The one who I read had openings was not my first choice, so I was led to believe that another doctor, whose online bio appealed to me, would be shown the form I filled out and I'd get a response. So, I never got a response. I called in June to remind her and was told "the doctor was on vacation" blah blah blah. She promised she would show the doctor my inquiry and I'd hear back either way. This didn't happen. That conversation was on June 5th and it is now over a month later. I give up on this practice. How can you be offering "concierge" medicine which is supposed to devote extra time to patients and completely ignore a potential new patient who is willing to jump in and pay the practice MONTHLY whether being seen or not? Ugh.

Her quality of care is very high She is young and I used to be skeptical about young docs. No not her! She is a smoking gun when it comes to treating her patient. She is very current with the modern medical science. Her compassion for non-insured patients is beyond compare. She gives discounts on cash patients, sometimes I wondered how does she survive if she charges so low. For Dr. Tran it is not all about making money but making sure her patient is well at all or no cost. She is awesome and I highly recommend her. She also does same day appointments. Her front office and back office staff: changing at times. She always had a new assistant everytime I saw her but this did not change in my medical care. Check her out. You will not regret it.

The docs in our country typically don't make it very easy to approach them, even when insurance and other considerations aren't an issue. They're always available only during banker's hours or what-have-you, and VERY eager to get rid of you. Patient: My back really hurts! Doc: You have a cold. Go home and get some rest and plenty of fluids. You know, crap like that. MAN, I hate doctors... ...or, at least I did, until I met Dr. Silverman. Lemme tell you something about this guy: I called his office one night complaining of really bad pain in my throat. It was about 5pm on a Friday night and I had no idea who to go to - the emergency room is never a help ANYWHERE, so I chanced across Dr. Silverman's name in the yellow pages. His staff was very friendly and squeezed me in THAT NIGHT so I could see the doc, who even though it was close to time for the office to close by my appointment (they close at 7, thank the moons!) still stayed to talk with me... ...and man, did he ever! Not only did he find out what was wrong and prescribe antibiotics, he sat down and talked with me at length about my entire medical history, helping me to get some help with other issues that I had always wanted help with! He was kind, attentive, and made me feel like a valued patient that he actually had a vested interest in healing! Imagine that! Dr. Silverman, you are a credit to your profession, and I am very thankful that I have found a physician as great as yourself!

After my long-time primary care doctor retired, I was placed with a new provider who showed little interest in understanding my needs and made it clear she wasn't willing to offer meaningful support. Instead of receiving care, I was met with dismissiveness, excessive referrals, and a refusal to help with a legitimate medical concern. I've since seen a provider elsewhere who addressed the exact same request/concern with empathy and professionalism. The difference was stark. Patients deserve better. Giving two stars only because there are still a couple doctors here I respect.

I appreciate that when you bring a problem up, they are very reactive and supportive of testing. That's been nice, they don't ignore your complaint. What I don't appreciate is being told incorrect information, and getting no response from them when I reach out. I.e. I was told to go to a walk-in clinic for a specific test, it needed to be done quickly. I drove to the clinic they suggested, that test is not available there. I then try to call the office and reach out via their portal, and do not get a single response. I get frustrated and just decide to deal with the pain. Ultimately I ended up going elsewhere to take care of my issue. Ultimately, I understand they're busy, most places are, I can look past this. Then the very last time I went, was for a routine visit, in which case, after being checked in and brought to a back room, the person taking my vitals started questioning whether or not my insurance was going to cover my annual visit. I said I believe it would, it usually does (It would have been, I checked with my insurance after this) -- however, instead, they suggested canceling this appointment and making a later appointment in the year because the insurance coverage was unknown. I was now questioning things myself, so I agreed. Before I left, they sent in a very nice woman to have a brief conversation about how my life is doing currently, and that was that. I now see my insurance is being billed over $300 for that. I also owe a balance. Insurance Code 99213. To tell some random person I didn't know that it's hard raising young kids under the age of two. And the weather is nice. Less than 5 minutes. I really want everything to work out at this place, but I am really starting to question things.

Have a question about your prescription? Set up an appointment $$. The doctor sent the wrong order to the pharmacy? Set up an appointment $$. Your prescription is on back order for two months and you need help getting your medication? Set up an appointment $$. Not to mention the communication is terrible and one person tells you to call back on a certain day just to find out they never scheduled you and that the doctor isn't in. 100% horrible experience all around, zero positive interactions or experiences. Do yourself a favor and find a different provider/location.
