    To go chicken tortilla
    Naomi C.

I grabbed dinner to go from Cenas, and wow -- it did not disappoint! Even as takeout, everything was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with real ingredients. The chips and salsa were absolutely amazing -- perfectly crisp chips and salsa with just the right amount of heat. It held up really well even after the drive, which says a lot. The service was really good as the young man was so friendly. The location is convenient right off the main road in Tomball and the place was really busy. But the real standout? The chicken tortilla soup. Hands down the best I've ever had. The broth was rich and comforting, the chicken was tender, and it had just the right balance of spice and texture. If I had one tiny note, I'd say go a little lighter on the onions -- but honestly, it was still delicious. While I didn't dine in, the ambiance inside was warm and inviting -- cozy décor, soft lighting, and a welcoming vibe that makes you want to stay a while. Everything was packaged well, still hot when I got home, and tasted like it came straight from the kitchen to my table. Cenas nailed it -- I'll definitely be ordering from here again!

This place is so good and I am a fan and tough critic of Tex-mex food and margaritas! I went here two days in a row because I was having my car serviced nearby and was in walking distance to the restaurant while I waited for my car. First day I got Plato Salinas. Excellent. Second day I got Plato Guzman. Amazing. Both days I did the Gold Rush margarita with Grand Marnier or I think it's the Cena Rita. The bartender, Dulce, is excellent! Very knowledgeable on menu items, gave great recommendations, and made very tasty margaritas. If you come here and say it's not good, you're just unhappy with life I'll assume because they do not miss! The music, decor, ambiance, customer service, and taste/freshness of the food was all 5-star. I will definitely be back!!

This is a hot new Mexican resturaunt on business 249 in Tomball, housed in a former Applebees. Prices are reasonable, most entrees range from 12.99 (3 enchiladas) to 15.99. Complimentary chips and salsa, we liked the verde. Spacious--you don't feel crammed together like some places--assume they re-used the prior resturaunts furniture as it is quality wood and bolted to the floor . The redecoration was cool, and made it feel even more open and inviting. Service was prompt, but everyone was clearly new and so the beer came without the requested mug, the enchiladas without the promised gravy, the tortillas took the slow bus. Specials most weekdays -- Monday through Thursday. The rice was kind if eh, so I dumped them in the beans and topped the enchiladas with salsa. Decent. I think they will be successful.

In the middle of an online class I tried to order food via DoorDash and it wasn't the correct time I needed it delivered and I wanted to change some of the order. I called the restaurant and they explained how to go about doing that. The woman on the line was so helpful! Even though I could not add 'special instructions' through the online order, the woman helped me (multiple times over the phone) and she verbally added those instructions to my order! Salad was fresh, as always and the instructions were followed. I am greatly appreciated for her help while I felt overwhelmed trying to order food on a short school break! Margaritas getting here helped! Thank you!

Stumbled upon this adorable Tex-Mex restaurant in Tomball. It has only been opened a few weeks under new management. Enjoyed the Pollo con Mango. Tender chicken meat covered with a fresh pico mango and queso blanco. Loved the pickled red onion and fresh avocado. Great chips and salsas. The decor was adorable with funky lighting and memorials to famous Latin musicians, artist and leaders.

This is the worst ghetto Mexican restaurant ever. Drinks taste dirt cheap. Might as well drink dish water. Food was thrown together with hardly any meat. I ate the corn tortillas. Left the rest of the slob on the plate as a freaking hint. I won't be paying for the drink. Save yourself go to CISCO'S SALSA COMPANY!!!!!

So we decided to try this place out seeing all the good reviews. They really made it look different than Applebee's as that's what this place used to be. They have a lot of really cool lights hanging. Our server was great. He was informative, quick and helpful. We ordered the Plato Pancho Villa and Taquitos appetizer. The appetizer comes with eight taquitos so it's more or less a meal. The white queso was good. And the verde sauce with the chips was also one of my favorites. The Plato pancho villa came with beans. We chose the refried. These were one of my favorite refried beans. The presentation of food along with the plates they use really set the meal off. All good!!!

Food was great and Aracely was the best server ever!!! Great place! Coming back for my birthday in a few weeks

    Platos Salinas.

The food was extremely flavorful. We had the Plato's Salinas. It's had a tomatillo chicken enchilada, nachos, a flauta, rice and refried beans. We also had a chicken empanada. Bryan was a very pleasant and kind server. We will definitely be back.

Great meal at cenas it was very well cooked and tasty.

Our movie ended a bit before 9pm, and I told my wife' that most places would be closed, so we would probably just grab a burger. She pre-ordered a meal, and they had fresh oysters and boiled shrimp waiting on arrival. Plus, a marquee with my name and Happy Birthday on it. We were welcomed by all the staff and told to take our time and enjoy while they did closing chores Our entrées arrived soon after, and were fresh, hot and delicious. I was floored, because I knew everyone had plans and somewhere else to be, yet we were treated like kings. The food is always great at Brad's, but this says volumes about the staff and culture they have created. Kudos and heartfelt thanks. It's easy to understand why people love it so much. In a sea of sameness with so many restaurants around Houston, Sea and Lemon stands out as a bit different. Especially when you consider how many Mexican restaurants there are in the region. Pappasito's it is not. We started off with the shrimp queso fundido, and this was really enjoyable, it was just hard to eat with the small chips. And the small chips were super tasty by the way, but it was nearly impossible to properly scoop a shrimp onto one of those things. 4-stars. I am a big fan of tomato based ceviche and not big on citrus ceviche. I asked our server if any were purely tomato based, but she said all of them are a combination. I opted for the "dual catch" and added octopus. It hit the spot, but I still prefer what can be found at Ceviche Ria. That being said, this was still enjoyable. 4-stars. We ordered a carne asada quesadilla for our son, mostly because we wanted to try it ourselves. And let me tell you, it was perfect. I would have been happy if this was the only thing I ate here. 5-stars. And then we went taco crazy. I'll start with the lower tier and work my way up: Zarandeado Fish Taco: Perfectly fine but a bit bland. I would not need to order again. 3.5-stars. Fish Al Pastor Taco: Ditto to above, but the red sauce it was served with took it up a notch. 4-stars. Zarandeado Shrimp Taco: Loved it. The smokiness. The flavor. I could eat this every day and not get tired of it. 5-stars. Pacific Shrimp Taco: Neck and neck with the zarandeado shrimp and the quesadilla for my favorite item of the meal. This was messy (sorry our table probably took 10 minutes to clean when we left), but every bite was great. It was almost like a hybrid of an omelet and a taco the way the onions and peppers were mixed in. We had an awesome server too. Her name escapes me but she was a really pleasant girl in her 20's. Again, sorry for the mess we left. Sharing overstuffed tacos is no easy task! We live about 30 minutes away, but I will happily be back in the future!

The reviews are really great for this place, so I had high hopes. Getting here was quite easy, parking was a bit full by the time we arrived, but we manged to all find spaces. You walk up to the trailer and place your order. They had a special going 5 lbs for $40, which I think was a pretty good deal. Comes with corn and potato, we opted for all corn, and then I added a sausage. You walk over to the tent, hand them your order card, and they hand it over to you. All the crawfish is seasoned in one flavor, and then you can just dipping options. We went with the garlic butter, and then tried the cajun mayo dip as well. The seating is great, they have covered and uncovered, and then an inside space. We went with a covered outdoor table, bc they were covered by trees, and it was a nice day out. We opened up our boxes, camera ate first, and then we dug in. The seasoning on the crawfish was perfect for me. Some would've liked it a bit more spicy, so if you like spicy, bring some hot sauce or a little ziplock with your fave spicy seafood seasoning. The sausage was really good too, had a nice snap to it. One of my friends said it had cheese in it, which I didn't notice until my last bite, when I got a biteful of melty cheese. That was a new one for me. Albeit a nice surpise, just wasn't expecting it, as I hadnt had that at a seafood boil before, more so of a bbq type of thing. There's also an area you can order drinks, sodas, and waters, and lots of big bins to throw your plates away. There's a bathroom on the inside, so if you need to go, or just wanna wash your hands. I hadn't been out to this area before too, so I wonder if they do live music. It was a great day to be outside, enjoy the weather and some crawfish. I'll be back fasho!

Made it here just in the nick of time before crawfish season was over. A current obsession of my…read morefriends and I is crawfish and we've been trying to try all the hot spots during the season. This place came highly recommended online so we made the drive all the way out to Tomball on a Sunday afternoon. Their hours vary so make sure and check the times before heading over. On this day they opened at 11. We came around noon and the place was popping. I don't know how to explain the general area. I feel like it's a few businesses on one plot of land. There's buildings and trailers to your left and right and not sure if they are all one entity. Han's is located at the back of the property in a little red trailer. You order at the trailer and then take your ticket to the side of the trailer where you hand over your ticket and get your food. There was very minimal staff interaction but they were friendly enough. The menu is very cut and dry. Crawfish and/or shrimp with minimal add ons and dipping sauces. It comes in one flavor basically which is a good ole Louisiana Cajun flavor. If you're a big fan of Viet Cajun style, this is not that. It almost looks unseasoned, but trust me, there is still flavor permeating throughout. Current prices are on a lower side compared to other popular spots. There is a minimum 2 pound limit and specials on 5 pounds. Shrimp is sold in 1/2 pound increments. Crawfish come with one corn and one potato. I got the minimum, plus 1/2 pound of headless, easy peel shrimp and added a sausage. Once you order, you walk a few feet to a team of people whom will put your order together. So basically there isn't a wait. If you want a drink, there are options at an outside bar and an inside barn bar. Seating is mostly outside with inside seating in the barn. Outside seating is mostly shaded and a perfect spot to set up shop when eating mud bugs. The crawfish was warm, but I like mine fresh out and steaming. So they are making big batches and plating is what I'm thinking. I liked the flavors alot. It had a light kick to it as is. I purchased a dry seasoning as well as garlic butter and combined it to make a delicious dipping sauce. To me, one of my favorite things was the sausage. I judge a place by that. The one offered here was delicious and had a nice cheesy, spicy bite to it. Han's is a long way from home but the drive here was worth it. I will definitely be making this a regular in my rotation during crawfish season.
