Elevated Santa Fe Thai food. The lady who ran the place was very nice and very proud of her delicious food. In a good court. Got double beef.

We enjoyed our dinner in the chomp food hall. My favorite was the turmeric noodles with shrimp and my husband loved his golden salmon dish. Unfortunately, the pad Thai was disappointingly sweet, but I think the worst thing was the vegetable spring roll. The spring rolls are measly portion and come with a watery dipping sauce and not the usual peanut sauce. You will most likely wait greater than 20 min after you order because it's just two ladies and in small space.

This establishment is located inside of the Chomp Food Hall and is only open Wednesday to Sunday. You can call ahead your order which I like to do if I'm in a hurry because everything is made to order by Chef Nath. She uses only fresh and organic ingredients and you can tell that she cooks with so much love and care for the food she serves! I've had Tom Yum and Pad Thai all over and this is the best place for these dishes in Santa Fe by far! The Tom yum soup is so flavorful and full of veggies, and the chicken in the pad Thai was so tender. I could eat here everyday! Ask for some hot sauce and she'll give you a little container of some really spicy thai chili concoction that will burn so be careful.

Five stars for the food, one question for the interior designer of this food hall: what was the approach around here, exactly? This place popped up as a hot & new find during my stop in Santa Fe in late August, and there was precisely zero signage, inside or out, just these colorless booths for the purveyors which -- this being the City Different -- included healthy foreign foodie forays. I had to Google Khmer -- hadn't heard of it -- to discover I was about to embark on some Cambodian tumeric noodles with chicken and "my hot sauce" dished up by the one and only Nath, herself. I took the goods to an outdoor concert with some friends. Everyone else ordered burritos and tacos from an unremarkable food truck, but me, I was That Guy. The guy with really good food. The guy who'd used his uppity app and went out of his way to find this invisible food hall where he scored some seriously unique eats, while all those other suckers settled for cheese and refried beans. Go Nath, it's your birthday, we're gonna party like it's your birthday.

Beef Lok Lak with white rice ($30)

Have been waiting to try Chef Nath's and oh boy what a treat! My partner and I were wanting a fresh and light lunch so we shared an order of Spring Rolls ($7) and the Beef Lok Lak ($30) with a side of white rice. Although a little pricey for our usual choice of eat out options we will definitely be saving this spot for important occasions and when we want something special. The food was enough to share and we left with happy bellies so that alone makes the price point feel more affordable. Presentation wise the food was just gorgeous with brilliant pops of color. The beef tenderloin in the Lok Lak was SO tender and flavorful. Loved all the variety of veggies. I will definitely be stopping in for an order of Spring Rolls to have as a light lunch just on their own. The rice paper had a great and easy to chew texture. Much thinner than most rice papers I've had on Spring Rolls in other places. Overall very impressed and wish this restaurant much good fortune and many thanks for the love they put into their food.

After having a really disappointing Pad Thai at another SF restaurant recently, I decided to try the one here. Very, very good. Fresh tasting, with the right flavors, and beautiful (see picture). They were also incredibly friendly. I'll be back for sure.

Extraordinary. Santa Fe is a great food town, and this tops it so far. Hidden in the middle of an odd food court, the banner intrigued me. I hadn't tried Khmer food before. So I made sure we found our way back for dinner. I got sticker shock at the menu. $22 for chicken curry? Might have been the most expensive I've seen. I was hungry and curious and took the plunge. Thank goodness! It was spicy but not too spicy, with a range of flavors and obviously fresh ingredients. Everything was made to order except the sauce. Incredibly good. Beyond good. This could be a $40 item at a 5 star restaurant. Great service too. Very friendly lady, brought us the food, checked in on us (despite the food court atmosphere). This is a must try for Santa Fe, and makes me want to try more new places in case they turn out to be as good as this. Very pleasantly surprised, despite the price. If you can afford low $20s for your meal, and if you want that meal to be stellar, this is worth seriously considering. Thanks Nath!

My mom wanted to celebrate her…read morebirthday in Taos with her closest friends and my sister and I wanted to throw her a special dinner to celebrate. We came across Chef Kualani's page and I am endlessly grateful that we did because the entire process could not have been more perfect. From the very beginning, Kualani was incredibly warm, communicative, and endlessly accommodating. She was open to any requests we had but also came up with the most unbelievable seasonal menu for the dinner (because I had no idea where to start). Dealing with her was a pleasure each and every time and she helped me go through all the details so that nothing was forgotten. And the dinner.... THE DINNER. The food was absolutely incredible. I'm still thinking about her spring pea soup with truffle oil. Every course was fantastic. But Kualani is not just a chef, she is a true hostess. She and her partner Richard came into our AirBnb and handled literally EVERYTHING. She brought beautiful plates and flatware so we didn't have to rely on the AirBnb's stash. She decorated the table. She even made my niece a grilled cheese sandwich while she was prepping. And then, at the end of one of the best meals of my life, they cleaned everything up and left the kitchen better than they found it. Having worked in restaurants and catering for many years, I know first-hand that chefs are not always hospitable. It is a completely different skill set and it's the reason restaurants need a front-of-house staff. But Kualani is the rare exception that is truly capable of curating a perfect evening. She has the most amazing energy and could not have been happier with our entire experience. The dinner absolutely made my mother's birthday and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

The dinner involved both pre-prepared dishes and items that were cooked to order live on-site, which delighted our guests and also ensured that everything was served with ideal freshness. The entire team was a joy to work with; they arrived on time, set up discreetly, and their friendliness shone through when they were cooking and serving our guests. The flavors were spot on, evoking our time living in Da Nang, and really helped make our special day even more special. Communication throughout the process was perfectly professional. Ultimately, beyond the quality of the food and the professionalism of the staff, what really stuck out to us was how dedicated Hue-Chan was to ensuring that we were taken care of, so that we weren't distracted from enjoying the big day.
