" . Looks like a bag of frozen veggies. So disgusting. Don't waste your money here

Why 4 stars? Because it's Tex-Mex and that's what they are. --- --- --- This is approximately the 4800th Tex-Mex restaurant I've been to in the Greater Houston area and it's all about three of them were the definition of 4-stars: "good". Not amazing, not bad. Good! I'll never get over how all of them seem to have the exact same menu and serve the exact same food, but they are all owned and operated by different people. And they all remain in business despite being the same place. But hey, who am I to question the business model: as mentioned, I've supported nearly 5,000 of them at this point. Natalita's was an enjoyable experience. We did what we always do and split chips & queso + fajitas for two. The nice thing here that actually was different than the usual experience is that the queso was brought out for free along with the chips and salsa. The fajitas were solid: the meat could have been a tad higher quality and the beans could have been a little warmer, but we enjoyed everything nonetheless.

With the multitude of Mexican restaurants & Tex Mex spots around town, this is a sure compliment to sing praise for NATALITA'S #3. The chain's menu is vast, with extremely fair prices... But even more so, this location cooks up the food very well and the service is warm & attentive. Our favorite items are the Fajita Stuffed Jalapeños (it's an appetizer but can easily be a filling entree) and the Stuffed Avocado (the last time we ordered this, it was almost as big as my head)! Easily our favorite spot for a Tex-Mex fix.

Very good food and service! The music always good! Food specials and margaritas are fantastic!

We were immediately greeted by Koya, our server, who was in training - took our drinks and meal orders. He was soon accompanied by Jolie who was watching and mentoring him. Wonderful of management to provide that support to newbies! Both had a great personality - truly enjoyed visiting with them and particularly spending quite a bit of time with Jolie, who was very solicitous and eager to please - she and Koya came by regularly to check on us, a very homey touch! Jolie is a people-person for sure! Ordered Sangria/Marg, La Granada, and Mango-Tango - drinks arrived promptly and were great - very good value for money! Food consisting of Mazatlan Plate Combo Fajitas (Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp, beef, chicken, ribs, sausage, and usual sides), and Veggie Los Cabos (Stuffed Green Pepper with Cheese Enchilada, Poblano Cream, Avocado, Pico de Gallo) arrived quickly. Ordered the Street Taco Sauce as well to go with the complimentary Chips and Salsa - house salsas were on point, but the Street Taco Sauce kicked the experience up a good notch - spicy but not overwhelmingly so! Good stuff - chips were not at all greasy. The food was flavorful and Fajitas for one were more than sufficient for two. Overall cost was $90 (3 persons) including cost of the Street Taco Sauce, Fresh Jalapeños, 18% tip and taxes. The best part of the visit was the hospitable service and friendly engagements with Jolie and Kayo. Barring a couple of missteps (including a wrong order keyed in and charged on the bill), which were immediately corrected, the overall experience was great. Definitely planning a return visit!

So, the service is great here, very polite, the restaurant is clean and it can get a bit loud when busy but that's ok. Margaritas are very good and you can get them to go. The nachos are sooo good with white queso, and fresh ingredients that are plentiful to go on the amount of chips served. Love coming here for my nacho needs!

Service was fantastic/friendly, with the owner and server stopping by frequently to check on us or just have a friendly chat. Food consisting of Mixed Fajitas for 3 (Beef, Chicken, Carnitas) was the best we have tasted. Sizzling, flavorful, tender meat, fantastic blistered Jalapeños (Toreados), and grilled onions, served with four tortillas. Quantities were ample and the complimentary chips, Salsa (2 kinds), and Queso (2 kinds) were warm and tasty! The whole meal set us back $82, including taxes and tip. Overall, a thoroughly satisfying experience - our favorite place going forward! Do visit - you won't be disappointed!
