I called the day of to confirm... There was no confirmation. Why? Because I had not filled out some stupid form via email regarding food allergies. I had told her I was driving cross country and did not have convenient access to email when I made the reservation. UNBELIEVABLE!!! She is a horrible listener. She has no idea who the customer is and like I said, I had to repeat myself over and over again with repetitive information because she just couldn't get the reservation right. DO NOT spend your money here. Bad people! UPDATE (10/13/2014): For the record I received a nasty email from the Inn staff today. I considered it hostile, insulting and threatening.

So in the quest for Full Disclousure: I'm not keen on camping. Yet this B&B experience was a unique treat. The teepees are tastefully decorated & roomy, the beds are comfy with electric blankets w/ dual settings, the staff & service were great, breakfast was filling & yummy. As for price value, if you are okay w/ trudging outside to tinkle in your private outhouse during the middle of night, while paying WELL over $150 for bed & breakfast, then you are a braver Camper than me :-)

The decking was disgustingly dirty (get a leaf blower)! Spider webs everywhere and a full opened beer can left on the porch. Did you even check my space out before I checked in??? Obviously not! These owners have definitely given up. Just shut down the business and be done with it. They say they have air conditioning but it doesn't keep the caboose cold. It's a joke No soap in the shower and I can tell they didn't clean the sheets before I arrived as I inhaled a huge hair left behind on the pillow. I had to pull it out of my mouth at 2am! Gross!!!! We got up at 5am. and were gone by 5:30am. Oh and there's no picnic tables, bbq pits outside just some weird sand play lot for kids. What a waste of money. I hope the owners read this and refund at least half my $$$ but I doubt that'll happen. DO NOT STAY here. Total rip off of $190 I want my money back!!!!! You're embarrassing to the traveler.

They have so many suggestions in terms of what to do around the area as well. The rooms were absolutely spotless and the views are gorgeous. It's also nice and peaceful. All the little touches made it such a luxurious experience - the clean bath rooms, the homemade cookies, the guest area stocked with drinks/coffee/tea, the embroidered napkins and personalized mugs. Our room had a step-in waterfall shower which was incredible. Great room is stocked with board games and brochures. Rooms come with smart TVs for unwinding. And oh my gosh the breakfast was absolutely filling, delicious and healthy to boot! Laurie was so accommodating with my vegetarian diet as well (she made me veggie sausage). Homemade blueberry streusel baked french toast, sausage, and fresh berry parfait. All in all a 5 star experience.

The drinks and food were top notch. We sat on the back patio and had a couple beers and the bruschetta. Omggggg....that bruschetta was amazing. We went back the following weekend to sit in the bar and watch live music and have drinks. The prices were amazing during happy hour and both times the service was phenomenal. If you get a chance to stop in, grab a drink and just walk around the back patio to take in the breathtaking views.
